How to access the fun

Book your flight with us to Dubai, then go to manage your booking and book your two-day entry to Dubai Parks and Resorts.

You’ll receive your theme parks ticket for both days via email. Present your park e-ticket at the Dubai Parks and Resorts ticketing counter along with a valid photo ID (one e-ticket and ID per person). You’ll be given your Emirates wristband loaded with credits to spend on food and beverages.

Does my second visit has to be a consecutive day?
No, you can plan your second visit within 7 days from your first entry date.

I took off my wristband and today is my second day visit. Can I get a new wristband?
On your second visit, in order to benefit from the remaining value adds, you will have to present the same Dubai parks and Resort E-ticket used on your first visit along with a valid photo ID, at any at the ticketing booth or guest services booth located in the park.

How can I redeem my benefits?
You can scan your wristband or the park e-ticket to avail all the added values.

Do I have access to Jaan – E – Jigar Show at BOLLYWOOD PARKS™ Dubai?
No Jaan – E- Jigar show is not included and a Jaan – E- Jigar show ticket must be purchased.

Is there any shuttle buses?
There is complimentary shuttle buses at The Outlet Village and Lapita. You can find more details in the link.

Is the wristband refundable or exchangeable?
The wristband is not refundable or exchangeable.

If I lose the email with my Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass, do I still have access to the Park?
In the event of customer losing the email with park E-Ticket but remembers the park PNR#, then customers can always contact 800AMAZING (2629464) or email amazingservices@dubaiparksandresorts.com to request the agent to resend the email with E-Ticket to registered email address during the transaction.

I purchased Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass but cannot visit the parks due to personal reasons. Can I get a refund?
The Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass once purchased is not transferable, non-refundable or Exchangeable and cannot be offered for sale.

What is the validity of the Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass?
Validity of the Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass is 12 months from the date of issue.

Terms and conditions

The Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass Programme (the “Programme”) means the added-value offer provided by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P. O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Emirates”) and hosted via the website found at emirates.com (the “Website”).

These terms and conditions together with the Partner’s terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the “Terms”) govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Programme. By entering the Programme, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.

In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Programme, Emirates decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The Programme commences at 00.01 [UAE] on 20 June 2018 and closes at 23.59 [UAE] on 31 May 2021 (“Programme Period”).

Exclusive Pass” means benefits to be provided by the Partner as detailed in Annex A to these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended by Emirates at its sole discretion.

Parks” means MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, BOLLYWOOD Parks™ Dubai, LEGOLAND® Dubai, LEGOLAND® Water Park.

Partner” means Dubai Parks Destination Management L.L.C.

Rules of entry

Individuals who purchase an Emirates flight ticket to or via Dubai within the Programme Period (“Passenger”) shall be eligible to purchase the Exclusive Pass to the Parks via Emirates Website. Passengers shall be directed to the Partner’s website for payment and issuance of Park e-ticket.

Passengers are required to present the Park e-ticket (on both Park visits) in his or her own name along with a Photo ID for identification purposes upon request at the Partner’s ticketing booth or guest services booth in order to avail the Exclusive Pass benefits. Passengers who have followed the steps mentioned will receive an Emirates branded RFID wristband uploaded with the Exclusive Pass benefits.

The Partner has the right to reject a Passenger from the premises if they are not able to provide adequate identification documents. Passengers are expected to behave in an appropriate manner at all times at the premises of the Partner.

The Programme is void in countries where it is prohibited by law. Individuals located in a country restricted by applicable controls and sanctions or other laws or regulations as they relate to this Programme are ineligible to participate in the Programme. Each Passenger must ensure that his or her participation in the Programme is lawful in accordance with the laws of the country of which he or she is a citizen and/or resides, and/or happens to be at the time the entry is made. Emirates shall not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation, or as to any other aspect of the Programme.

The Park e-ticket shall be subject to terms and conditions which apply to the possession and use of the Park e-ticket and entry to the Parks as set out by the Partner which may be amended from time to time. These will be detailed on the Partner’s website.

Any Passenger who fails to abide by any of the Terms or fails to meet the participation or eligibility criteria set out in the Terms, may be deemed ineligible to avail the Exclusive Pass offered at the discretion of Emirates and/or the Partner.

The Programme is for Passenger personal use ONLY and is not transferable and void if purchased, sold or bartered. The offers included in the Programme are not redeemable for cash.

The Passenger shall be personally responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the Exclusive Pass including but not limited to insurance, travel, airfares, food, accommodation and any other ancillary costs associated with redemption of the Exclusive Pass.

Personal information

Emirates collect and use the Passenger’s personal information (the “Data”) in order to conduct the Programme and may, for this purpose, disclose or transmit such information to third parties rendering services in relation to the Programme. In processing the Data Emirates may transfer it to countries which may not afford the same level of data protection as your country of residence. However, in all cases, Emirates undertakes to collect, process, store, save and transfer the Data in compliance with relevant data protection legislation in force from time to time. By entering the Programme and providing the Data the Passenger authorises Emirates to collect and process the Data in this manner.

In consenting to receive the Emirates Newsletter, the Passenger authorises Emirates to retain and use the Data and transmit the Data for the purposes of issuing the Emirates Newsletter.

In consenting to direct marketing the Passenger authorises Emirates to retain and use the Data for other direct marketing, which may involve sharing the Data with Emirates’ offices, authorised agents, Emirates’ other companies and/or brands, anyone to whom Emirates transfers their rights and duties, third party companies offering related services (including, for example, car rental, hotels, limousines, transfers, ancillary services), governments and government agencies, credit card and other payment card companies, and other airlines or providers of such related services.

If the Passenger would like to know what Data Emirates are holding about them and/or correct the Data that Emirates hold about them they should contact their local Emirates office.

Emirates liability

Inclusion by Emirates of a Partner in the Programme does not constitute or imply any endorsement of such Partner's products or services. Emirates accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality of services or goods provided by the Partner in association with the Programme nor will Emirates compensate any Passenger for services or goods not received. Any participation by a Passenger in any activity offered by a Partner is entirely at the Passenger’s own risk.

Emirates will not be liable for any loss, damage, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Passenger or any other person whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination of or change to the Programme or any of the facilities, benefits or arrangements which are made available to a Passenger, including Partner withdrawal or the withdrawal of any benefits, facilities or arrangements.

Passengers accept the Terms at their own risk and agree to indemnify Emirates against all costs, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill and professional advisors’ fees) and any claim arising from a Passenger’s own actions in any way in connection with these Terms or a breach of the Passengers’ obligations hereunder.

Emirates will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under these Terms where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots or any other circumstances amount to force majeure. Emirates accept no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings or for special, direct, indirect or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising.

General

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, and as applicable the UAE, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising.

This Programme is exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, dining or loyalty programs.

Emirates reserves the right to amend, vary, update or terminate the Programme and/or these Terms at any time in whole or in part in our sole discretion.

Ticket Price

AED 495 (Adult) and AED 435 (Child). The Ticket Price is inclusive of VAT. If the price of the Tickets is reduced by the Partner at any time during the Programme Period, then the Ticket Price stated herein will be reduced to reflect the reduced price automatically and any member of the public shall be able to purchase the Ticket at the reduced rate. Child defined as 4 years old up to 11 years old.

AED 250 non-refundable credits to use over the 2 days on F&B restaurants inside the Parks including the food carts and the Picsolve digital pictures.

10% off on all merchandise at the retail outlets inside the parks.

Offer terms

The musical show "Jaan- e- Jigar" is not included in the Ticket type.

The above Ticket type is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Second Park entry is valid up to 7 days from the date of first use provided that the process of entry outlined in the Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass Terms and Conditions is followed.

The above Ticket type is non-transferrable, non-refundable, non-upgradable and cannot be combined with any other product or offer.

The credit amount on e-wallet for the F&B restaurants or Picsolve digital photo is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
