Automatic Refund Terms & Conditions

You have been redirected to this page because you wish to reject the alternative travel arrangements we made and no longer want to travel.

We will provide you with an automatic refund in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations (14 CFR Part 260). By clicking the “Submit” button below, you confirm that you have read and understood the following conditions:

  1. The entire booking and associated paid services (such as paid seating, baggage, etc.) will be canceled and refunded for you and all the other customers in the booking.
  2. All unused sectors in your booking will be canceled.
  3. You will be refunded in your original form of payment.
  4. A new fare will be applicable if you want to rebook an itinerary once your tickets are refunded.

If you want to discuss any alternative options for your travel, please contact us(Opens page in the same tab) before clicking on “Submit”. If your ticket was issued by another airline or agent, please contact them.

Once you have clicked on “Submit”, please note that the refund process is automated and cannot be reversed. If you subsequently decide to travel, a new booking and fare will apply.
