There are changes to the COVID-19 testing requirements.
Fully vaccinated passengers who received the last required dose of a vaccine not more than 9 months before travel are allowed to enter Algeria without a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test.
Non-vaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate for a test taken not more than 72 hours before departure. The test certificate must be in Arabic, English or French.
COVID-19 antigen testing on arrival in Algeria is no longer required.

There are changes to the COVID-19 quarantine rules and travel eligibility restrictions have been lifted.
All passengers, travelling to Angola must be tested, including children and infants.
In order to board international flights to Angola, it is mandatory to present a molecular based RT-PCR COVID-19 test with a negative result. Testing must be carried out in the 72 hours prior to departure.
All passengers will also be tested (Rapid Test for COVID-19) on arrival at 04 Fevereiro International Airport in Luanda. This test is compulsory and will be conducted free of charge.
Travellers are encouraged to carry a valid vaccination certificate with a QR code that shows they have been fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by WHO.
All Angolan citizens or passport holders 18 years old and above must have a vaccination certificate to travel from Angola must have a vaccination certificate.
Any passenger who tests positive on arrival is subject to the relevant health authorities who will determine the required quarantine measures.

From 18 April 2022, passengers will no longer be required to take a COVID-19 test before departure to enter Australia.
Most states and territories require you to take a COVID-19 test soon after arriving. For more information see State and territory arrival requirements(Opens an external website in a new tab).
If you have flights booked with Emirates but you are not fully vaccinated with a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved or TGA recognised vaccine, and you are not in a medical exemption for contraindication category, or exempt from travel restrictions(Opens an external website in a new tab), you may not be allowed to travel to Australia until you are fully vaccinated, subject to current requirements. Seven days must have passed since the last required dose of a vaccine was administered for you to be considered fully vaccinated. Mixed doses count towards being fully vaccinated provided all vaccines are approved or recognised by the TGA.
Australian citizens or permanent residents travelling to Australia who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons should check the quarantine requirements(Opens an external website in a new tab) in the state or territory they are travelling to. Proof of medical exemption must be presented at the time of check in at the airport, and must be uploaded to your Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD) before you travel.

If you're a temporary visa holder who does not meet Australia’s definition of fully vaccinated, you must apply for and be approved a travel exemption(Opens an external website in a new tab) before you can enter Australia. Passengers vaccinated in Australia must prove their vaccination history by presenting an Australian government issued International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (ICVC) at check-in.
Passengers can request their ICVC through an Australian Medicare online account in myGov, or the Express Plus Medicare app.
Passengers without access to these online options can visit a Services Australia services centre or contact the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) on 1800 653 809.
Passengers vaccinated overseas who are travelling to Australia may or may not have access to an Australian government issued ICVC. If not, they will need to present a foreign issued vaccination certificate that shows the passenger is fully vaccinated with a TGA approved or TGA recognised vaccine.
Passengers travelling to Australia who present a foreign vaccination certificate will also have to make a legally binding attestation in their Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD) that their certificate is true and that they are fully vaccinated.

Where an unvaccinated child aged 12-17 years inclusive is travelling with parents or guardians who are all fully vaccinated, the entire family will be able to travel to Australia without quarantine. If the accompanying parents or guardians are not fully vaccinated or are not in the exempt category, the children will not be able to travel on Emirates until all the accompanying travellers are fully vaccinated. All passengers arriving in Australia must complete a Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD) up to seven days before travelling to Australia.
Passengers can complete the DPD by downloading the free mobile Digital Passenger Declaration app from the App Store (Apple)(Opens an external website in a new tab) or Google Play store (Android)(Opens an external website in a new tab).
Passengers are strongly encouraged to complete all parts of the DPD in full before checking in to their flight. The DPD requests critical health and travel information. It is important that you enter your vaccination (all doses) information and have evidence that you have done this.
Passengers who do not complete a DPD in full will face unnecessary delays when arriving in Australia.

There are no longer any COVID 19 entry restrictions for travel to Austria. Passengers are no longer required to hold a COVID 19 vaccination certificate or a COVID 19 test result to enter the country. Quarantine restrictions have also been lifted.
At the airport and on board of public transport a FFP2-mask without exhalation valve or a mask with at least equivalent standardized standard must be worn. The wearing of a mask does not apply to children up to the age of 6 and to persons who cannot be expected to wear the mask for health reasons.

There are no longer any COVID-19 entry restrictions for travel to Bahrain. This includes requirements for testing, vaccination, quarantine and entry forms.

Travellers who have received the required doses (single/double dose) of a WHO approved COVID-19 vaccine and carry a valid vaccination certificate are not required to present a pre-departure COVID-19 test certificate to enter Bangladesh.
Unvaccinated passengers
Travellers who have not received the required doses (single/double dose) of a COVID-19 vaccine must present a COVID-19 RT-PCR test certificate for a test taken within 72 hours before departure.
From 25 April 2022 until further notice:
Passengers travelling to Bangladesh must complete the Health Declaration Form (HDF) online(Opens an external website in a new tab) within 3 days before departure and present the printed form with a QR code at check-in.
Connecting passengers who leave the airport during their transit period must have a new HDF filled up before their next check-in.

Citizens and residents of EU or Schengen Member State
All passengers 12 years old and above, except for passengers whose main residence is in Belgium, must present one of the following documents to be accepted for travel to Belgium:

Children below 12 years who are travelling accompanied by an adult are exempt from the requirements.

Only vaccinated passengers who are not citizens or residents of an EU or Schengen member state, or whose main residence is on the white list(Opens an external website in a new tab) will be accepted for essential travel to Belgium.
Travel from the UAE to Belgium
Belgian residents travelling from the UAE are not required to present a vaccine certificate, take a pre-departure COVID-19 test, or undergo quarantine.
Passengers travelling from the UAE who are Non-Belgium residents must present one of the following documents:
Passengers who are presenting a COVID-19 test certificate for travel to Belgium must take a PCR test not more than 72 hours before departure or rapid antigen test (RAT) not more than 24 hours before departure.
A vaccination certificate proves that you have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. You are fully vaccinated 2 weeks after your last vaccination dose and if the vaccine is EMA-certified or Covishield (Opens an external website in a new tab).
Vaccination certificates from non-EU countries(Opens an external website in a new tab) will also be accepted in Belgium under certain conditions, pending their equivalence agreement with the EU. The vaccination certificate (stating complete vaccination - 1/1 dose for Johnson&Johnson, 2/2 doses for Moderna, Pfizer and AstraZeneca) is valid for 270 days (9 months). For passengers who have received a booster dose, their vaccination certificate will remain valid indefinitely.

All passengers travelling to and through Belgium from a third country outside the white list https://www.info-coronavirus.be/en/colour-codes-by-country/(Opens an external website in a new tab) must complete an e-PLF(Opens an external website in a new tab) as early as 180 days before their scheduled departure regardless of their nationality, and present the QR code receipt at check in.

From 1 April 2022, fully vaccinated passengers with proof of vaccination will no longer be required to complete the Travellers Health Declaration (DSV) or test for COVID 19 to be accepted for travel to Brazil.
Passengers who are not required to present proof of vaccination must take a COVID-19 RT PCR test within 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or a COVID-19 antigen test at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The negative COVID-19 RT PCR or antigen test result must be presented at check in to be accepted on the flight. The test result must be in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
International transit passengers must follow the rules of their final destination.
Passengers who have been infected with COVID-19 in the last 90 days, counted from the date that symptoms were first detected, who are asymptomatic but still test positive during RT-PCR testing will be accepted for travel provided they present the following documents:

Children below 12 years old who are travelling accompanied are exempt from presenting a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or antigen test result, provided that all companions present vaccination certificates or negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or antigen test results.
Children 2 to 12 years old who are travelling unaccompanied must present a negative COVID-19 result for an RT-PCR or antigen test taken one day before the moment of boarding.
Travellers must present printed or electronic proof of vaccination with a vaccine approved by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) or by the World Health Organization or by the authorities of their departure country at check in, and at least 14 days must have passed since they received the last required dose.
Passengers 12 years old and above must present proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

From 1 April 2022, fully vaccinated travellers will no longer be required to present a pre-departure COVID-19 test certificate to enter Canada.
Travellers arriving in Canada from any country, who qualify as fully vaccinated(Opens an external website in a new tab), will be randomly selected for arrival testing. Selected travellers will not be required to quarantine while awaiting their test result.
All unvaccinated travellers 5 years old or older travelling to Canada by air must provide proof of one of the following accepted types of test results:

The 72-hour timeline is from the date the test is taken, and not when the result is issued and is applicable from the time of departure to Canada and not the first point of departure.
Passengers who have previously tested positive for COVID-19 are required to provide proof of a positive COVID-19 molecular test conducted between 14 and 180 days prior to departure, instead of a negative COVID-19 molecular test. A positive COVID-19 test issued within 11 days and 180 days of departure from India will not be accepted.
Children who are younger than 5 years old are not required to test, regardless of their vaccination status.

The following visa policies are suspended as well: 24/72/144-hour-visa-free transit policy, Hainan 30-day visa-free policy, 15-day visa-free policy specified for foreign cruise/group tours through Shanghai Port, Guangdong 144 hour visa free policy specified for foreign tour groups from Hong Kong or Macao SAR, and Guangxi 15-day visa-free policy-specified for foreign tour groups of ASEAN countries.
Entry with diplomatic, service, courtesy or C visas will not be affected.
Entry by foreign nationals with visas/resident permits issued after 00:00 GMT 27 March 2020 will not be affected.
Foreign nationals with permanent residence cards (ZHONG GUO LV KA or China Green Cards) will not be affected.
Foreign nationals under the List of Agreements on Mutual Visa Exemption between the People’s Republic of China and Foreign Countries(Opens an external website in a new tab) will not be affected.
Transiting to China via UAE on Emirates is not allowed.
Departures from Dubai
If you are travelling to China, you are required to take a double COVID-19 PCR test and antibody blood IgM test before departure. You will also need to self‑quarantine for 14 days before your flight’s scheduled departure.
All passengers, except children below the age of 1, must report to the Dubai Airport Terminal 3, Car Park check-in area between 1800 and 1900hrs (Dubai local time) to undergo an additional RT-PCR test 8 hours before flight departure. Passengers must remain at the Car Park check-in area to await the results. Once an SMS is received with a negative test result, please make sure to collect a printed copy of your RT-PCR PCR test certificate and proceed to the check-in counter in the same area.

All passengers (Chinese and foreign nationals) must complete the China Customs Health Declaration via the China Customs app(Opens a PDF in a new tab), WeChat app(Opens a PDF in a new tab) or online(Opens an external website in a new tab) as applicable. At check-in, passengers must present the QR code as proof that they have submitted the personal health declaration form. Printed forms will not be accepted.

From 7 March 2022, fully vaccinated passengers are not required to take a pre departure COVID 19 test for travel to Cote d’Ivoire.
Passengers who are not fully vaccinated, except children under below 12 years old, travelling to Abidjan from any country must have a valid printed negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate for a test taken not more than 72 hours before arrival. A certificate from any government approved laboratory is acceptable.
All arriving passengers are required to undergo a free COVID-19 antigen testing upon arrival.
All departing passengers who require a COVID-19 PCR test for their final destination must conduct the test at a government designated laboratory. From 20 September 2021 the COVID‑19 PCR certificate must include a QR code.

All passengers may be subject to random RT-PCR, rapid antigen testing or both on arrival. Passengers wo refuse to take an on-arrival test will be subject to a 10-day institutional quarantine at their own cost. Passengers can be released earlier if they take a COVID-19 test during the quarantine period, also at their own cost.
The following rules apply to passengers who have not been vaccinated or do not hold a valid vaccination or recovery certificate:

Vaccinated or recovered passengers, regardless of nationality, will be able to travel to Cyprus from any country without taking a pre-departure COVID-19 test provided they present a digital European COVID-19 Certificate of vaccination or recovery, or its equivalent from competent authorities of third countries.
The vaccination certificate is considered acceptable only if all the following conditions are met:
Passengers 18 years old and above must have received a booster or third dose of a two-dose vaccine or a second dose of a single-dose vaccine if more than 9 months have passed since they received the last required dose of an accepted vaccine.
Passengers below 18 years old are considered fully vaccinated if they have received 2 doses of a two-dose vaccine or 1 dose of a single-dose vaccine. Passengers who have received two doses of a two-dose vaccine may travel to Cyprus immediately.
Passengers who have received the single-dose Johnson &Johnson/Janssen vaccine must wait at least 14 days before travelling to Cyprus.

Foreigners with a positive ID NOW test on arrival will not be allowed to enter Egypt and must return back on the same flight, applying all precautionary procedures.
Egyptian nationals with a positive ID NOW test on arrival will be transferred to a hospital and medical protocols will be followed.
All passengers from Canada, Australia, South Korea, Japan, China, Thailand, New Zealand, North America and South America, who are travelling from or transiting through London Heathrow, Paris, Rome and Frankfurt may present a COVID-19 PCR test certificate for a test taken no more than 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight from Dubai to Egypt.
All passengers, irrespective of their vaccination status, who have been in or transited/ transferred through the following countries in the past 14 days from the date of arrival in Egypt will be subject to an "ID Now COVID-19 test" on arrival in Egypt. The cost of EGP 1000 for the COVID-19 ID Now testing will be borne by the passenger and has to be paid upon arrival in Egypt. Passengers with a positive COVID-19 ID Now test result will perform another COVID-19 PCR test and will remain at the airport until the test result is received. In case the second test result is also positive, the passenger will then be transferred to a government hospital and standard COVID-19 protocols will be applicable.
All passengers, who do not have a valid vaccination certificate, need to have a printed negative COVID-19 RT PCR test certificate from an accredited lab in English or Arabic for a test taken within 72 hours before arrival to Egypt. The printed COVID-19 RT PCR test certificate must be original and must either be stamped by the laboratory/hospital or contain a clear, readable QR code with relevant passenger details.
The certificate must also have the following information:
Passengers who do not have a stamp or a QR code on their test certificate will be deported back to their point of origin. The COVID-19 RT PCR test certificate must also not have any modifications or alterations (e.g. addition or deletion).
Recognised COVID-19 tests
Once the passenger departs Egypt, the COVID-19 PCR certificate will be considered expired and not valid for a return flight to Egypt (the certificate cannot be reused).
Children below 12 years old and transit passengers are exempted from the negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate requirement.
All travellers who have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate will be accepted for travel and are exempted from taking a pre departure COVID-19 PCR test.

With immediate effect, Egyptian nationals from Cairo transiting in Dubai with onward connections to Tirana, Albania and Minsk, Belarus will not be accepted for travel.
Passengers originating their journey from Egypt to any destinations requiring COVID-19 PCR test must get the COVID-19 PCR test certificate from one of the labs listed in the designated laboratories document to be accepted on the Emirates flight. Currently, unrestricted entry is allowed for residents of the following countries and territories:
Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, New Zealand, South Korea and Taiwan
Residents of other non-EU countries are only permitted to enter Germany if they serve in an important role, if they have an urgent need to travel(Opens an external website in a new tab) or if they are fully vaccinated(Opens an external website in a new tab). A person is considered a resident of a country if they have spent the past six months in the country or have a habitual residence there.
These entry restrictions do not apply to German citizens or members of their immediate family (spouses, children below 18 years old, parents of children below 18 years old).
EU citizens and citizens of Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland and the members of their immediate family (spouses, children below 18 years old, parents of children below 18 years old) are exempt from the entry restrictions.
Citizens of non-EU countries who have a current long-term residence permit from an EU or Schengen country and their immediate family members are also exempt from the entry restrictions, as long as they comply with passport and visa regulations.

Travel from the UAE
Passengers travelling from the UAE to Germany can enter without completing the Digital Registration and are not required to quarantine.
UAE nationals and residents may travel to Germany under the following conditions:

All passengers 12 years old and above must present a completed vaccination certificate with any vaccine approved by the European Medicines Agency.
Children below the age of 12 are exempted from taking a COVID 19 test.
Unvaccinated passengers who are travelling to Germany for urgent medical reasons must present a declaration on arrival in English(Opens a PDF in a new tab) or German(Opens a PDF in a new tab) from the attending doctor in Germany confirming the medical reason for travel.

For passengers travelling from virus variant areas, rapid tests will not be accepted. You’ll need to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate.
Proof of recovery means proof of a previous COVID 19 infection in written or digital form in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish if the test involved a laboratory diagnostic test (PCR or other nucleic acid amplification test methods) which was taken no less than 28 days and no more than 90 days before arrival in Germany.
Passengers who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA)(Opens an external website in a new tab) (or equivalents of these vaccines used in non-EU countries) can enter Germany from non-EU countries except China. Passengers in this category can apply for entry visas at their closest German mission and enter the country as tourists.
The exemption does not apply to passengers travelling from countries that are classified as virus variant areas. Travel from these areas is still not allowed.

If you spent time within the last 14 days in an area classified as a high-risk area or area of variants of concern on the date of your entry into the Federal Republic of Germany, you go directly to your home or hotel at your destination undergo home quarantine. You must quarantine for 10 days if you are entering Germany following a stay in a high-risk area, or 14 days if you spent time in an area of variants of concern before arrival.
Home quarantine automatically ends if the area concerned is removed from the list(Opens an external website in a new tab). (known as de-listing).
You can end home quarantine early by submitting proof of vaccination or of recovery on the Digital Registration portal on arrival. Please use the individual link you were provided in your registration confirmation (PDF document) to upload your proof. This applies to all travellers who previously spent time in an area classified as a high-risk area at the time of their entry into the Federal Republic of Germany. Passengers who submit proof of recovery or vaccination before travel are not required to quarantine. This applies to children as well.
If you are submitting a COVID-19 test result, the test must have been conducted not more than five days after your arrival.
Children below 6 years old are not required to quarantine. For children between 6 and 12 years old, quarantine ends automatically five days after arrival or after submitting the test result before the 5th days after arrival.

You are considered fully vaccinated when you have taken the full dose of vaccines approved and registered by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) Ghana or the World Health Organization (WHO) Emergency Use Listing
Passengers who have been vaccinated with vaccines on the WHO Emergency Use Listing but not registered by FDA Ghana for use will be offered one of the FDA Ghana approved vaccines on arrival at the airport.
Definition of fully vaccinated: A person is said to be fully vaccinated when they have taken the full dose of vaccines approved and registered by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), Ghana. The first dose of Johnson and Johnson and a second dose of all other approved vaccines should be taken at least 14 days prior to embarkation to qualify as fully vaccinated.
Pre arrival process for passengers travelling to Ghana

From 13 March 2022, all nationalities are allowed entry into Guinea provided they complete the following requirements on arrival.
Passengers who are fully vaccinated must present proof that they have complete the required doses of the any of the following vaccines:

In view of the global developments and severity of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Government is implementing new control measures, including mandating all returnees arriving from countries outside China via the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to undergo compulsory quarantine at designated quarantine hotels(Opens an external website in a new tab).

The sea air ferry operations from China have resumed effective 28 October 2020, while the operations from Macao remains cancelled. Passengers will not be accepted on flights if they are connecting further by ferry to China or Macao.

Transfer/transit services between different airlines will be allowed provided that the passengers are booked under the same air ticket (separate tickets are not allowed) and the passengers have been checked through with both boarding passes printed and baggage tagged through to final destination; and that the operating airlines will communicate closely and implement all the required pre flight checking and verification and in flight safety measures.

On-arrival
Passengers are subject to random testing on arrival at the airport. Passengers selected for testing will submit the samples and be allowed to leave the airport. Passengers who test positive will be treated/isolated according to current guidelines.
Children below 5 years old are exempt from both pre-departure and on-arrival testing.

From 28 April 2022, the following categories of passengers are exempt from the entry restriction:
International to international transit/transfer through Jakarta (CGK) and Denpasar (DPS) airports is currently unavailable. International to domestic transfer is allowed and travellers must present all entry requirements at the first port of entry.
International air travel is only allowed at airports in Jakarta (CGK), Manado (MDC), Surabaya (SUB), Denpasar Bali (DPS), Batam (BTH), Tanjung Pinang (TNJ), Lombok International Airport (LOP), Medan (KNO), Ujung Pandang (UPG) and Yogyakarta (YIA).
Between 4 June and 15 August 2022, airports in Banda Aceh (BTJ), Padang (PDG), Palembang (PLM), Solo (SOC), Banjarmasin (BDJ) and Balikpapan (BPN) will be opened only for Hajj flights.
Visa free entry or visa on arrival is only allowed through CGK, DPS, KNO, SUB, UPG, MDC, YIA, BTH and LOP.
Visa free entry for tourists only applies to citizens of South East Asian Countries: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Passengers who are eligible for visa free entry or visa on arrival can stay for 30 days and must comply with the following requirements:
Foreign nationals who have an emergency passport, temporary passport, travel document or laissez passer are not eligible for visa on arrival services.
All foreign nationals attending the 7th Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction 2022 (GPDRR 2022) in Bali from 23 to 28 May 2022 will be given visa on arrival in Jakarta and Denpasar under the following conditions:
Nationals of countries categorised under “calling visa” by the Director General Immigration are not eligible for visa on arrival services even if they have an invitation letter to attend GPDRR 2022. These countries are Afghanistan, Guinea, Israel, North Korea, Cameroon, Liberia, Nigeria and Somalia. Nationals of these countries must have a valid eVisa to enter Indonesia.
Foreign nationals from countries not specified can visit Indonesia by applying for a visit visa or limited stay visa before arrival.

Visit visas and limited stay visas are granted by the Director General of Immigration in the form of an electronic visa (eVisa). Visit visas with an eVisa Number ending in DN cannot be used for entry, as this code is for a visa extension for foreign nationals who have entered Indonesia and are currently staying in Indonesia (On Shore Visa). Visit visa numbers to enter Indonesia should end with LN (Off Shore Visa).
Diplomatic visa and official visa are regulated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Holders of diplomatic and service passports from 91 countries(Opens an external website in a new tab) can enter Indonesia with the free visa facility if the visit purpose of the visit is related to diplomatic or official visits with supporting documents:
Non-Indonesian nationals travelling to Indonesia must have sufficient cover for COVID-19 related costs.
Pre departure COVID 19 RT PCR testing is no longer required for travel to Indonesia. Indonesian and foreign nationals must be fully vaccinated to be accepted for travel. Partially or unvaccinated Indonesian nationals and foreign nationals will be accepted for travel without a negative COVID 19 RT PCR test certificate but will be subject to RT PCR testing and quarantine on arrival. A mandatory 5-day hotel booking is required.
Passengers who have been infected with COVID 19 and have a medical recovery certificate are not required to present a COVID 19 vaccination certificate or pre departure RT PCR test certificate. The certificate must be issued by an authorised health agency and clearly state that the passenger is no longer infectious.
Passengers who present COVID 19 symptoms on arrival in Bali and Jakarta might be subject to RT PCR testing at the airport. All passengers, except Indonesian citizens, who are requested to take an on arrival RT PCR test must pay the IDR 275,000 fee.
All foreign nationals must present a printed or digital COVID-19 vaccine certificate confirming that they have been fully vaccinated 14 days before departure. If the certificate is not in English, English translation must be provided.
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated Indonesian nationals and foreign nationals can be accepted for travel to Indonesia but must undergo a 5 day quarantine on arrival. RT-PCR testing will be conducted on arrival and/or at the quarantine facility. Passengers must have a confirmed hotel booking.
Foreign nationals between 6 and 17 years old who have a Limited Stay Permit (ITAS), Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP), Diplomatic Stay Permit and Official Stay Permit may undergo vaccination in Indonesia
Exemptions to presenting a COVID-19 vaccine certificate apply to:
Indonesia recognizes all COVID-19 vaccines, as long as the vaccine is approved by the country in which it has been administered.

Passengers arriving in Denpasar Bali must also complete the electronic Customs Declaration(Opens an external website in a new tab) (eCD).
Fully vaccinated passengers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Indonesia.
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated Indonesian nationals and foreign nationals must book a hotel for a mandatory 5 day quarantine, take an RT-PCR test on arrival and/or take a second RT PCR test on day 4 of quarantine. If the result of the second RT PCR test is negative, they can continue on their journey.
Children below 18 years old who require special attention must follow the quarantine rules that apply to their adult companion.
Passengers who can’t be vaccinated due to a medical condition must present an official medical certificate. Passengers under this category will not be required to quarantine.
Partially vaccinated or non-vaccinated Indonesian overseas workers, Indonesian students, Indonesian citizens representing Indonesia in International events/championships and Indonesian government employees returning from overseas duty must arrive in Jakarta, Surabaya or Manado and undergo quarantine at a dedicated facility. COVID-19 RT-PCR testing and quarantine for these passengers will be paid for by the government, while all other categories of Indonesian citizen must book a hotel for a period of required quarantine.
Quarantine exemptions
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated Indonesian nationals may be exempt from quarantine in an emergency, such as a health condition affecting life, requiring special attention or a direct family member passed away. Requests for exemption must be submitted to the National Task Force at least 3 days before arrival.
Passengers who request a COVID-19 RT-PCR comparison test can complete the test at one of the appointed laboratories such as Cipto Mangunkusomo General Hospital Centre (RSCM), Army Hospital Centre Gatot Subroto (RSPAD), or Indonesian Police Hospital Centre Raden Said Sukanto (RS. POLRI), Health Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes), or other Regional Government Laboratory. The passenger has to complete form provided by port health authorities and take the test at their own expense.

The COVID-19 testing and vaccination requirements for returning Iran nationals have changed.
Entry to Iran is allowed only for Iranian nationals and foreign nationals who have any of the following:
Eligible passengers must apply for the Entry Visa online and receive approval before travelling to Iran.
All passengers over 12 years old must be fully vaccinated and have a negative COVID 19 RT-PCR test certificate for a test taken not more than 72 hours before departure to be accepted for travel to Iran. You are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after you receive the final required dose of any COVID-19 vaccine.
The test certificate must be in English. Certificates that are not in English must be certified by an Iranian consulate.
Returning passengers who left Iran after 6 April 2022 are required to take the pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test.
Nationals of Iran who left Iran after 6 April 2022 may present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken no more than 72 hours from the first embarkation point.
Iranian nationals who do not have a negative test certificate will be accepted for travel if they have a form of indemnity (FOI), and must undergo a COVID 19 PCR test on arrival. Passengers who test positive on arrival will be quarantined in a hotel and are required to cover the costs of the test and their hotel stay.
Non Iranian nationals must be fully vaccinated and must have a negative COVID 19 PCR test certificate for a test taken not more than 72 hours before the start of travel. FOI will not accepted for non-Iranian nationals.
Passengers will be screened on arrival. Passengers showing symptoms of COVID‑19 will be retested at their own expense (equivalent to IRR 2,500,000).
Along with pre-departure COVID-19 testing requirements, all passengers must be fully vaccinated to be accepted for travel to Iran. All vaccines are accepted.
All passengers regardless of point of origin or nationality must complete the COVID-19 screening self declaration form, which will be available on board, and present it to the health representatives on arrival.
All costs for the COVID 19 PCR test (around USD 17) as well as hotel quarantine charges (around USD 30 per night) will be at the passenger’s expense.

From 00:00 on Friday, 20 May, travellers will no longer be required to isolated for 24 hours on arrival in Israel.

Only the original printed certificate or a printout of the emailed certificate will be accepted.
If the certificate does not meet the requirements, passengers will not be accepted to board the flight to Japan. Using the format approved by the Japanese government for the certificate is highly recommended. But if this is not possible, all the mandatory items should be covered on the certificate.

Passengers returning to/entering Japan are recommended to complete the online quarantine questionnaire prior arrival using link here(Opens an external website in a new tab) (Internet access is required) and the QR code issued on website must be presented to a quarantine officer at the arrival airport. If an internet connection is not accessible, then a printed version is acceptable by immigration.
All passengers arriving into Japan must have a smartphone and are required to install the following apps and set the device to Save Location Information (a setting on Google Maps, etc.) preferably before arrival to minimise the waiting time after arrival: Overseas Entrants Locator – OEL (Location information confirming app), Skype or MySOS (video call app), COVID-19 contact confirming application (COCOA – contact confirming app).

Passengers can register and download all required documents in the MySOS app at least 16 hours before arrival to avoid delays in processing for quarantine.

Passengers who do not have a smartphone, or whose smartphone does not permit the download of the required apps, will be required to rent a smartphone upon arrival in Japan.
Rental fee: the fee per smartphone is approximately 4,000 yen for the 7-day self-quarantine period, inclusive of tax.
Form of payment: only cash (Japanese yen) and credit cards will be accepted.

There are restrictions to the categories of passengers who can enter South Korea at this time. Please check the requirements before you travel.
Registered foreigners who exited South Korea from 1 June 2020 and who are seeking re-entry must apply for a re-entry permit.
Travel from countries in the Middle East, including the UAE with connecting flights on Korean Air (KE) from Incheon (ICN) to Hong Kong (HKG) is not allowed. Passengers transiting from other areas through Dubai will be accepted for travel.
All passengers, including Hong Kong passport holders, regardless of vaccination status, who have stayed or transited for more than 2 hours in Australia, Canada, France, India, Pakistan, Philippines, United Kingdom, the United States and Nepal are not allowed to enter Hong Kong.
Connection to China via Incheon, Korea, is not allowed due to the lack of COVID-19 PCR testing facilities in the transit area. Passengers must have a visa and stay in South Korea for 14 days before taking a COVID-19 PCR test at two different hospitals, both with negative results, to continue their journey to China.
The following flights from Incheon (ICN) are suspended until further notice:
Passengers connecting to Cambodia on Korean Air (KE) or Asiana Airlines (OZ) are required to hold a COVID-19 PCR test certificate signed by a doctor and stamped by the lab. The COVID-19 PCR test certificate must be in English. Foreign nationals whose visa does not fall under the exempted categories must deposit USD 2,000 at a designated bank on arrival and hold a printed FORTE insurance certificate in colour with a minimum medical coverage of USD 50,000.
Connection via Cebu Pacific Air to the Philippines is not allowed.

Test certificate requirements for all passengers
Nationals of the following countries arriving in Korea with a C 4 1, C 4 3, E 8 1 or E 8 3 visa must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate issued by a testing lab or hospital designated by the Korean Embassy in the country(Opens a PDF in a new tab): Philippines, Kyrgyzstan, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Mongolia and Uzbekistan.
Seamen travelling from the Philippines or Nepal must present a COVID-19 PCR certificate issued by a test lab or hospital designated by the South Korean embassy in their country.
Registered foreigners who exited the Republic of Korea from 1 June 2020 who are seeking re-entry must apply for a re-entry permit.
From 21 March 2022, all arriving Korean and foreign nationals must submit a printed copy of a negative certificate for a COVID-19 test or upload it on the Q-Code system to be accepted for travel. Passengers must still carry a printed certificate for verification.
This does not apply to Korean and foreign nationals with an exemption certificate for humanitarian reasons or official governmental duty travel.
From 12 February 2022 until further notice, Korean nationals and their foreign spouses, parents and children travelling from Ukraine are allowed to travel without a pre-departure COVID‑19 test certificate.
Korean nationals who test positive for COVID-19 (through nucleic acid amplification method based tests such as RT-PCR, NAATs, etc.; antigen tests will be accepted from 23 May 2022) between 10 and 40 days of their departure date and have recovered are exempt from the pre-departure testing requirement. Recovered passengers must present proof, such as a positive COVID-19 test or release from quarantine or recovery certificate.
From 11 April 2022, foreign nationals on a long-term stay or US Military soldiers or US civilians working for the military who had tested positive for COVID-19 in Korea and are returning within 10 to 40 days of the date when they tested positive for COVID-19 must present proof that they have been released from quarantine(Opens an external website in a new tab) or their positive test result along with the following documents: residence card, overseas Korean resident card, permanent resident card or ID card of diplomatic mission in Korea, US Military ID Card, A-3 visa verification on the passport for US civilians working for the US military in Korea.
Korean nationals who submit a COVID-19 PCR test certificate that does not meet the requirements on arrival must undergo a 7 day quarantine at a government facility at their own expense of KRW 840,000 (approx. USD 704) when travelling from South Africa and Tanzania. Koreans in this category who are arriving from other countries are required to quarantine for 5 days at a government quarantine facility and self quarantine for 2 days at their residences at their own expense.
Korean nationals who present a COVID-19 PCR test certificate on arrival that does not meet the certificate requirements and who display symptoms and test positive for COVID-19 will be fined KRW 2,000,000 by the government(Opens a PDF in a new tab).

From the 3 December 2021 00:00hrs, all Korean nationals and foreigners (except A1, A2 visa holders or those who have a valid certificate of exemption for reasons other than visiting immediate family) who are arriving from any country are subject to 7 days mandatory quarantine.
Short term foreign visitors travelling with B 1, B 2, C 1, C 3, and C 4 visas are subject to a mandatory 7 day facility quarantine at their expense (approximately USD 704). A short term visit foreign national whose immediate family is either Korean or a long term stay foreign national may choose to self-quarantine at home and may transition from facility quarantine to self-quarantine with approval from quarantine management. This does not apply to foreigners issued the quarantine exemption certificate by the Korean embassy.
Quarantine exemptions
Korean and foreign nationals who have completed the required vaccination outside Korea may apply for an exemption from the 7 day quarantine. This is applicable for one of the following travel purposes:

Exemption for Quarantine with Completed Vaccination
From 21 March 2022, both Korean and foreign nationals 6 years old and above who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, either in or outside Korea, are exempt from the mandatory 7-day quarantine. Proof of vaccination must be shown or uploaded on the Q-CODE system. It is highly recommended to uploading vaccination and COVID-19 test certificates on the Q-CODE system to receive a QR code and complete the quarantine process quickly.
From 1 April 2022, passengers who have not received their vaccination in Kore will also be exempt from the mandatory 7-day quarantine provided they upload their information on the Q-CODE system and their vaccination status is verifiable by Airport Quarantine. Passengers are recommended to complete the Q-CODE registration and get a QR code before departure to avoid the mandatory 7-day quarantine on arrival.
Passengers are considered fully vaccinated if they have received a booster shot or completed 2 doses of a vaccine (I dose for the Janssen) vaccine approved by WHO at least 14 and not more than 180 days before their date of departure.
From 1 June 2022, vaccination for passengers below 18 years old is considered valid if completed more than 14 days before travel for 2-dose vaccines or a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson).
Unvaccinated children below 12 years old are exempt from quarantine if they are travelling with fully vaccinated adults.

Kuwait nationals and other GCC nationals can now enter Kuwait with their national ID. Only national IDs with a photo will be accepted. Passengers without a picture must present a valid passport.
Visa on arrival facility in Kuwait is available only for Spouses of GCC Nationals and their domestic workers provided they travel along with the sponsor. GCC residence of such passengers should be valid more than 6 months.
Visa on arrival services for all eligible nationalities and passengers with eligible professions are now available at the Kuwait International Airport. Your passport or GCC residence permit (when applicable) must be valid for at 6 months to avail the service.
Non Kuwaiti Nationals can present their Kuwait mobile ID instead of a civil ID along with the passport, provided they have downloaded and registered on the app. The details on their mobile ID must match details on their passport.
Domestic workers under residence type article 20 , who have stayed outside Kuwait for more than 6 months, will be not allowed to enter Kuwait and their residency will be considered invalid.
Other Resident Permit holders who have left Kuwait on or after 1 September 2019 and have stayed outside Kuwait for more than six months can return provided their resident permit/visa is still valid.
Passengers with an article 14 visa stamped on their passport are not allowed to re-enter Kuwait using this visa even if it is still valid. Article 14 visa is an exit permit which cannot be used for re-entry to Kuwait.

Transit to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak )
Only passengers with LOW-RISK status on the MySejahtera app will be accepted for transit into Sabah and Sarawak.

All fully vaccinated travellers aged 18 and above and those aged 17 and below regardless of vaccination status are exempt from the pre-departure testing requirement.
Partially vaccinated or unvaccinated travellers aged 18 and above are required to provide a negative COVID-19 test certificate for a test taken 2 days before departure. This test can be either RT-PCR or a professionally administered rapid antigen test (RTK-Ag)
Partially vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers are required to take pre-departure and on-arrival tests.
Passengers who had been infected with COVID 19 between 6 and 60 days before travel to Malaysia must undergo a professional RTK antigen test 2 days before departure and upload their results in the MySejahtera app. Passenger age is calculated by birth year, not birth date.

If your pre-departure test result is positive or inconclusive, please postpone your travel and do not go to the airport. You will not be allowed to check in or board your flight.

On-arrival testing
All fully vaccinated travellers aged 18 and above and those aged 17 and below regardless of vaccination status are exempt from the on-arrival test. However, please take a supervised rapid antigen test (RTK-Ag) if symptomatic upon arrival.
Partially vaccinated or unvaccinated travellers aged 18 and above are required to take a supervised rapid antigen test (RTK-Ag) within 24 hours of arrival. The supervised test can be done at a private clinic or virtually.

If you have previously verified your digital vaccination certificate on the MySejahtera application, you can skip this step. This also applies to Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) travellers.
Definition of fully vaccinated in Malaysia as of 1 April 2022
Travellers who are 18 years old and above who have received two primary doses of the Sinovac vaccine and 60 years old and above who are fully vaccinated with any type of COVID-19 vaccine are required to get a third dose of vaccine (booster) to keep their fully vaccinated status. The following are the types of COVID-19 test certificates accepted for travel to Malta:
Children (including Unaccompanied minors) below 6 years old are exempt from the COVID-19 RT-PCR testing requirements. However children (including unaccompanied minors) aged 6 to 11 years old will be accepted for travel to Malta if they can present a valid vaccination certificate or a negative COVID 19 RT PCR test certificate for a test taken not more than 72 hours before arrival in Malta.
All passengers travelling to Malta without a recognised vaccine certificate must present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result for a test performed within 72 hours before arrival in Malta or a negative rapid antigen test taken not more than 24 hours before arrival in Malta (only in the EU Digital COVID Certificate format).
A negative rapid antigen test result that is not on a EU Digital COVID Certificate and results of self-tests will not be accepted for travel to Malta.
Passengers who have recovered from COVID-19 will be accepted for travel to Malta if they can present a certificate of recovery indicating that not more than 180 days have passed between their first positive test and their date of arrival in Malta.
The following types of recovery certificates will be accepted for travel:
All passengers 6 years old and above must present a certificate recognised by the public health authorities stating that they have received all the required doses of up to two vaccines authorised by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to be allowed unrestricted entry into Malta. The vaccination certificate must have been issued at least 14 days after the last dose was administered of a 2 dose or a single dose vaccine approved by the EMA: Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Novavax.
The vaccination certificate must state that at least 14 and not more than 270 days have passed since the passengers received the last required dose of a vaccine. After 270 days, vaccination certificates must include a booster dose. The validity period does not apply to passengers below 18 years old.
Vaccine certificates indicating that the passengers has received the complete dose of a WHO approved vaccine will now be accepted, provided that the passengers has also received a booster dose of an EMA approved vaccine, or has a valid proof of a negative real- time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test obtained no more than 72 hours before arrival.
Children (including Unaccompanied minors) below 6 years old are exempt from the COVID-19 RT-PCR testing requirements. However children (including unaccompanied minors) aged 6 to 11 years old will be accepted for travel to Malta if they can present a valid vaccination certificate or a negative COVID 19 RT PCR test certificate for a test taken not more than 72 hours before arrival in Malta.

Recognised certificates showing recovery from COVID-19 plus one dose of an EMA approved vaccine, as per the vaccination policy of the issuing country, administered at least 14 days prior to arrival in Malta, will also be accepted.

Passengers travelling to the Netherlands are no longer required to complete the health declaration form (HDF).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a European entry ban is in effect for some categories of passengers, barring them from travelling to the European Union or the Schengen area.
From 23 March, travellers to the Netherlands coming from within the EU or the Schengen area will no longer be required to present a test certificate, proof of recovery or proof of vaccination. The rules will also be lifted for nationals of EU countries travelling to the Netherlands from countries outside the EU and the Schengen area. Everyone travelling to the Netherlands is advised to do a self-test immediately after arrival and again on day 5.
Non-EU nationals remain subject to an EU entry ban. Exemptions apply in several cases, however, such as for people travelling from safe countries, people who are vaccinated or who have recovered from COVID-19, and people travelling for certain purposes.
From 20 April 2022, 00:01, you are no longer required to complete a health declaration form (HDF) to be accepted for travel to the Netherlands.
You are allowed to travel to the Netherlands only if you are coming from a safe country or are vaccinated and not travelling from a very high risk country. If you are travelling from other categories, the purpose of your trip must fall under one of the exemption categories.

Travel from the UAE to the Netherlands

You can travel to New Zealand now if you are:
Visa waiver travellers, working holiday, visitor and student visa holders can leave and return to New Zealand if their visa conditions allow for this.
Most travellers must meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements(Opens an external website in a new tab) before travelling to New Zealand by air. You will be required to provide proof of your vaccination.
If you do not meet the vaccination requirements, you will not be able to enter New Zealand.
From 1 August 2022, the New Zealand border is re-opening to all tourists and visa holders.
Travellers will still need to meet all health requirements to enter New Zealand, including vaccination requirements and providing proof of a negative pre-departure test.

You still need a test even if you have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
You are responsible for checking your chosen testing provider can provide you with acceptable pre-departure documentation as detailed below, to the specified standard required by the New Zealand Government. Tests from free community testing stations may not be acceptable for travel clearance, so check before your test.

Medical certificates
If you are required to provide a medical certificate because you cannot take a test due to medical reasons, you will also need to get this 48 hours before your flight.
If you test positive for COVID-19, but it is due to an old infection
If your pre-departure test is positive, but you believe this is because of a historical COVID-19 infection, you need to see a medical practitioner who will examine you for current symptoms of COVID-19.
If they are confident, you do not currently have a COVID-19 infection, you will need to provide:
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 3 months, book your medical examination in advance of receiving your test results. You are still required to provide a current valid pre-departure test if you have recovered from COVID-19.
Testing exemptions
Children under 2 years of age (24 months) do not need to take a pre-departure test.
In case of medical reasons passengers must have a medical certificate stating they cannot take a test due to medical reasons and that they do not have symptoms. You must get this medical certificate 48 hours before your first international departure.

On arrival, passengers will be supplied with 2 rapid antigen tests (RATs) for self-testing on days 0/1 and 5/6. All results, both negative and positive, must be declared. Passengers who test positive must take a follow-up PCR test. Please refer to the official website for more details on declaring test results.
If you are not a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen who ordinarily resides in New Zealand, you need to be vaccinated for COVID 19 before flying to New Zealand.
You need a digital vaccine certificate or another form of electronic or paper document from a government health authority or approval authority confirming you have had a full COVID-19 vaccine course.
Your evidence must confirm that you have received 1 or more COVID-19 vaccines (how many doses depends on which vaccine you have received), and:
Approved vaccines for entry to New Zealand Any vaccine that has been approved by at least 1 government health authority or approval authority is approved for entry into New Zealand.
To be eligible to enter New Zealand, you must have had a full course of an approved COVID-19 vaccine. A full course of some of the approved vaccines is 1 dose only.

If you do not have access to vaccination, you can apply for an exemption if you cannot easily get vaccinations in the country that you have spent the previous 6 months in before your journey to New Zealand.

New Zealand Traveller Declaration
From 11:59pm 31 March 2022, all passengers travelling to New Zealand must complete a New Zealand Traveller Declaration(Opens an external website in a new tab) before check-in.
You can start the declaration up to 28 days before your flight to New Zealand. The Traveller Pass must be shown at check-in at the airport for your boarding pass to be issued, at the boarding gate before departure, and to Customs on arrival in New Zealand. Passengers travelling to Nigeria who are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated must take a COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours before departure and undergo tests on days 2 and 7 at their own cost after arrival.
Children below 18 years old are not required to take a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test.
Passengers are considered fully vaccinated if they have received 2 complete or mixed doses at least 14 days before travel of any of the following vaccines: Oxford AstraZeneca, Pfizer/Bio-Ntech, Moderna, Sputnik, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Covaxin, Covovax, or Nuvaxoid; or a single dose of the Janssen (Johnson&Johnson) or Sputnik Light vaccines.
Fully vaccinated passengers
All fully vaccinated passengers are required to present proof of complete vaccination, complete a Health Declaration Form on the Nigeria International Travel Portal(Opens page in a new tab) and present the printed Permit to Travel/QR code. You will not have to pay for on-arrival COVID-19 testing. Proof of vaccination and the Permit to Travel must be presented at the time of boarding.
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers
All unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers are required to complete a Health Declaration Form on the Nigeria International Travel Portal(Opens page in a new tab) and pay for COVID-19 PCR tests to be taken on days 2 and 7 after arrival in Nigeria. Your Permit to Travel/QR code must have a “PAID” status. Your negative COVID-19 PCR test result and Permit to Travel must be printed and presented at the time of boarding.
Children below 18 years are not required to take a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test or pay for on-arrival testing but must present a completed health declaration form at the time of boarding.
Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers are required to undergo 7 days self isolation in addition to a COVID-19 PCR test on days 2 and 7.

There are no longer any COVID-19 entry restrictions for travel to Norway. This includes requirements for testing, vaccination, quarantine and entry forms.
Norway is now open to all nationals who have the right to enter according to standing immigration and visa regulations of Norway.

All passengers arriving to the Sultanate are required to present a COVID-19 vaccine certificate with a QR code stating that they have received two doses of any COVID-19 vaccine approved in Oman.
Omani citizens and their families who are not vaccinated (including taken only single dose) are allowed to return to the Sultanate.
All Omani citizens, residents and visa holders, passengers who do not require a visa to travel to Oman, and those who can obtain a visa on arrival are allowed to enter the Sultanate in accordance with the pre-COVID system.
Workers who have been out of Oman for more than 180 days and whose residency is still valid will need to contact his / her sponsor to obtain a work visa form indicating that their residence visa is valid through Royal Oman Police website or through Sanad Centre.
From 1 March, all passengers who are fully vaccinated with any of the approved vaccines can be accepted for travel to Oman without presenting pre-departure COVID-19 PCR testing results.
Non-Omanis citizens who are not fully vaccinated are not allow to enter Oman.
Omani citizens and their families who are not vaccinated (including citizens who have taken only a single dose) are allowed to return to Oman. They must take a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival and undergo home quarantine.

All non-Omani passengers above 18 years old who are arriving to the Sultanate are required to present a COVID-19 vaccine certificate with a QR code stating that they have received two doses of any COVID-19 vaccine approved in Oman. The last dose must be administered not less than fourteen days before the estimated time of arrival.
Passengers are able to travel to Oman from countries that do not issue a QR code on the certificate, provided it is approved by the competent authorities in these countries.

Effective 24 February 2022, only fully vaccinated passengers 12 years old and above will be accepted for travel to Pakistan.
Non-vaccinated Pakistani nationals travelling from abroad are exempted from mandatory vaccination for the following reasons. This category of passengers will be accepted for travel provided they present valid proof at check-in:
Note: There is no requirement of completing 14 days after the second dose of vaccination.
Passengers travelling from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or the United Arab Emirates may be subject to COVID-19 rapid antigen testing on arrival in Pakistan.
Passengers 12 years old and below are exempt from the COVID-19 rapid antigen testing requirement.
Effective 24 Feb 2022, only non-vaccinated passengers 12 years and above are required to carry a negative certificate for a COVID-19 RT PCR test conducted within 72 hours prior to the departure of their flight. Fully vaccinated passengers 12 years and above do not require a COVID-19 RT-PCR test before travelling Pakistan provided they present a valid vaccination certificate at check-in.
The following tests are considered equivalent to PCR based tests for COVID-19: Real Time RT-PCR for Covid-19, Real Time RT-PCR for SARS-Cov-2, RT-PCR for COVID-19, RT-PCR for SARS-Cov-2, PCR for COVID-19, PCR for SARS-Cov-2, Xpert Xpress SARS-Cov-2 or SARS-Cov-2 GeneXpert.
All Non-vaccinated passengers and deportees must undergo rapid antigen testing on arrival in Pakistan.
The following passengers are exempted from PASS TRACK app requirements:
Cabin crew must comply with the COVID-19 RT-PCR/rapid antigen testing requirements but are not required to download the Pak Pass Track app.
COVID-19 testing for diplomats, diplomatic staff and their families travelling to Pakistan
The following is required of all diplomats, diplomatic staff and their families to be accepted for travel to Pakistan:

Designated laboratories for COVID 19 testing for passengers travelling from Bahrain to Pakistan
Only negative COVID-19 PCR test certificates from designated laboratories in Bahrain(Opens a PDF in a new tab) will be accepted for travel to Pakistan from Bahrain.
Designated laboratories for COVID 19 testing for passengers travelling from Iraq (Baghdad) to Pakistan
Only negative COVID 19 PCR test certificates from designated laboratories in Baghdad(Opens a PDF in a new tab) will be accepted for travel to Pakistan from Iraq.
It is mandatory for passengers travelling to Pakistan to complete the personal details on the web portal(Opens page in a new tab) and will be required to present a printed form at the time of check-in. Pass Track registration is a requirement pre-boarding. Without this document, customers will not be boarded for the flight. You can also install the PASS TRACK app from Google Play store / Apple store and enter the personal details as required.
Passengers have to ensure that their personal details are completed and uploaded as required.
Passengers who do not have Android or iOS devices must submit their details on the Pass Track web portal. Passengers who upload their data on the web portal must present a printed copy at check in at their departure airport.
Non-vaccinated passengers will also be required to upload a copy of their RT-PCR test result on the app or web portal.
Cabin crew must comply with the COVID-19 RT-PCR/rapid antigen testing requirements but are not required to download the Pak Pass Track app.
Non-vaccinated passengers 12 years old and above who test positive for COVID-19 on arrival in Pakistan will undergo a 10-day home quarantine following strict Trace, Test & Quarantine (TTQ) protocols.
Effective 1 December 2021, only fully vaccinated passengers 15 years old and above will be accepted for travel from Pakistan.

Effective 16 November 2020 for passengers originating their journey from Pakistan to any destinations requiring COVID-19 PCR test, Emirates will only accept COVID-19 negative test certificate from a Pakistan Government Approved Lab* where a QR Code is embedded on their printed certificate for verification purpose.

All Philippine destinations (Manila, Clark and Cebu) are open to all travellers under the following travel categories:
A. All Filipinos including those who have proof of recognition as citizen (Identification Certificates) and those who reacquired their citizenship by presenting a Citizenship Retention and Reacquisition Certificate.
B. All Fully vaccinated foreign nationals with a pre-approved visa and those who are Visa Free Foreign Nationals under Executive Order 408 and the Balikbayan privilege under Republic Act No. 9174, including their spouse and/or children.
C. All fully vaccinated foreign nationals on Short Term Visa (9A) for business or tourism or those granted Long Term Visas such as immigrant and non-immigrant Visas provided that they have:
The following categories of passengers are not required to present travel insurance and return tickets:
From 1 April 2022, Chinese nationals with a valid AJACS and Indian nationals with a valid AJACSSUK (AJACS, Singapore or UK) visa travelling for tourism or leisure will be accepted for visa-free entry to the Philippines. This does not apply to passengers travelling for business.

D. Unaccompanied minors (below 18 years old) arriving in the Philippines
Only those minors endorsed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) shall be allowed entry to the Philippines.

Bureau of Quarantine One Health Pass (OHP) Registration
A. No OHP Registration, No Fly Policy
All passengers (including children and infants) and crew bound for Manila (MNL), Cebu (CEB) and Clark (CRK) must register for the BOQ One Health Pass (OHP) within 24 hours before travel, to declare their personal information, health status, and travel history. All passengers must complete registration to be accepted for travel.
Please ensure that RT-PCR/antigen results and acceptable proof of Vaccination (as required) are properly uploaded during the registration process. The OHP registration in mandated by the Philippine Government and non compliance will be basis for refusal on flight. Please visit One Health Pass(Opens page in a new tab) for more information.

Fully vaccinated passengers will no longer be required to undergo facility-based quarantine.
All unvaccinated passengers, including children between 12 and 17 years old, must undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result for a test taken on day 5 of quarantine.
Unvaccinated children below 12 years old who are travelling with their Filipino parent must follow the entry, testing, and quarantine protocols that apply to their parent.
Quarantine and testing costs
The cost of quarantine accommodations will be shouldered by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
Unvaccinated Non OFW or Returning Overseas Filipino (ROF) must secure their Quarantine Hotels by accessing the List of Accredited Hotels.
They must arrange their COVID-19 RT-PCR Test and pre register as part of the One Health Pass Registration.
No Negative RT-PCR or Antigen Result, No Fly Policy
All arriving passengers, both Filipinos and foreign nationals except children 3 years old and below must present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test certificate for a test taken not more than 48 hours or a negative Antigen test taken within 24 hours before departure from the country of origin.
Filipino passengers who have recovered but still testing positive for COVID-19
Filipino nationals who have recovered from COVID-19 but test positive in the pre-departure RT-PCR or antigen test may be accepted for travel if they are able to present the following documents:
