You can use this form to request a refund for Emirates flights.

You can use this form to request a refund for any ticket purchased from Emirates, including tickets purchased at one of our contact centres. If you purchased your ticket online on emirates.com, please log in to Manage your booking to refund your ticket.

Please avoid using characters and symbols such as the and or double prime symbols; the less-than and greater-than symbols; the left and right brackets; the plus and equals signs; the backtick or backslash marks; or the vertical bar character.

If a travel agent booked your ticket, please contact that travel agent for a refund.

The refund amount you’re due is outlined in the Fare conditions given to you when you made the booking. If you purchased your ticket online at emirates.com, your Fare conditions will be attached to the booking confirmation email sent to you.

You shouldn’t use this form to find out more about cancellation charges or how much of a ticket may be refunded. Once you’ve submitted this form, your booking will be cancelled.

What's the refund type you require?

Any refund will be processed according to the Fare Conditions advised at the time of purchase. If fees apply for refund, these will be deducted from any amount refunded. If the ticket is non-refundable, only the unused refundable taxes will be refunded.

Any refund will be processed according to the Fare Conditions advised at the time of purchase. In some cases, partially used tickets are non-refundable.

For partially used tickets that are refundable, if fees apply for refund, these will be deducted from any amount refunded. In addition, you may receive a refund for the unused part of your ticket that will be calculated in accordance with the Fare Conditions of your ticket.

Your request will be verified by our Refunds team and any refund will be processed accordingly once you have pressed "Submit".

If you have purchased your ticket with Skywards Miles or Business Rewards Miles, any applicable taxes will be refunded back to you. Refunds are not applicable for partially used tickets purchased with Skywards Miles or Business Rewards Miles, and Emirates Skywards tickets issued with a combination of Cash and Miles. To receive a credit of your Skywards Miles or Business Rewards Miles back to your account (where they have not expired), please contact your local Emirates office to pay the cancellation fee applicable to your ticket.

Use this option only if you're requesting a refund for the deposit paid for a UAE visa that was processed by an Emirates office. The passenger must have already exited the UAE. Provide the EMD receipt number issued by the Emirates office that appears on the visa deposit receipt. This option should not be used for UAE visas processed through emirates.com and VFS Global partners. Please note that the fee paid for processing the actual visa is non-refundable.

Use this option if we had to change your seat for operational, safety or security reasons and we were unable to seat you in a suitable alternative in line with our refund eligibility criteria. You can use this refund form only after the flight has occurred.

Charges will be refunded only if service is not delivered.

Refund is eligible only if lounge service was not provided by Emirates.

In the event of death of the passenger or close family member Emirates may waive applicable cancellation fees when refunding a ticket. If you believe you are eligible to have these fees waived, please complete this section.

Note: waivers will only be provided if the Fare Conditions of your ticket permit them, and Emirates will not be able to consider waivers if not available according to the Fare Conditions of your ticket. Supporting documents are required for all valid waiver requests, and will be requested after this form is submitted. Please have the appropriate documents to hand before submitting your request.

Provided the itinerary on your ticket originates from the USA, and you have requested the cancellation of your ticketed reservation using this form within 24 hours of the booking being made, and the first travel date on your ticket is more than 7 days in the future, a full refund of your ticket will be processed, without applying any cancellation conditions. Any date changes requested are subject to the applicable fare conditions
