  • Earning Miles:
    • You will earn Skywards Miles for booking Emirates Vacations packages via emiratesvacations.com, Emirates Vacations Retail outlets, Emirates Vacations Call Center or an Emirates Vacations travel agent partner.
    • You must log in to your Emirates Skywards membership account before completing your booking. Only the member booking the package will be awarded the Miles for the package, excluding any applicable taxes, fees and surcharges.
    • The Miles earned on the vacation package are in addition to the standard Miles earning on Emirates flights.
    • Skywards Miles can be earned when you book a minimum three-night Emirates Vacations package.
    • All passengers in the booking will earn Skywards Miles for the flight.
    • The prices and Miles quoted for each booking are dynamic and subject to change.
    • In markets where payments are made in any currency other than United States dollars, The Miles proposition may vary depending on the prevailing exchange rate. (Except United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Germany).
    • You will not earn Skywards Miles on cancellation fees and canceled bookings.
    • Your Miles for amended bookings will be calculated based on the originally applied rate, as long as the original booking conditions are applicable.
    • You will not earn Miles on group bookings, promotional upgrades, seat selection etc. Contact your local Emirates Vacations office for more details.
    • When making a booking, you authorize Emirates Vacations and Emirates Skywards to collect and transfer select information including title, first name, last name, membership tier and Skywards Miles balance.
    • All bookings and payments made are managed by Emirates Vacations or Emirates Vacations travel agent partners.
    • You will not earn additional Skywards Miles with Emirates Skywards hotel partners for the same booking.
    • You will not be eligible for hotel loyalty program benefits for example: tier status, points, or privileges.
    • You will not earn Miles on bookings made with Miles or a combination of Cash+Miles.
    • Your Skywards Miles will be credited to your account within 14 days of completing the trip.
    • You can claim your missing Miles by contacting your local Emirates Vacations office within six months of travel completion.
    • Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible to earn Miles.
     Spending Miles:
    • You can spend Miles to book packages for yourself, family and friends from the following countries: UAE, USA, UK, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and the Republic of Ireland.
    • To book you need to contact the Emirates Vacations Call Center or visit Emirates Vacations retail outlets. Bookings are not possible via travel agents.
    • You can pay either with Miles or a combination of Cash+Miles (subject to sufficient Skywards Miles balance).
    • Miles will be instantly deducted from only one membership account per transaction.
    • Once spent, Miles are non-refundable for all bookings.
    • Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible to spend Miles.
