What do I get when I upgrade a booking using my Points?

You’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits of your upgraded class of travel, including extra baggage allowance, lounge access, and Chauffeur-drive. The fare conditions of your original ticket will continue to apply at all times. So if there are any fees or charges applicable to your original ticket, they will still apply even after upgrading with Business Rewards Points.

*Chauffeur-drive service is available in selected locations worldwide and should be booked at least 48 hours before your flight.
