To take advantage of Cash+Miles promotional offers, an Emirates Skywards member must log in upfront with their personal account on emirates.com or the Emirates App, before commencing their commercial fare search and selection. Cash+Miles promotional offers are not applicable to any bookings made via the Emirates Contact Centers or via ‘Advanced Search’ on emirates.com.

Cash+Miles promotional offers are valid on Emirates-operated flights and selected connecting codeshare flights only. All other codeshare and interline flights are excluded, including itineraries and tickets involving a combination of Emirates with flights operated by another airline (except selected connecting codeshare flights).

Cash+Miles promotional offers may be restricted or vary depending on flights, cabins, fare brands and dates. Emirates Skywards members can review and must select the option with the Cash+Miles offer icon displayed during the booking process to take advantage of any special offer at the payment page.

Once the Cash+Miles element is selected, reviewed and accepted on the payment page, and in turn final payment is made to issue the ticket(s), no further adjustments in Cash+Miles rates will be permitted. Subsequent ticket reissues involving any additional collections of fare or fees must be made entirely with cash (or equivalent payment). Ticket cancellations will be subject to fare rules and normal Emirates Skywards Program Rules provisions.

Cash+Miles promotional offers may be personalized depending on the logged-in Emirates Skywards member’s profile. An offer is not guaranteed unless claimed immediately at payment page (i.e. in the same session). Skywards Miles payment must be debited from the logged-in Emirates Skywards member’s account only. My Family and Skysurfers accounts are not eligible for Cash+Miles promotional offers.

If Cash+Miles promotional offers differ for outbound and inbound journeys, the higher of the two rates will apply at payment page for the entire ticket.

The preferential Cash+Miles redemption offer will not apply to any ancillary services, including, without limitation, seat selection, baggage allowance and lounge access, when such services are purchased using a combination of cash and Miles (Cash+Miles).

Any promotional code/CUGO code offer is excluded from Cash+Miles promotional offers. Tickets issued with Cash+Miles promotional offers will not be eligible for any other Emirates Skywards promotions.

Emirates Skywards members will earn Skywards Miles and Tier Miles on the part of the ticket that is paid for in cash, excluding carrier-imposed charges, taxes, and fees.

For Cash+Miles in-path preferential co-brand redemption rate, eligible members will get a more robust Cash+Miles rate during the applicable offer period on all Emirates-operated origins and selected connecting codeshare origins, all Emirates-operated destinations and selected connecting codeshare destinations, all cabins (Economy Class, Premium Economy, Business Class and First class), all fare brands and on tickets booked via emirates.com (desktop and mobile) and the Emirates App.
