Bonus Tier Miles Terms & Conditions
- To enjoy Online Bonus Tier Miles promotional offers (each an ‘Offer’), a Member must log in to their personal Emirates Skywards account on emirates.com or the Emirates App before commencing their fare search and selection.
- Offers may be restricted to selected flights, cabins, fare brands, dates, and membership tiers. Offers may also be personalized depending on a Member’s profile and/or other features at Emirates’ sole discretion. Members can review and must select the option with the Offer displayed during the booking process to claim the Offer.
- A Member who has completed an eligible booking and been issued a ticket will be awarded bonus Tier Miles in addition to the Tier Miles normally earned with respect to the Qualifying Flight, excluding any other bonuses. Each Offer shall apply as per the original ticketed class, excluding any subsequent reward or complimentary upgrades, or other changes.
- Any tickets later canceled or reissued shall not be eligible to claim an Offer.
- If the ticket is not immediately issued, such as with Hold My Fare, such bookings shall not be eligible to claim an Offer.
- If a Member has registered and/or qualifies for bonus Tier Miles via any other promotion alongside an Offer for the same transaction, only the higher of the eligible bonuses will be credited to the Member’s Account.
- Accompanying passengers on the same booking may also be eligible to enjoy the Offer if their Emirates Skywards membership number has been added at the time of booking. If membership numbers are added or substituted after completion of the booking and ticket issuance, the applicable accompanying passenger will not qualify for the Offer.
- The Member will be notified of the Tier Miles credit in their membership statements, which are accessible on the Emirates App or online at emirates.com or flydubai.com.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change by Emirates at any time and any updates will be published on emirates.com. All other Emirates Skywards Program Rules apply.
- Emirates Skywards may withdraw the Offer at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
- The capitalized terms provided in the Emirates Skywards Program Rules are incorporated herein by reference and shall apply to these terms and conditions unless otherwise defined herein.
