Arte Museum Dubai, located in The Dubai Mall, is an immersive digital art space created by the award-winning Korean design company d’strict.

  

Spanning over 2,800 square meters, the museum combines state-of-the-art technology with stunning visual storytelling to create a multi-sensory journey through themed exhibition zones. General T&C:
    • VIP Package: includes one pre-selected gift (value AED 150); gift cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted.
    • Tickets are valid only for the visit date selected at the time of purchase.
    • All tickets are non-refundable, and cannot be resold.
    • Last entry: 9 PM on weekdays, 10 PM on weekends.
    • Re-entry is not permitted once guests leave the venue.
    • Arte Museum Dubai reserves the right to amend operating hours, close exhibits, or restrict access without prior notice.
    • Guests must follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal without refund.
    • The venue is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
    • Personal photography and videography are permitted for private use only; commercial use requires written approval.
    • Outside food and beverages are not permitted. 
    • Arte Museum Dubai reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
