We are operating a limited number of flights until further notice. You can check our flight schedule and book seats to travel.
Customers transiting in Dubai will only be accepted for travel if they also hold a confirmed booking for their connecting flight. You can check the flight schedule for the latest information.
We’re continuing to monitor the situation and will develop our operational schedule accordingly.

No – if you have received a cancellation notice from Emirates, you should not go to the airport.
If your travel plans have been affected, we’ll do our best to rebook you on the next available Emirates flight. This applies to most disrupted tickets, including journeys connecting beyond Dubai.
You can review and manage your booking online through Manage Your Booking on emirates.com and in the Emirates app.

If you have not received a cancellation alert from Emirates, and your flight is operating, you can continue to the airport.
Please continue to check your flight status, even after you have checked in. You can also review the latest operational updates on emirates.com. Make sure your details are up to date to receive notifications and check your email for changes or cancellations to your flights before travelling to the airport.

Yes. If you are booked on a flight scheduled to depart up to and including 15 April, you can rebook on another flight to the same destination or another destination in the same region for travel on or before 31 May.
You can make changes on Manage Your Booking or on the Emirates app if your original travel date is within the next 72 hours.
If you’re unable to make changes online, please contact us. Or, if you booked with a travel agent, please contact them.
If you rebook your flight, please also rebook any additional services you made on your previous booking such as seat selection and dietary meals, and update your Chauffeur-drive details in Manage Your Booking for your new flight.

If your flight has been cancelled or you choose not to travel on a flight currently booked on or before 15 April, you can request a refund without any fees. If your trip includes multiple legs, you can request a refund without any fees for any unused part of the journey, for example, your connecting flight from Dubai.
Only request a refund after completing all flights in your booking. Submitting a refund will cancel any remaining flights you haven’t taken.
To process your refund, please fill out this form if you booked directly with Emirates. Your refund will be processed in approximately 15 business days, but this may vary depending on your bank.
If you booked via a travel agent, please contact them to process your refund and for updates on timelines.

Yes, if your Emirates flight is cancelled and we arrange travel for you on another airline, you will be eligible to receive Skywards Miles and Tier Miles according to your original Emirates ticket once your travel is completed.

Members who have Skywards Miles expiring soon don’t need to worry – we are extending the validity of Skywards Miles until 30 June 2026.
Likewise, Emirates Skywards Silver, Gold and Platinum members with a tier review date on or before 31 May 2026 will retain their current status, with the review date deferred until 30 June 2026.

Yes, you can make any changes to your booking on emirates.com through Manage your booking.

If your original travel date is within the next 72 hours, you may be able to make changes through Manage Your Booking or the Emirates App.
You can make changes to your booking through Manage your booking. It’s important to note that you’ll find a Change my booking link if your booking is eligible for online changes. You might be charged for certain changes, depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.
If your booking is not eligible for online changes, you can contact your travel agent or our Contact Centres if you booked with us directly.

If you want to make changes to a rewards booking with a partner airline, please contact the Emirates Skywards team.
No, any changes you make online will apply to everyone in your booking. To change a flight for just one person, you will need to contact us or the travel agent who made your booking.
However, if you want to change seats, book a dietary meal or add services for individual passengers, you can do that through Manage your booking.
Yes, you can change bookings purchased with Skywards Miles or Emirates Business Rewards points online by visiting Manage your booking.
Once you retrieve your booking, you can make changes to your flight, check and email your itinerary, and buy an upgrade to the next cabin class.
You can also choose your seat or meal preference, join Emirates Skywards and add your membership number to your booking. You can also add your contact details, make a special request and print your ticket.
