You can submit a claim if your Miles haven’t been credited to your account within three weeks of the partner transaction date. To claim missing Miles, the name used for the partner booking must match the name in your Emirates Skywards profile exactly. Depending on the partner, follow one of these steps to claim your Miles:
Please allow six to eight weeks from the date your claim is received for missing Miles to appear in your account.
Some of our partners offer the ability to make a claim directly on their website. You can check if this service is available by visiting the individual partner page.
