The First Class experience isn’t just for the plane and airport lounge. From the moment you land in Dubai, our Premium Connections Service will be ready to assist you with luxurious transport and access to dedicated security clearance points. Available exclusively for First Class passengers who are connecting through or landing in Dubai, Premium Connections makes the arrival and connections experience smooth and enjoyable.
We’ve also taken extra steps to make sure that health and safety measures meet the highest standards, not just at the airport and inflight, but across all of our premium services.
A swift and first-class transfer
Continue the First Class experience when connecting in Dubai. You’ll be greeted at the arrivals gate and escorted by our luxury transport services to your connecting flight. If your connecting flight is due to depart in more than 60 minutes, our transport services will take you directly to the nearest lounge, where you can wait for your boarding call with all the comforts of our Dubai lounges.
Transport is provided by our exclusive private shuttles for distances above 400 meters, or by foot for shorter distances. Family and accompanying travel members can also benefit from the service. To maintain the highest levels of safety, hygiene and comfort, each private shuttle carries a maximum of 2 passengers, except for families where up to 4 people can be accommodated in one vehicle.
First Class service on arrival
Premium Connections Services is also available to First Class passengers arriving in Dubai International. Our staff will escort you straight to the arrivals fast-track lane, and if required, to COVID-19 PCR testing at the Arrivals Testing Station. You’ll be attended to immediately without any waiting or lining up. We’ll then guide you directly to immigration and the exit.
