No change fees apply to this voucher, so you have more flexibility to reschedule when you’re ready to travel again. The value of your travel voucher will be equivalent to the amount you paid for your original booking. Please note that we can only provide a travel voucher for the part of your booked itinerary that you have not completed.

You can extend the validity of your ticket up to 24 months from the date you made your original booking. We will accept the fare you paid for any flight at any time within this period. If you’re booking is fully cancelled you don't have to decide or contact us right now. Just call our contact centre when you’re ready to book again. If you have flights still showing on your booking please call us to cancel them.
If you booked your ticket through a travel agent, you can choose to keep your original ticket or request a refund, subject to the fare conditions on your original booking. Please contact your travel agent to arrange this.
