Canceling or changing a booking FAQs
Yes, you can cancel your flight booking.
Normally, when you cancel or change a flight, you might have to pay a change fee, or not be eligible to receive a full refund. Because of the current COVID-19 situation, we’ve introduced more options to our cancellation policy, which means you now have more choice and flexibility when canceling your booking.
You can cancel or change your booking on Manage your booking(opens in the same window) on our website, using your name and flight reference number to find your booking. Find out more about the flexible cancellation options available to all of our passengers on our ticket options information page(opens in the same window) . As well as cancellations and refunds, you can also extend the validity of your ticket.
You can use Manage a Booking(opens in the same window) to make changes to most aspects of your booking and add extras to your flight before you fly.
For most Emirates bookings, you can make a variety of changes to your flight itinerary, such as:
All these changes can be made through the Change my booking link within Manage a booking(opens in the same window) . You’ll be able to select this link if your booking is eligible for online changes. Please note there may be a fee associated with changing your booking, depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.
For any changes that can’t be completed online, please contact a travel agent if you booked with one, or call your local Emirates office(opens in the same window) if you booked directly with Emirates.

No, any changes you make online will apply to all passengers in the booking. If you want to make changes for only one passenger, please contact your local Emirates office(opens in the same window) or the travel agent you used to make your booking.
