To earn Skywards Miles with Skywards Everyday, you need to download the Skywards Everyday mobile app. Once you have downloaded the app, you can start earning Skywards Miles with our partners by simply presenting your mobile device every time you make a purchase with them. If you are unable to earn Miles for whatever reason at the time of purchase, you should ask the outlet staff to validate the receipt with the Skywards Everyday stamp.

• To participate in Skywards Everyday, Emirates Skywards Members must download the Skywards Everyday mobile application (‘Skywards Everyday App”) from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store and sign in using their Emirates Skywards credentials.
• Emirates Skywards Members wishing to participate in Skywards Everyday and earn Skywards Miles, must link an Eligible Payment Card (as defined below), via the Skywards Everyday App following the instructions set out in the Skywards Everyday App (“Linked Payment Card(s)”).
• To earn Skywards Miles, Emirates Skywards Members can link a maximum of five (5) Eligible Payment Cards.
• A maximum of five (5) amendments can be made to the Linked Payment Cards in any twelve (12) month period from the date the first payment card is linked within the Skywards Everyday App.
• Eligible Payment Cards must be linked via the Skywards Everyday App prior to making a purchase with Skywards Everyday Partners.
• Eligible Payment Cards
  • Emirates Skywards Members can earn Skywards Miles with registered Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards bearing the Visa or Mastercard symbol, including cards registered with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay and other payment wallets.
  • Please note that not all payment cards are eligible and not all transactions can be monitored.
  • Visa Eligible Payment Cards include all internationally issued payment cards bearing the Visa symbol in markets where Visa supports card linking.
  • Mastercard Eligible Payment Cards include cards bearing the Mastercard symbol and issued in markets supporting card linking: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States of America.
  • Skywards Miles cannot be earned on transactions made using any of the following payment cards: Amex, Diners Club, retailer store cards and gift cards.
• All purchases made using a Linked Payment Card will be automatically tracked in order to calculate the value of Skywards Miles to be credited to the relevant Emirates Skywards Account.
• It is not possible to add Eligible Payment Cards to more than one Emirates Skywards Account within the Skywards Everyday App.
• In linking an Eligible Payment Card in the Skywards Everyday App, the Emirates Skywards Member confirms that they are the registered cardholder or have obtained permission from the cardholder.
• By linking an Eligible Payment Card, and participating in Skywards Everyday, you as the Emirates Skywards Member agree to the Skywards Everyday Terms and Conditions, and authorize Visa and/or Mastercard (as the payment service providers) to, (i) monitor transactions on your Linked Payment Card(s), (ii) identify qualifying transactions, and (iii) share transaction details (such as participating merchant store, date, time and purchase value) with Emirates and Emirates’ relevant service providers in order to award eligible Skywards Miles. Emirates Skywards Members may opt-out of transaction monitoring via the Linked Payment Card(s) at any time by clicking “Remove Card” against each Linked Payment Card on the Skywards Everyday App.
• Emirates Skywards Members can earn Skywards Miles only with Skywards Everyday Partners at Participating Outlets as listed on the Skywards Everyday App.
• Emirates Skywards Members will earn 1 Skywards Mile for every AED 3 spent across all Skywards Everyday Partners except for grocery and pharmacy stores. Emirates Skywards Members will earn 1 Skywards Mile for every AED 5 spent with Skywards Everyday Partners in the grocery and pharmacy category.
• Skywards Miles will be awarded in whole numbers only. The number of Skywards Miles awarded will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
• Skywards Miles earned for eligible purchases will be credited to the applicable Emirates Skywards Account after the transaction has been processed and verified by the payment network (Visa or Mastercard), this could take up to 7 days. Where selected Skywards Everyday Partners offer a full refund under their own refund policy, Skywards Miles will be credited to the Emirates Skywards Account after the refund period, provided the purchase has not been canceled or refunded.
• Skywards Miles will be awarded based on the spend value at the Participating Outlets, excluding government and any other applicable taxes.
• Skywards Miles will not be awarded for any purchases with Participating Partners prior to such Emirates Skywards Member linking an eligible Payment Card in the Skywards Everyday App.
• By participating in Skywards Everyday, Emirates Skywards Members acknowledge and agree that Participating Outlets may share confirmation of purchases or refunds where required by Emirates for audit purposes or in the case of a customer dispute.
• In addition to the standard Skywards Miles earning proposition, during promotional periods, Emirates Skywards and participating Skywards Everyday Partners may offer more than one incentive per transaction.
• On occasion, and/or subject to Skywards Everyday Partner offers, Emirates Skywards Tier Miles may be awarded. Tier Miles will be calculated as per the details provided on the Skywards Everyday App.
• Skywards Miles will be awarded where payment is made in full with a Linked Payment Card. Skywards Miles are not eligible on purchases paid in full or part with cash, gift cards, store credit or in the case of exchange of products.
• Skywards Miles are not eligible on selected purchases as determined by Emirates Skywards or Skywards Everyday Partners, including but not limited to:
  • online purchases, whether from Skywards Everyday Partner eCommerce sites or third-party sites
  • 24‑karat gold bars and coins
• Emirates Skywards Members may earn a maximum of 999,999 Skywards Miles per eligible purchase.
• In the event that any misuse, abuse or fraudulent activity is detected or suspected with respect to Skywards Everyday or the use of any Linked Payment Card, Emirates Skywards reserves the right to reverse Skywards Miles credited to the associated Emirates Skywards Account or to suspend/disable such Emirates Skywards Account to prevent any future accrual of Skywards Miles. Skywards Everyday Partners reserve the right to decline to award Skywards Miles for a purchase they detect as fraudulent.
• Where Skywards Miles have been credited to an Emirates Skywards Account erroneously due to a technical issue, Emirates Skywards reserves the right to reverse any such Skywards Miles incorrectly credited.
• It is the responsibility of the Emirates Skywards Member to check the number of Skywards Miles earned for the respective eligible purchase. Where Skywards Miles have not been credited to an Emirates Skywards Account for an eligible transaction, Emirates Skywards Members are requested to contact the Emirates contact center with the transaction receipt. In providing the transaction receipt to Emirates, the Emirates Skywards Member agrees to Emirates utilizing the information contained in the transaction receipt solely for the purposes of crediting missing Skywards Miles to the Emirates Skywards Account.
• To cease earning Skywards Miles under the Skywards Everyday App, Emirates Skywards Members must remove all Eligible Payment Cards under the ‘My Cards’ section of the Skywards Everyday App prior to deleting the application.
• If location services are enabled by the Emirates Skywards Member, the Skywards Everyday Partners’ location data is provided by the participating Skywards Everyday Partners in the Skywards Everyday App and is referenced from Google Maps. Emirates Skywards is not liable for the accuracy of information displayed via Google Maps.
• Skywards Skysurfers are not eligible to participate in Skywards Everyday due to age restrictions. Eligible Payment Cards issued to Skysurfers can be added to the Parent/Guardian account.
• My Family and Business Rewards accounts are ineligible to participate in Skywards Everyday.
• For the purposes of awarding Skywards Miles and managing and operating the Skywards Everyday App, Emirates Skywards collects, uses certain personal information, and may transfer such personal information to third parties who are Emirates’ service providers. Such personal information includes:
  • Identity data, limited to full name, email address, date of birth, gender, country of residence;
  • Emirates Skywards Account Information, limited to Emirates Skywards Account and tier status;
  • Transactional data, limited to the date and time of the transaction, the transactions’ value and number of Skywards Miles earned.

• Except where Emirates suspects any abuse, misuse or fraudulent activity, Emirates will not share any Emirates Skywards Member's personal data with Skywards Everyday Partners. Other than in such exceptional circumstances (abuse, misuse or fraudulent activity), Skywards Everyday Partners will have access to anonymized transactional data only.
• Skywards Everyday is a part of the Emirates Skywards Program. Emirates Skywards Members’ participation in Skywards Everyday is at all times subject to these Skywards Everyday Terms and Conditions, and the Emirates Skywards Program Rules and Emirates Privacy Policy.
