Capital One
If you’re an eligible Capital One cardholder, convert your Capital One miles and enjoy more rewards.
- You must provide your Emirates Skywards membership number at the time of conversion.
- Your name on your Capital One rewards account must match your Emirates Skywards membership details.
- When converting, you authorize Emirates to collect and transfer select information, including your name and transaction details. Capital One and Emirates data policy rules apply.
- You must convert a minimum of 1,000 Capital One miles.
- Availability and transfer rates of Skywards Miles may vary and are subject to change without notice.
- Capital One miles will be deducted from your account immediately. Skywards Miles will be credited within 1–5 working days and may take up to 15 days to be reflected in your Emirates Skywards account.
- Conversions cannot be canceled or reversed.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible for financial partner conversions.
