What do I do if I there are Points missing from my account?

If Business Rewards Points haven’t been credited to your account, you can make a Business Rewards Points Claim within four months of the flight. Simply log in to your Emirates Business Rewards account.

Business Rewards Points may not have been credited to your account for several reasons:

  1. The payment is still being processed, or the itinerary is not yet flown or is only partially flown.
  2. The travel agent didn’t enter your Business Rewards membership number in the booking.
  3. The fare wasn’t eligible to earn Points; for example, the ticket was purchased under a corporate, group, or tour fare or other formally negotiated airfare.
