Miles might be missing from your statement for several reasons. The most common are:
New members can claim Miles for Emirates flights taken up to two months prior to registering with Emirates Skywards.
New members can also claim Miles for flydubai Flights flown up to two months prior to registering with Emirates Skywards.
If you’re missing Miles for a flydubai flight, please log in and submit an online claim on flydubai.com(Opens an external website in a new tab).
You can submit a claim if your Miles haven’t been credited to your account within three weeks of the partner transaction date. To claim missing Miles, the name used for the partner booking must match the name in your Emirates Skywards profile exactly. Depending on the partner, follow one of these steps to claim your Miles:
Please allow six to eight weeks from the date your claim is received for missing Miles to appear in your account.

To claim missing Miles on a Skysurfer account for an Emirates flight, the nominated parent or guardian can either call an Emirates Call Center(Opens page in the same tab) or email us(Opens page in the same tab) with the membership number, ticket details and booking reference. To claim missing Miles on a Skysurfer account for a partner transaction, the nominated parent or guardian should email us(Opens page in the same tab) with account details and copies of the relevant invoices and/or receipts.
