Your Skywards Miles are valid three years from the date of travel. Within the calendar year that Skywards Miles are due to expire, they will be removed from your account at the end of the month in which you were born.
For example, if your birthday is in August, Miles you earned in June 2016 will expire on August 31, 2019.
You can set automated messages from your My Account page to remind you when Skywards Miles are due to expire.
