This promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is brought to you by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (‘Emirates’) and hosted via the website found at website.

These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the ‘Terms’) govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Promotion. Registration is mandatory. By registering for the Promotion, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Promotion, Emirates’ decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Unless otherwise provided herein, capitalized terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings attributed to them in the Emirates Skywards Program Rules.

Eligible Members

On the date of registration for the Promotion you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and an existing Emirates Skywards Member, and have successfully registered for the Promotion in order to be eligible to enter the Promotion (‘Eligible Member(s)’).

Registration for this Promotion commences at 12.01am [UAE] on September 25, 2025 and closes at 11.59pm [UAE] on October 20, 2025 (the ‘Registration Period’). In order to successfully register for the Promotion, you will have to pass the Emirates Skywards 25th Anniversary Quiz (the ‘Quiz’), available at website. For clarity, if you fail to pass the Quiz, you will not be considered an Eligible Member.

Offers

As part of the Promotion, Eligible Members are provided the opportunity to participate in the offers as defined below (collectively referred to as the ‘Offers’):

• ‘Emirates and flydubai Offer’ means the opportunity for Eligible Members to earn 50% bonus Skywards Miles, subject to the ‘Emirates and flydubai Offer Terms’ below;
• ‘Partner Offer’ means the opportunity for Eligible Members to earn 25% bonus Skywards Miles, subject to the ‘Partner Offer Terms’ below; and
• ‘Buy/Gift Miles Offer’ means the opportunity for Eligible Members to earn up to 50% bonus Skywards Miles, subject to the ‘Buy/Gift Miles Offer Terms’ below.
  Eligible Members who participate in any of the Offers in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions will qualify for entry into the Skywards Raffle, as defined below:
• ‘Skywards Raffle’ means the raffle draw that provides an opportunity for Eligible Members to win up to 1 million Skywards Miles, subject to the ‘Skywards Raffle Terms’ below.

a. For the purposes of the Emirates and flydubai Offer, the following Terms and Conditions (the ‘Emirates and flydubai Offer Terms’) shall apply.

Eligible Members will have the opportunity to earn a 50% bonus on the total Skywards Miles earned, excluding tier bonuses, on all journeys in any cabin or fare-brands, on flights that are both marketed and operated by either Emirates or flydubai, provided that:

• The ticket is booked between 12.01am [UAE] on September 25, 2025 and 11.59pm [UAE] on October 20, 2025;
• Provided that at least one leg of travel commences and completes between 12.01am [UAE] on September 25, 2025 and 11.59pm [UAE] on November 30, 2025 (the ‘Travel Period’); and
• A valid Emirates Skywards Membership number is provided at the time of booking

These conditions are collectively referred to as the ‘Eligible Activity’. For clarity, the 50% bonus Skywards Miles will only be awarded for the leg(s) of travel completed within the Travel Period.

In addition to the base Skywards Miles normally earned with respect to the Eligible Activity, a 50% bonus will be posted to an Eligible Member’s Account within 72 hours of completing the Eligible Activity. As mentioned above, the 50% bonus Skywards Miles will be calculated on the base Skywards Miles earned as per the original ticketed class and will exclude any tier bonuses.

All other codeshare and interline flights, any retroactive claims for Skywards Miles, i.e., tickets where a valid Emirates Skywards Membership number is not provided at the time of booking or any flight tickets that would not earn Skywards Miles as per the Emirates Skywards Program Rules will not be considered as an Eligible Activity and are accordingly excluded from this Emirates and flydubai Offer. This Emirates and flydubai Offer cannot be applied in combination with any other offer or promotion that may be available.

b. For the purposes of the Partner Offer, the following Terms and Conditions (the ‘Partner Offer Terms’) shall apply.

Eligible Members will have the opportunity to earn a 25% bonus on Skywards Miles earned on transactions at the select partners listed below from 12.01am [UAE] on September 25, 2025 to 11.59pm [UAE] on October 20, 2025, capped at a maximum of 10,000 bonus Skywards Miles per partner for each Eligible Member (the ‘Eligible Transaction(s)’).

The Eligible Transactions will only qualify for the Partner Offer if the following conditions are met:

• Airline Partner Transactions: the qualifying travel is undertaken within the Registration Period. For clarity, the 25% bonus Skywards Miles will only be awarded for the leg(s) of travel completed within the Registration Period.
• Financial Partner Transactions: the qualifying credit card spend occurs within the Registration Period.
• Car Rental Partner Transactions: the qualifying rental period has started or finished within the Registration Period.
• Hotel Partner Transactions:
  • (i) the qualifying hotel stay has commenced or finished within the Registration Period; or
  • (ii) the qualifying conversion of Hotel Partner Points to Skywards Miles has been initiated within the Registration Period.
• Retail and Lifestyle Partner Transactions: the qualifying purchase is within the Registration Period.

In addition to the base Skywards Miles normally earned with respect to a partner transaction, a 25% bonus will be posted to an Eligible Member’s Account within 90 days after completing an Eligible Transaction. The 25% bonus Skywards Miles will be calculated on the total Skywards Miles normally earned on the Eligible Transactions, excluding any other bonuses earned.

Skywards Miles earned at any other partners, any retroactive claims for Skywards Miles, i.e., transactions where a valid Skywards Membership number is not provided at the time of booking/purchase, and any transactions that would not earn Skywards Miles as per the Skywards Program Rules or the relevant partner’s terms and conditions will not be considered as an Eligible Transaction. Additionally, any transactions made by an Eligible Member with a delinquent or blocked Emirates Skywards co-branded card during the Registration Period will also be excluded from eligibility.

Please note that the base Skywards Miles earned on Eligible Transactions will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant partner. Emirates is not responsible for the accrual of base Miles where the partner’s terms are not met.

In case an Eligible Transaction is refunded, both the base Skywards Miles earned and the bonus Skywards Miles awarded will be reversed from the Eligible Member’s Account.

c. For the purposes of the Buy/Gift Miles Offer, the following Terms and Conditions (the ‘Buy/Gift Miles Offer Terms’) shall apply.

Eligible Members will have the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to 50% on Skywards Miles upon successfully purchasing a minimum of 5,000 Skywards Miles through the Buy Miles and/or Gift Miles product(s) available on the Website via the Points Platform, the Emirates Contact Center and the Emirates Reservation and Ticketing office between 12.01am [UAE] on September 25, 2025 and 11.59pm [UAE] on October 20, 2025 (the ‘Eligible Purchase(s)’).

The percentage of bonus Skywards Miles awarded may vary depending on the individual Eligible Member and is determined by the number of Skywards Miles purchased by that Eligible Member in connection with an Eligible Purchase. Eligible Members shall only be entitled to the percentage of bonus Skywards Miles specified at the time the Eligible Purchase is made.

Skywards Miles purchased, along with the bonus Skywards Miles awarded, will be reflected in the Eligible Member’s Account within 48 hours after the Eligible Purchase. Skywards Miles purchased through the Buy Miles and/or Gift Miles products will count toward the maximum annual limit of Skywards Miles that an Eligible Member can purchase for themselves or receive as a gift. However, any bonus Skywards Miles awarded as part of the Eligible Purchase will not count toward this annual limit. In the event of any reversal of the Eligible Purchase, the bonus Skywards Miles awarded will also be reversed. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the Eligible Member’s Account to reflect only the amount actually paid by the Eligible Member.

This Buy/Gift Miles Offer cannot be applied in combination with any other offer or promotion that may be available on the Buy Miles and Gift Miles products.

d. For the purposes of the Skywards Raffle, the following Terms and Conditions (the ‘Skywards Raffle Terms’) shall apply.

Eligible Members who participate in any of the Offers in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions will have the opportunity to get up to 1 (one) entry into the Skywards Raffle as long as they are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registering for this Promotion and are not employees of the Emirates Group (the ‘Eligible Entry’).

Eligible Members who do not meet the Eligible Entry criteria will not be eligible to participate in the Skywards Raffle but will be eligible to participate in the Emirates and flydubai Offers, Partner Offers or Buy/Gift Offers as per the Flight Offer Terms, Partner Offer Terms and Buy/Gift Offer Terms set out in the preceding sections.

Each Eligible Entry will be a part of a random draw to identify the winning Skywards Members and will take place on November 3, 2025 at 2.30pm [UAE] at Emirates Group Headquarters (the ‘Draw’) and the drawn entries will win prizes as defined below (collectively referred to as the ‘Prize’)

• 1 (one) Eligible Entry will be drawn at random from all the Eligible Entries validly submitted and will be awarded 1,000,000 (one million) Skywards Miles.
• 50 (fifty) Eligible Entries will be drawn at random from all the remaining Eligible Entries validly submitted and will be awarded 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand) Skywards Miles.
• 115 (one hundred fifteen) Eligible Entries will be drawn at random from all the remaining Eligible Entries validly submitted and will be awarded 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Skywards Miles.

The Skywards Miles issued under the Prize will be credited to the respective Emirates Skywards Membership Account within 72 hours of the Draw and such winning Eligible Members will be notified by Emirates via email and/or telephone within 7 (seven) working days of the Draw using the contact details updated in the Emirates Skywards Membership Account. Emirates will not be held liable for any failure to reach Eligible Members who win any of the Prizes.

The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Proof of age may be required before the Prize can be given. Emirates reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another prize of equal or greater value, should the need reasonably arise. Skywards Miles credited as part of the Prize will have a validity period of one (1) year from the date the Skywards Miles are credited to the Eligible Member’s Account. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The Skywards Raffle is void in countries where it is prohibited by law. Eligible Members located in a country restricted by applicable controls and sanctions or other laws or regulations as they relate to this Skywards Raffle are ineligible to participate. Each Eligible Member must ensure that his or her participation in the Skywards Raffle (including the acceptance of any prize awarded) is lawful in accordance with the laws of the country where he or she is a citizen and/or resides, and/or happens to be at the time the entry is made. Emirates shall not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any Eligible Member’s participation, or as to any other aspect of the Skywards Raffle.

e. Taxes

It is acknowledged that any fees arising in connection with the Promotion are exclusive of taxes. In the event that any tax becomes applicable with respect to such fees, Emirates reserves the right to increase the relevant fee to the extent of such taxes in its sole discretion. Skywards Members are solely liable for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes, including but not limited to personal tax, service tax and other entertainment tax due as a result of participating in this Promotion, and Emirates accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising as a result of this Promotion.

f. Personal Information

Emirates collects and uses the Eligible Member’s personal information (the ‘Personal Information’) in order to organize, administer and conduct the Promotion, and to award the Offers, therefore Emirates informs you that:

a) For the purposes relating to the Promotion, to register you for the Promotion, determining the right of an Eligible Member to receive the Offers, to notify winners of the Draw, to have any complaints considered, and for the performance of any necessary legal obligation(s) under the applicable laws imposed on Emirates in connection with conducting the Promotion and any reporting obligation, Emirates will process the Eligible Member’s Personal Information, which includes:

• name and title;
• date of birth;
• contact details’ (including email address)
• Emirates Skywards Membership Number

b) Some of your Personal Information will be processed for Emirates legitimate interests, which is to promote Emirates products and services, obtain better understanding of how Emirates can continue to improve its products and services, and to increase customer engagement. It is unlikely that this type of activity will override your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, which require protection of your personal data. Where Emirates needs to use your Personal Information to perform a contract or take steps to enter into a contract with you regarding the Promotion, Emirates will process your Personal Information for this purpose. Where Emirates is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, such processing of Personal Information, will be based on this obligation.

c) You do not have to provide your Personal Information to Emirates, but if you do not provide certain information required by Emirates as necessary for conducting the Promotion, Emirates will not be able to enter your details into the Promotion.

d) Emirates is a global business, which means your Personal Information may be transferred and stored in the United Arab Emirates and other countries that may be outside your country of residence. Some of these countries have different standards of data protection than your country of residence. Emirates will take appropriate steps to ensure that transfers of personal information are in accordance with applicable law, and we only transfer personal information to another country where:

• We are satisfied that adequate levels of protection are in place to protect the information; and
• The transfers are fully managed to protect your privacy rights and interests and are limited to countries that are recognized as providing adequate legal protection or where we can be satisfied that alternative arrangements are in place to protect your privacy rights.

e) If you are subject to laws that provide you with such rights, depending on certain exceptions, and in some cases dependent upon the processing activity Emirates is undertaking, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal information. You may have the right to:

• To access personal information
• To rectify/erase personal information (‘right to be forgotten’)
• To restrict the processing of personal information
• To object to the processing of personal information (including direct marketing)
• To transfer personal information
• To obtain a copy of safeguards used when transferring personal information outside your jurisdiction
• To lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

If you wish to access any of the rights set out above, Emirates may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity and for security purposes, in particular before disclosing personal information to you. Emirates reserves the right to charge a fee where permitted by law, for example, if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. You can exercise your rights by completing a form on Emirates’ website, which you can find here, by emailing us at privacy@emirates.com or by sending us a communication at Data Privacy Office, Emirates, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Subject to legal and other permissible considerations, we will make every reasonable effort to honor your request promptly or inform you if we require further information to fulfill your request. Emirates may not always be able to fully address your request, for example, if it would impact the duty of confidentiality Emirates owes to others, or if Emirates is legally entitled to deal with the request in a different way.

f) These Terms are complementary to the Emirates Privacy Policy, which is applicable to Emirates’ services. Please read the Emirates Privacy Policy for more details, such as how long your Personal Information will be stored, who might be the recipients of your Personal Information, how Emirates updates its policies and other channels where you can contact Emirates.

g. Emirates Liability

Emirates will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under these Terms where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. Emirates accepts no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues, or anticipated savings or for special, direct, indirect, or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising.

Emirates accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Eligible Members, where applicable the guest, as a result of entering or participating in the Promotion or accepting the Prize. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of Emirates.

Eligible Members enter the Promotion at their own risk and agree to indemnify Emirates against all costs, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including loss of reputation and goodwill and professional advisors’ fees) and any claim arising from their own actions in any way in connection with the Promotion or a breach of their obligations hereunder.

h. General

Participation in the Promotion does not confer on the Eligible Member any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Promotion. Any Terms that are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms. Emirates reserves the right to modify or vary the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, and as applicable the UAE, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.

All decisions by Emirates regarding the Promotion, including the Draw and Prize, shall be final. Emirates may withdraw the Promotion at their discretion and reserves the right to decline participation in the Promotion or revoke any Prize or bonus Skywards Miles awarded under the Offers in the event of any breach of these Terms or the Emirates Skywards Program Rules. Applications to participate in the Promotion can only be made via the Website. All entries are subject to acceptance by Emirates. Eligible Members agree that Emirates shall not be liable as a result of any refusal or failure to accept an application and no compensation shall be payable to any person in consequence of such action.

By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Members are agreeing to abide by the Emirates Skywards Program Rules and Emirates Skywards strongly recommends that the Eligible Members read and are familiar with the terms and conditions set out in the links to the documents mentioned in the preceding sentence.
