As our partnership comes to an end, please note that Emirates Skywards members will not be able to earn Miles for stays at The Address Hotels + Resorts from 15 April 2020, 23:59 Dubai time. You can claim any missing Miles for stays completed on or before 15 April 2020 until 15 October 2020.

Earn Miles

Earn 1 Skywards Mile for every USD 1 spent on eligible room rates, food and beverage outlets and all hotel facilities such as spa treatments, laundry services and telephone usage.

Important Information

  • You can only earn Miles on your stay at The Address Hotels + Resorts until 15 April 2020, 23:59 Dubai time.
  • Retroactive claims for Miles earned on stays completed on or before 15 April 2020, 23:59 Dubai time, will be accepted until 15 October 2020.
  • Qualifying rates exclude airline employee rates, inter-company or employee discount rates, any complimentary, free or barter room or any stays in connection with a frequent traveller award, gift certificates or other awards or discounted rates, wholesale, packages, tour operator, conference, travel industry discount, special discounted and long stay rates.
  • Qualifying spend means all charges (excluding service charges or applicable taxes levied by any competent authority) charged to the room bill during a stay, irrespective of whether the member is staying on a qualifying room rate.
  • Qualifying spend is in respect of food and beverage services (excluding banquet charges) or any other related services at Address Hotels + Resorts.
  • Qualifying spend includes (but is not limited to) telephone calls and laundry services and excludes conference related calls, tips and third party charges.
  • Members must present proof of a valid Emirates Skywards membership at the time of check-in to earn Miles.
  • Skywards Miles will be credited to the member's account only after payment in full is made for the qualifying stay through direct payment at the hotel.
  • Member will receive Miles for one room per member per stay at Address Hotels + Resorts.
  • If a member wishes to claim an adjustment to the number of Miles awarded or make a retroactive claim, they must do so within six months of the date of transaction, by sending written details to an Emirates Contact Centre, with a copy of the relevant hotel invoice.
  • The name of the Emirates Skywards member must match the name of the hotel reservation to be eligible for Miles accrual.
  • Address Hotels + Resorts reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, along with the available benefits structure, at any time, with no advance notice.
