  • There is no set conversion rate. The conversion rate may vary by origin, destination, point of sale, flight code, date, season, fare, cabin, tier, Emirates sales channel or any combination thereof. When you book your ticket and any related product or service on emirates.com, the payment page is where you will see the exact conversion rate that applies. For Cash+Miles on flydubai flights, when you book your ticket on flydubai.com, you will see the exact conversion rate that applies on the payment page.

  • Yes, your Skywards Miles will be refunded if you cancel a booking you paid for using Cash+Miles.

    However, any Skywards Miles that expired within the purchase period will not be refunded to your account. If you have completed part of your journey and want to cancel and refund the rest, your ticket will be re-priced so only the unused percentage of Cash+Miles will be refunded to you.

    Skywards Miles used to pay for related products and services are non-refundable unless the cancellation or change is involuntary or due to operational reasons.

  • With Cash+Miles, you now have the choice and flexibility to access any Emirates and flydubai seat and pay using a combination of cash and Skywards Miles. You can convert* your Skywards Miles into cash and put them toward the cost of your flight and any related product or service you’d like to purchase. So even if you don’t have enough Skywards Miles in your account to book a Classic Reward flight with Skywards Miles alone, you can still use your Skywards Miles to bring down your fare.

    *The conversion rate will vary.

  • Cash+Miles can’t be used to upgrade an existing booking. However, if you’ve received a Promotional Upgrade offer, you can use Cash+Miles to pay for that upgrade.
  • Yes, you can make changes to any ticket that you paid for using Cash+Miles, subject to the fare conditions at the time your ticket was issued.

Cash+Miles offer Terms and Conditions

  • To take advantage of Cash+Miles promotional offers, an Emirates Skywards member must log in upfront with their personal account on emirates.com or the Emirates App, before commencing their commercial fare search and selection. Cash+Miles promotional offers are not applicable to any bookings made via the Emirates Contact Centers or via ‘Advanced Search’ on emirates.com. Offers may be restricted to selected flights, cabins, fare brands, dates, and membership tiers. Offers may also be personalized depending on a Member’s profile and/or other features, at Emirates’ sole discretion. Members can review and must select the option with the Offer displayed during the booking process to take advantage of the Offer.
  • An offer is not guaranteed unless claimed immediately on the payment page (i.e., in the same session). Skywards Miles payment must be debited from the logged-in Emirates Skywards member’s account only. My Family and Skysurfers accounts are not eligible for Cash+Miles promotional offers.
  • Once the Cash+Miles element is selected, reviewed, and accepted on the payment page, and in turn, final payment is made to issue the ticket(s), no further adjustments in Cash+Miles rates will be permitted. Any tickets canceled or reissued later shall not be eligible to claim an Offer.
  • If a Member qualifies for more than one Cash+Miles promotional rate for the same transaction, the higher of the eligible rates will be applied at the payment page.
  • Emirates Skywards members will earn Skywards Miles and Tier Miles on the part of the ticket that is paid for in cash, excluding carrier-imposed charges, taxes, and fees.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change by Emirates at any time and any updates will be published on emirates.com. All other Emirates Skywards Program Rules apply.
  • Emirates Skywards may withdraw the Offer at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
