How can I avail the benefit?
You must during the Programme Period, present either an electronic, home printed or airport printed boarding pass in your own name dated between 1 January to 31 March to Dubai issued by Emirates, along with a Photo ID for identification purposes upon request at the premises of the listed Partners in order to avail the Benefits.
Where can I find the benefits details?
The Benefits will be listed on emirates.com/myemiratespass. The Benefits shall be subject to terms and conditions which apply to the possession and use of the Benefits as set out by the Partner which may be amended from time to time. These will be detailed on the Website.
We are a group of people, can we use one boarding pass?
The Benefits are only valid for the Passenger holding the valid boarding pass, unless stated otherwise in the Terms on the Website.
Can I give the boarding pass for someone to use on my behalf?
The Programme is for Passenger personal use ONLY and is not transferable and is void if purchased, sold or bartered.
Can I use the boarding pass more than once to avail the benefits?
You can use the Emirates boarding pass many times in different or same outlets. Make sure it is dated between 1 January and 31 March 2019 and it is in your own name.
Do I have to pay tax?
You are responsible for any taxes, fees and surcharges of any kind, as applicable.

My Emirates Pass, Winter Program 2019
The “My Emirates Pass” Winter Programme 2019 (the “Programme”) means the added-value offer provided by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P. O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and hosted via the website found at emirates.com/myemiratespass (“Website”).
These terms and conditions together with the Partner’s terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the "Terms") govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Programme. By participating in the Programme, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.
In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and all other matters relating to the Programme, Emirates’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. “Benefits” means the benefits to be provided to eligible passengers including but not limited to discounts, services or other benefits to be provided by the Partners, as detailed on the Website. The terms and conditions relating to the discounts, services or benefits which form part of this Programme may vary between the Partners.
“Partners” means a retailer or service provider participating in the Programme during the Programme Period as listed on the Website.
“Programme Period” means 1 January until 31 March 2019 excluding UAE public holidays.
Passengers must, during the Programme Period, present either an electronic, home-printed or airport-printed boarding pass in his or her own name dated between 1 January and 31 March 2019 to Dubai issued by Emirates, along with a Photo ID for identification purposes upon request at the premises of the listed Partners (“Passenger”) in order to avail the Benefits.
It is the Passenger’s responsibility to ensure that any ID provided is a true representation of them. The Partner has the right to reject a Passenger from the premises if they are not able to provide adequate identification documents. Passengers are expected to behave in an appropriate manner at all times at the premises of the Partner.
The Programme is void in countries where it is prohibited by law. Individuals located in a country restricted by applicable controls and sanctions or other laws or regulations as they relate to this Programme are ineligible to participate in the Programme. Each Passenger must ensure that his or her participation in the Programme is lawful in accordance with the laws of the country of which he or she is a citizen and/or resides, and/or happens to be at the time the entry is made. Emirates shall not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation, or as to any other aspect of the Programme.
The Benefits shall be subject to terms and conditions which apply to the possession and use of the benefits as set out by the Partner which may be amended from time to time. These will be detailed on the Website. The Benefits are only valid for the Passenger holding the valid boarding pass, unless stated otherwise in the Terms.
Any Passenger who fails to abide by any of the Terms or fails to meet the participation or eligibility criteria set out in the Terms, may be deemed ineligible to avail the Benefit offered at the discretion of Emirates and/or the Partner. The Programme is for Passenger personal use ONLY and is not transferable and void if purchased, sold or bartered. The offers included in the Programme are not redeemable for cash. The benefits are based on availability and prior reservation is highly recommended.
The Passenger shall be personally responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the Benefits including but not limited to insurance, travel, airfares, food, accommodation and any other ancillary costs associated with redemption of the Benefits. The Passenger shall also be responsible for any taxes, fees and surcharges of any kind, as applicable; and any compensation payable to the Partner for damage caused by the Passenger (or Passenger’s family or guests) to the Partner's property or equipment.
Emirates collects and uses the Passenger’s personal information (the “Data”) in order to conduct the Programme and may, for this purpose, disclose or transmit such information to third parties rendering services in relation to the Programme. In processing the Data, Emirates may transfer it to countries which may not afford the same level of data protection as your country of residence. However, in all cases, Emirates undertakes to collect, process, store, save and transfer the Data in compliance with relevant data protection legislation in force from time to time. By entering the Programme and providing the Data the Passenger authorises Emirates to collect and process the Data in this manner.
In consenting to receive the Emirates Newsletter, the Passenger authorises Emirates to retain and use the Data and transmit the Data for the purposes of issuing the Emirates Newsletter.
In consenting to direct marketing, the Passenger authorises Emirates to retain and use the Data for other direct marketing, which may involve sharing the Data with Emirates’ offices, authorised agents, Emirates’ other companies and/or brands, anyone to whom Emirates transfers their rights and duties, third party companies offering related services (including, for example, car rental, hotels, limousines, transfers, ancillary services), governments and government agencies, credit card and other payment card companies, and other airlines or providers of such related services.
If the Passenger would like to know what Data Emirates is holding about them and/or correct the Data that Emirates holds about them they should contact their local Emirates office.
Inclusion by Emirates of a Partner in the Programme does not constitute or imply any endorsement of such Partner's products or services. Emirates accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality of services or goods provided by the Partner in association with the Programme nor will Emirates compensate any Passenger for services or goods not received. Any participation by a Passenger in any activity offered by a Partner is entirely at the Passenger’s own risk.
Emirates will not be liable for any loss, damage, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Passenger or any other person whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination of or change to the Programme or any of the facilities, benefits or arrangements which are made available to a Passenger, including Partner withdrawal or the withdrawal of any benefits, facilities or arrangements. Passengers accept the Terms at their own risk and agree to indemnify Emirates against all costs, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill and professional advisors’ fees) and any claim arising from a Passenger’s own actions in any way in connection with these Terms or a breach of the Passengers’ obligations hereunder.
Emirates will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under these Terms where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots or any other circumstances that amount to force majeure. Emirates accepts no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings or for special, direct, indirect or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising.
Participation in the Programme does not confer on the Passengers any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Programme. Any Terms which are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by such valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms.
