Am I entitled to hotel accommodation if I have a long layover due to rebooking?
Yes. If the new itinerary has a transit in Dubai of more than 8 hours for Economy Class or 6 hours for First Class or Business Class, you’re entitled to hotel accommodation in Dubai. Once you arrive in Dubai you should go to our transfer desk to collect the hotel voucher.
