Travel to Sri Lanka
Travel to Sri Lanka is currently not allowed except for government approved passengers arriving on repatriation flights.
All passengers must hold a negative COVID-19 PCR test report. The test must be conducted within 72 hours of departure from point of origin.
A second COVID-19 PCR test will be carried out on all passengers on arrival.
Travel from Sri Lanka
If you are a UAE resident flying to Dubai from Sri Lanka, you must first check you are eligible to travel to the UAE on ICA Smart Services website. This is in addition to GDRFA approval for Dubai residence visa holders. If you are not eligible you will not be able to travel. Passengers travelling from Sri Lanka are advised to arrive a minimum of 4 hours before departure to allow time for health screening and document verification.
