Emirates Business Rewards

Emirates Business Rewards basics

What is the difference between an employee and a guest traveler?

An employee is someone who works for your organization, has a valid email address, and would like access to your Emirates Business Rewards account. Employees can make their own bookings and choose to pay themselves or send the booking to the Program Administrator for payment.

A guest traveler could be someone who works for your organization, a consultant traveling on behalf of the organization, or someone who doesn’t have a valid email address (for example, in the case of construction and marine companies, where staff work on a rotational basis). A guest traveler won’t have access to your Emirates Business Rewards account; all bookings for guest travelers must be made by the Program Administrator.
