• You can spend as little as 2,000 Miles and a maximum of 40,000 Miles on a Gift Card of your choice, subject to the minimum and maximum values set by the Participating Brand. The number of Miles redeemed is equivalent to the cash value in local currency displayed at the time of purchase.
• Gift Cards can be spent online or in-store, subject to the Participating Brand’s terms and conditions.

• You can spend your Skywards Miles at all Dubai Duty Free outlets, except selected stores.

• Dubai Duty Free will collect member and travel data, which will be transferred to Emirates.
• By paying with Skywards Miles, you acknowledge that Dubai Duty Free will have access to the number of Skywards Miles available in your account.

• Emirates Skywards members can spend their Skywards Miles on selected marhaba Airport Meet & Greet services whether they are flying with Emirates or any other airline.

• The list of Meet & Greet services offered is dynamic and subject to availability at the time of booking. From time to time, you may see only selected services offered.
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Skywards Miles cannot be used for offline bookings.
• Miles redemption rates quoted are per person with the exception of the Family Meet & Greet service, which includes a group of four passengers. A maximum of 5 additional passengers can be booked with Skywards Miles for this service.
• Skywards Miles quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax, as applicable on products and services provided in the UAE.
• By booking marhaba Meet & Greet services using Skywards Miles, the member authorizes Emirates Skywards to collect, use, and transfer to marhaba relevant member information held by Emirates Skywards, including Emirates Skywards membership number, first and last names, tier status, and available Skywards Miles balance. Such disclosure shall be made for the purpose of enabling the Emirates Skywards member to access the partnership benefits.
• All bookings and Miles deductions will be processed instantly.
• Meet & Greet services can be paid for in full with Skywards Miles; it is not possible to pay for any service with a combination of cash and Miles.
• Any additional marhaba services required must be booked separately and paid for with cash or credit card.
• Meet & Greet booking confirmation will be sent via email from marhaba.

Skywards Exclusives

• This offer is available to Emirates Skywards members who hold an eligible and active Emirates Skywards Visa co-branded credit card issued in the GCC.
• Eligible members can redeem Skywards Miles on selected events on Skywards Exclusives at discounted rates starting from March 1, 2026 until March 31, 2027.
• The offer provides a redemption discount of up to 20% in Skywards Miles on participating event tickets. Discounts apply exclusively to items marked with the ‘Co-brand Offer’ label. A limit on the number of tickets eligible for the discount may apply and shall vary between participating events and sessions.
• The discount is non-transferable and personal to the Emirates Skywards Member’s account.
• Purchases can be viewed in the ‘Your Purchases’ section of the Emirates Skywards Member’s account on Skywards Exclusives.
• In the event of a refund or return, only the actual number of Skywards Miles redeemed will be refunded. Refunds will not be based on the original, non-discounted Skywards Miles rate.
• The discount for this offer is already applied for each eligible event up to any applicable limits.
