See the past and imagine the future inside the Dubai Frame, a 150-metre high architectural marvel located in Zabeel Park. This iconic landmark – featuring 15,000 square metres of gold-hued stainless steel and finished with an Expo 2020 Dubai logo-inspired pattern – is one of the city's newest cultural additions. Characterised by its gleaming, frame-like structure, the building reflects the 'connection' between the emirate's soulful heritage and its visionary future, with views of old Dubai on one side, and new Dubai on the other.

The moment you step inside, you're taken back several eras in the Old Dubai Gallery. Here, multimedia displays showcase the emirate's speedy transformation from a quaint fishing village to a cosmopolitan hub. Explore Emirati heritage showcased through incredible 3D projections, and delve into Dubai's unique past.

Next up on your journey is the Dubai Frame's main highlight: the 93-metre Sky Deck level bridge that 'connects' old and new Dubai. Wander through a magnificent glass walkway that boasts panoramic views of the city, from the bustling low-rise streets of old Dubai to the glittering, high-rise buildings of new Dubai. While day-time views are stunning, night-time views are exceptional. Interactive augmented reality screens prompt you to spot landmarks, discover fascinating facts, and add your own creative touch. If you feel like a cup of coffee, there's a café too.

Back on the mezzanine floor, the Future Dubai Gallery offers you a glimpse of the city's technologically-savvy future through a kaleidoscopic-like tunnel boasting impressive audio-visual effects. Souvenirs are available on the way out, with illuminated, dancing fountains outside making for great photographs and videos.
