These booking Terms & Conditions govern your ‘Dubai Connect’ offer made through emirates.com or an Emirates' call center or your travel agent. Where Emirates books accommodation or other ground service in its capacity as agent of the relevant third party supplier, your contract for that accommodation or service will be subject to the supplier's Terms & Conditions, which could limit or exclude liability to you. No contract will come into existence until we accept your request for the ‘Dubai Connect’ offer.
When you submit your request for your Dubai Connect offer, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept (and do accept) these conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons covered by your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information given to you in connection with this booking by us, or any third-party supplier, is passed on to everyone on whose behalf you are making, or have made, the booking. You warrant that all information you provide about yourself and other persons shall be true and accurate.
Please read these Terms & Conditions in full before requesting the ‘Dubai Connect’ offer.
The 'Dubai Connect' offer is subject to hotel availability. The ‘Dubai Connect’ offer may be discontinued at any time without notice.
To qualify for the Dubai Connect offer, you must meet the following criteria:
First, Business, Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers
The connection time between the arrival of the inbound flight to Dubai and the outbound flight departure from Dubai must be more than or equal to ten (10) hours and less than or equal to twenty four (24) hours or equal to eight (8) hours and less than or equal to twenty six (26) hours for bookings made on or after 11 October 2022. To qualify for the offer, the passenger must be booked on the best available connection, that being the one with the shortest transit time in Dubai, between the inbound flight into Dubai and the outbound flight from Dubai.
The eligibility for the ‘Dubai Connect’ offer will be determined against the payment of a minimum fare type for your Emirates flight. This is indicated during the booking process.
This service is only available for passengers 18 years or older as of the date of departure on the inbound flight to Dubai, if traveling alone. Up to two children (defined as passengers under 18 years as of the date of departure) may be accommodated when traveling with one adult.
Both your inbound and outbound flights to and from Dubai must be Emirates flights (marketed by Qantas or Emirates) or Qantas flights (marketed by Emirates or Qantas). Codeshare flights other than EK5000 and QF8000 flights are not eligible. The offer is not available on flights with other airlines and/or where Emirates is the marketing carrier only. Emirates marketed flights, operated by flyDubai, may also qualify for Dubai Connect if arriving and departing from Terminal 3.
The itinerary must be a single booking ticketed on one ticket. The ticket must be issued on an Emirates (176) document.
Bookings for groups (itineraries that include more than nine passengers) in First Class and Business Class will not automatically qualify for Dubai Connect. Dubai Connect may be extended to such group bookings at the sole discretion of Emirates.
Bookings for Groups (that contain more than nine passengers) in Premium Economy and Economy Class will automatically qualify for ‘Dubai Connect’ provided that all the herein mentioned minimum requirements for each Economy Class passenger are met.
You must be successful in obtaining entry into the United Arab Emirates to be eligible for Dubai Connect. Certain nationalities do not require visas to enter the United Arab Emirates. Issuance of visas is purely at the discretion of the United Arab Emirates immigration authorities and Emirates takes no responsibility should your visa application be rejected. We note that for some passport holders the Emirates immigration authorities refuse to process visa applications. For these passport holders, Emirates will not make an application and you will be ineligible for Dubai Connect.
It is your responsibility to obtain (for all travelers, including infants and children) all travel documents required to obtain an entry visa into the UAE at your own expense prior to making a booking with us. All passports regardless of nationality must have a minimum validity of 90 days.
Passengers must meet all travel requirements as detailed on Emirates.com, click here for the latest information about COVID-19 travel and testing requirements.

We do not make any guarantee as to the accommodation allocated to you in any manner (e.g., facilities, hotel, location, star rating).
You will be provided with all applicable meals by the hotel in which you will be staying, and the meal will be allocated based on the time of check-in. Meals will be served at the applicable time of day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Where you are booked in Premium Economy or Economy Class (as per your flight booking/PNR) 24 hours prior to flight departure but hold a Business Class or First Class ticket (as a result of an upgrade), you will still be provided with a room at a hotel allocated for Economy Class passengers.
Where you are booked in Business Class or First Class, (as per your flight booking/PNR) but are involuntarily downgraded at the time of check-in, due to aircraft change or denied boarding, you will be provided rooms in the hotel allocated for Business Class and First Class passengers.
