  • Our complimentary Chauffeur-drive service covers a set distance in each city. Check the cities below to see how far you can travel.
  • In some cities, you can travel farther for an extra fee. Excess mileage charges should be paid directly to the chauffeur for all gateways, with the exception of Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Newark Liberty International–New York (EWR), Orlando International Airport (MCO), and San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Seattle Tacoma Airport (SEA) and Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ).   • If you’re in Dubai and travelling First Class, please book at least four hours prior to your departure, or eight hours before departure for Business Class.
  • If you’re in another Emirate in the UAE and travelling First Class, please book at least eight hours prior to your departure., or 12 hours before departure for Business Class.

Barcelona (BCN) Within 40km driven from El Prat Airport, Barcelona. Excess mileage is charged at EUR 1 per km. Payment can be made in cash or credit card directly to the driver. If payment is made by credit card, the local Emirates office must be notified at least 24 hours before pickup.
Birmingham (BHX) First Class and Business Class passengers: within a 70-mile radius of the airport.  
Bologna (BLQ) First Class and Business Class passengers: within 70 driven kms of Bologna airport. First Class passengers: Excess mileage charged at EUR 1.80 per km.
Business Class passengers: Excess mileage charged at EUR 1.80 per km.
Payment can be made by credit card only directly to the driver.
Brussels (BRU) Within 70km driven from Brussels Airport. Excess mileage charged at EUR 2 extra per km. Payment can be made in cash or credit card directly to the driver.

Additional charge for passengers to/from Sweden using the toll way Oresund Bridge applies. The customer will pay for toll fee over the Malmoe Sweden Bridge between Denmark and Sweden themselves.

Business Class passengers: 70km driven from Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport.		 If you are beyond the free permitted mileage, please get in touch with us to check the amount to be paid. You will be contacted by our chauffeur drive company 48 hours before pick up in order to collect payment.

Madrid (MAD) Within 40 driven kms of Madrid Airport. Excess mileage payment to be made in cash or by credit card directly to the driver. If this payment is with credit card, an advance notice of 24hrs is needed. Excess mileage charge of EUR 2 per km for up to 70km from Madrid Airport. Pickup from Atocha or Chamartin Madrid train Station can be made. Station Name, Originating city of Train, Arrival Time and Train Number must be provided.
Malta (MLA) No mileage restrictions within the islands of Malta and Gozo. Service includes the ferry crossing to and from Gozo. Pickup time from Gozo for departing flights is four hours before departure in order to allow enough time for the ferry crossing.
Manchester (MAN) First Class and Business Class passengers: within a 70-mile radius of the airport.  
Milan (MXP) First Class and Business Class passengers: within 80 driven kms of Milan Malpensa Airport. Also available for First Class and Business Class passengers travelling to Lugano (within city limits).
** Excess mileage charged at EUR1.47 per km in Business Class, EUR1.79 per km in First Class, Business Class van (on request) EUR2.83 per km.
Moscow (DME) Free service between Domodedovo Airport and all destinations within the Moscow automobile ring road (MKAD), and up to 30km outside the MKAD. Excess mileage charges of RUB 30 per km. Service not available to hotels within walking distance of the airport.
Munich (MUC) First Class Passengers: within 80 driven kms of Munich International Airport.

Business Class Passengers: within 40 driven kms of Munich International Airport. 		Excess mileage charged at EUR 2.25 per km for First Class passengers and EUR 1.95 per km for Business Class passengers. Payment can be made by cash or credit card directly to the driver. Newcastle (NCL) First Class and Business Class passengers: within a 70-mile radius of the airport.  
Nice (NCE) Within 50km driven from Nice Cote d'Azur Airport. If you are beyond the free permitted mileage, please get in touch with us to check the amount to be paid. You will be contacted by our chauffeur drive company 48 hours before pick up in order to collect payment.

Oslo (OSL) Within 60km of Gardermoen airport. Excess mileage charged at NOK 15 per km for First Class passengers and NOK 14 per km for Business Class passengers and multi-vans. Payment can be made by credit card only directly to the driver.
Paris (CDG) Available between Charles de Gaulle airport and the "Ile de France" area only. You will be contacted by our chauffeur drive company 48 hours before pick up in order to collect payment. Service not available for transfers between airport hotels and terminals, or for customers who have SNCF Rail tickets included as part of the ticket.

Prague (PRG) Within 40 driven kms of Prague Airport. Excess mileage charged at CZK 42.70 per km. Payment can be made in cash (CZK/EUR/USD) or by credit card directly to the driver.
Rome (FCO) First and Business Class passengers: within 80 driven kms of Fiumicino Airport. Journeys to Civitavecchia Seaport for cruise ship connections are not covered by the included mileage – extra charges will apply and are payable to the driver by credit card only.
Excess mileage charged at EUR1.47 per km in Business Class, EUR2.04 per km in First Class, Business Class van (on request) EUR2.79 per km.

Venice (VCE) First Class and Business Class Passengers: within 70 driven kms of Venice Airport. Complimentary transfers are provided either by motor boat or by vehicle, at the discretion of the service provider and depending upon location / distance.

Warsaw (WAW) Within 40 driven kms of Warsaw Airport. Excess mileage charged at EUR 1.40 per km. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card directly to the driver.
Zürich (ZRH) First Class passengers: within 90 driven kms of Kloten Airport.

Business Class passengers: within 80 driven kms of Kloten Airport. 		Excess mileage charged at CHF 3.50 per additional km. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card directly to the driver.
The Middle East
Dubai (DXB) No mileage restriction within the United Arab Emirates.  People-carriers may be booked, subject to availability. Pick up time for departures is 2hrs 30 mins before the flight but exceptions apply. Service is not available between terminals. View the PDF showing pick-up times.
Africa
Cape Town (CPT) First and Business Class customers: within 110 driven kms of Cape Town International Airport. Excess mileage payment to be made in cash or by credit card directly to the driver.
Durban (DUR) First and Business Class Customers: within 110 driven kms of King Shaka International Airport. Excess mileage payment to be made in cash or by credit card directly to the driver.
Johannesburg (JNB) First and Business Class Customers: within 110 driven kms of O.R. Tambo International Airport. Excess mileage payment to be made in cash or by credit card directly to the driver.
Asia & the Pacific
Adelaide (ADL) Within 60 driven kms from Adelaide International Airport. Excess mileage payment to be made in cash or by credit card directly to the driver.

Only adult passengers are entitled to Chauffeur-drive service and one adult is entitled to one car.

Maximum capacity per sedan is two adults, with a total luggage limit of two suitcases plus one carry-on bag. Additional charges apply if a larger vehicle or child or infant car seat is required.

Qantas codeshare flights operated by Emirates (with a QF flight number) between Asia and Australia/New Zealand don't offer Chauffeur-drive. If you'd like Chauffeur-drive, you must be booked on an Emirates operated flight (with an EK flight number).
Auckland (AKL) Within 40 driven kms of Auckland International Airport.  Itineraries which are exclusively between New Zealand and Australia are not eligible for Chauffeur-drive. All other itineraries on Emirates-operated flights are eligible, including Business Class itineraries which involve a stopover in Australia.

Chauffeur-drive cannot be used for inter-terminal transfers.

Bangkok (BKK) Within 60km from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Itineraries which are exclusively between Bangkok and Hong Kong are not eligible for Chauffeur-drive. Excess mileage charged at THB 35 per km, or at the rates attached for specific destinations outside Bangkok, for First Class and Business Class. Payment can be made in cash only. Beijing (PEK) Within 60km from Beijing Capital International Airport. Excess mileage charged at CNY 5 per driven km. Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver in CNY only.
Bengaluru (BLR) Within an 80km radius of Bengaluru International Airport. Excess mileage charged at INR84 per additional km for Business Class Sedan, INR108 per additional km for Business Class Van (on request). INR130 per additional km for First Class Sedan. Costs do not include 12% GST tax and do not include any tolls/fees. Payment for any excess mileage to be made by credit card only direct to driver.
Brisbane (BNE) Within 60 driven kms of Brisbane International Airport. Itineraries which are exclusively between Australia and New Zealand are not eligible for Chauffeur-drive.

Shanghai (PVG) Within 60km from Shanghai Pudong International airport. Excess mileage charged at CNY 5 per driven km. Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver in CNY only.
Singapore (SIN) No mileage restriction within Singapore national borders. Entry/Exit at Sentosa Island will incur a SGD 7 charge per direction, payable by the passenger. Not available to cross Singapore national borders. Not available for hotels located at the airport.
Sydney (SYD) Within 40 driven kms of Sydney International Airport. Itineraries which are exclusively between Australia and New Zealand are not eligible for Chauffeur-drive.

Maximum capacity per sedan is two adults, with a total luggage limit of two suitcases plus one carry-on bag. Additional charges apply if a larger vehicle or child or infant car seat is required.

Only adult passengers are entitled to Chauffeur-drive service and one adult is entitled to one car.

Qantas codeshare flights operated by Emirates (with a QF flight number) between Asia and Australia/New Zealand don't offer Chauffeur-drive. If you'd like Chauffeur-drive, you must be booked on an Emirates operated flight (with an EK flight number).
Taipei (TPE) Within 60 kms radius from Taoyuan International Airport. Excess mileage charged can be paid in cash directly to driver in NTD only or by credit card.
