On 15 January 2021, revised measures were introduced by Angolan authorities for all passengers accepted for travel to Angola.
There are restrictions for specific categories of passengers travelling to Angola. Please check the latest requirements before you travel. If you are travelling to Angola, you are required to take a COVID-19 RT-PCR test and complete a Travel Registration Form, which are both required to be carried out in the 72 hours prior to departure.
Please note:
All passengers will be accepted for travel to Angola provided they meet entry requirements as per Angolan authorities.
Due to additional testing procedures on arrival, passengers are advised that arrivals formalities will be longer in duration than normal. Your patience will be appreciated.
COVID-19 testing requirements
As per Angolan government requirements, all passengers, travelling to or from Angola must be tested, including children and infants.
In order to board international flights to and from Angola, it is mandatory to present a molecular based RT-PCR COVID-19 test with a negative result. Testing must be carried out in the 72 hours prior to departure.
All passengers will also be tested (Rapid Test for COVID) on arrival at 04 Fevereiro International Airport in Luanda. This test is compulsory and will be provided free of charge by Angolan Health Authorities.
Required forms
Passengers must complete a Travel Registration Form (FRV) up to 72 hours before the date of travel and must sign the commitment term with the conditions defined by the competent authorities. Failure to do so may hinder or inhibit travel.

In view of the Situation of Public Calamity and the closure of national borders due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Angolan Government approved the following measures by means of Executive Decree No. 3/21, of 5 January 2021:
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they meet the entry requirements of the final destination, in addition to obtaining the valid documentation for the trip. When in doubt the passenger should contact the nearest embassy / consulate to ensure they meet the necessary requirements of the country to which they are travelling.

If you’re travelling to Cote d’Ivoire, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and present a negative certificate to be accepted for travel. You will also need to complete a Health Declaration Form and present a 4-digit confirmation code on arrival.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers, except children under the age of 12, arriving in Cote d’Ivoire from any destination must have a printed negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate dated back no more than five (05) days from the date of collection. A certificate from any government approved lab is acceptable.
Required forms
All passengers arriving or transiting in Cote d’Ivoire must complete the Health Declaration Form available on the Travel Information on Ministry of Transport site. The form must be printed and presented to the health authorities on arrival.
When you have completed the required information on the website, you will receive a four‑digit code on the registered telephone number. You will have to use the four‑digit code sent to your mobile phone to download and print the form. This form should be presented at Abidjan Airport as it is a mandatory requirement for travel from, to and through Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
Quarantine
There are currently no quarantine requirements for travel to Cote d'Ivoire.
If you’re travelling from Cote d’Ivoire, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before travel, depending on the specific requirements of your destination. You will also need to complete a Health Declaration Form and present a 4-digit confirmation code at check-in.
COVID-19 PCR testing

Required forms
All departing and transiting passengers from Cote d’Ivoire must complete this Health Declaration Form(Opens an external website in a new tab), print it and present it at check-in.
When you have completed the required information, you will get a four‑digit code on the telephone number you have filled in. You will have to use the four‑digit code sent to your mobile phone to download and print the form. This form should be presented at the Abidjan Airport as it is a mandatory requirement for travel to and from Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
All departing passengers who require a COVID-19 PCR test must obtain the certificate from a government designated laboratory(Opens a PDF in a new tab).

If you’re travelling to Egypt, you will need to take a COVID-19 PCR test and submit a health declaration form before arrival.
COVID-19 PCR testing
Effective 1 September 2020 all passengers, including Egyptian nationals, will need to carry a printed negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate from an accredited lab in English or Arabic for a test taken within 72 hours before the departure of their final direct flight to Egypt. The certificate must be stamped by the laboratory or hospital and must include the following information:
The COVID‑19 PCR test certificate should not have any modifications or alterations (e.g. addition or deletion).
For passengers travelling from New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Thailand, North and South America, Canada, London Heathrow, Paris, Frankfurt, South Korea and Rome, the COVID‑19 PCR test can be conducted up to 96 hours before their departure on their final direct flight to Egypt.
Once the passenger departs Egypt, the COVID-19 PCR certificate will be considered expired and not valid for a return flight to Egypt (the certificate cannot be reused).
Required forms
All passengers must complete a health declaration form that will be provided on board the aircraft. Forms are also available from Egyptian tourism companies and their international counterparts.
Exemptions
Children below 6 years old and transit passengers are exempted from the negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate requirement.

COVID-19 PCR testing

If you are travelling to Ethiopia, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and undergo self-quarantine on arrival.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers travelling to Ethiopia must present a printed copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate for a test conducted not more than 5 days before arrival. The certificate must clearly mention that an RT PCR test was conducted, the time and date when the sample was taken and have an official stamp of the authorities issuing the certificate. Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT antibody test) results will not be accepted. Children under 12 years are exempted as long as they are travelling with their parents and their parents have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate.
Quarantine
All passengers, except those connecting through Ethiopia, will be required to undergo self-quarantine at home for 7 days.
Arriving diplomats must undergo a 14-day quarantine at their respective embassies.
Exemptions
While it is advised, diplomatic passport holders, including United Nations and African Union personnel and their immediate families, may travel from Dubai to Ethiopia without a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test certificate.
COVID-19 testing requirements
If you are travelling from Ethiopia, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and submit additional documentation before departure. Please check the requirements of your specific destination before travel. Emirates passengers can book their PCR tests for a special rate here at an Emirates Airlines Priority Centre- Near Tikur Anbesa. COVID-19 PCR test results will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours and can be collected from any ICL branch.

COVID-19 testing requirements
All arriving passengers, including those from the ECOWAS region, must not have any symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, including body temperature > 38°C.
They must carry a negative COVID-19 PCR test result in English from an accredited laboratory in their country of origin. The test should have been done not more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure from the country of origin. For passengers who will be transiting through other countries before arriving in Ghana, the first country of departure will be the reference point. Passengers will not be allowed to travel without the valid negative COVID-19 PCR test result.
Passengers will be subjected to a mandatory COVID-19 PCR test at the airport terminal at a cost to be borne by the passenger, as indicated below:
Payment MUST be made online here and proof of payment (receipt in English) shown to the Airline before boarding. Passengers who have not completed the process on-line and do not hold a payment notification will be offloaded. There will be no exceptions.
All arriving passengers who test positive for COVID-19 will undergo mandatory isolation and treatment at a designated health facility or isolation centre, at a cost to passengers, except for Ghanaian citizens. The isolation will be for a period of seven (7) days. However, the final discharge of cases will be based on existing case management guidelines and protocols.
All passengers who test negative for COVID-19 will be required to continuously adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols and will receive regular information on COVID-19 within five (5) days of arrival in Ghana.

All passengers must fill out the Ghana Health Form online before arrival.
Exemptions
Passengers transiting and transferring through Accra will not be required to take the COVID-19 PCR test in Accra, if they are connecting on the same day and proceeding straight to the transit area for boarding. Passengers who are connecting on the next day are required to undergo the COVID 19 PCR test in Accra and then clear immigration.
Transit passengers will be required to adhere to COVID-19 testing requirements for the destination countries.
Other information
Travelling with pets into Ghana is allowed in line with guidelines of the Veterinary Services Directorate of the Ministry of Food & Agriculture.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Departing passengers are required to follow the COVID-19 testing requirements of their destination.
Other information
All passengers will be required to meet the following guidelines prior to departure:
Departing passengers will undergo temperature screening at the entrance of Terminal 3 departures.
Only passengers and persons with business in the terminal will be allowed entry.
Online check-in or the use of self-service kiosks is strongly encouraged to reduce physical contact at the airport
Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport 4 hours before scheduled departure time.

If you’re travelling to Conakry, you will need to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and provide contact information on arrival.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers travelling to Conakry must carry a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate issued less than five days before their departure date. A certificate from any government approved lab will be acceptable.
Any passenger who presents symptoms of COVID‑19 (e.g. fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sneezing, poor general condition, etc.) on arrival will undergo a standard diagnostic test (PCR) and be isolated while waiting for the test results. If found positive for COVID‑19, the traveller will be treated at a dedicated processing centre.

All passengers must provide a telephone number for health services to monitor them for fourteen days from their day of arrival.
Exemptions
Children 12 years old and below are exempted from COVID-19 PCR testing for entry into Conakry.
Guinean citizens repatriated as part of humanitarian flights who were unable to take a COVID-19 PCR test will undergo PCR screening on arrival and be isolated while waiting for the test results.
EU citizens are not allowed entry into Conakry following the principles of reciprocity, with the following exceptions:

If you are travelling to Kenya, you will need to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure, complete an online Health Surveillance form and may have to undergo 14 days of self quarantine on arrival.
Effective 31 December 2020, all passengers that require visas should apply for and obtain an e-visa prior to entering Kenya. The e-visa can be obtained through this website. Minors below 16 years of age are exempted from the visa requirement.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers, including transit/ transfer passengers, must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate issued no more than 96 hours before departure at check‑in. A certificate from any government approved lab will be acceptable.
Required forms
All passengers must present a completed Kenya Travelers Health Surveillance form online and present the corresponding QR code to Port Health authorities upon arrival.
Quarantine
A 14-day self-quarantine is mandatory for passengers arriving from certain countries as determined by the Ministry of Health. Passengers arriving from specified countries are currently exempted from self-quarantine measures.
Exemptions
All arriving passengers on international flights whose body temperature is not above 37.5 °C (99.5 °F); do not have a persistent cough, difficulty in breathing or other flu‑like symptoms; have a negative COVID‑19 PCR test taken within 96 hours of travel and are from countries considered low to medium risk COVID‑19 transmission areas will not be required to undergo self‑quarantine.

All passengers without exceptions originating from Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, United Kingdom, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey or Ukraine are not allowed entry into Morocco, irrespective of the time spent outside in a third country before travel to Morocco. Flights to and from these countries are also suspended until further notice.
All foreign nationals who are not residents of Morocco must have a confirmed hotel booking to enter Morocco.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All travellers, except children below 11 years old, who are entering Morocco must take a COVID-19 PCR test. COVID-19 PCR test must be within 72 hours from sample taken and valid on arrival. The printed test results must be presented on request at check-in and to local officials on arrival.

Transit from Morocco
Customers with onward bookings from Morocco have to ensure that the transit time does not exceed 24 hours and that the onward booking is within the same day of arrival in Morocco. Night stops or layovers in the transit area are not permitted.

If you are travelling to Nigeria, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and provide information, as well as documents, on the Nigerian International Travel Portal before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers travelling to Nigeria must test negative for COVID-19 in the country of departure. The COVID-19 PCR test validity must be done within 96 hours of departure at government specified laboratories at the respective departure countries. Passengers must present an electronic or hard copy of the result at the airport. Children of the age ten (10) and below are exempt from the COVID-19 PCR test.
Passengers originating from the United Kingdom and South Africa MUST present the following two documents before departure.
All passengers will be required to self-isolate for 7 days after arrival, followed by a COVID-19 PCR test. Passengers with a post-arrival negative COVID-19 PCR test result can exit isolation on day 8. Those with a positive COVID-19 PCR test will be referred for isolation and further management.
Required forms
The Nigerian International Travel Portal is available and passengers are strongly advised to utilize the portal to provide required health information, upload the pre-departure negative COVID-19 PCR test, Health Declaration and Self-reporting forms. A second COVID-19 PCR test must be completed within 7 days of arrival in Nigeria and the payment can be done through the Nigerian International Travel Portal, which will generate a QR code that can be utilized to expedite clearance procedures upon arrival at the airports.
Diplomats are advised to use the online portal to upload the negative COVID-19 PCR test pre-departure however not required to pay for a second PCR test in Nigeria.
Passengers must fill the Health Declaration/Self Reporting form before arrival. It is recommended to upload the form through the Nigerian International Travel portal. Please make sure that the information/contact details you provide on the form are correct, verifiable and that you can be reached on the phone number and address provided. Passengers must inform port health officials on arrival of any change in their health circumstances since submitting the Health Declaration/Self-Reporting form.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Passengers travelling from Nigeria must present a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate for a test taken no more than 72 hours before departure. The certificate must be issued by an approved laboratory.
Required forms
Valid proof of their possession of health insurance covering the entirety of their stay in the UAE. Sufficient proof of accommodation address in the UAE, in form of a hotel booking or similar reservation which corresponds with the time period reflected on their ticket and a valid return ticket.

Passengers travelling to Dubai from any other departure point will not be accepted if they have been in, or connected through Nigeria, within the previous 14 days.

If you are travelling to Senegal, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and present the original test certificate at check-in.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers except children under two years old must present an original negative COVID‑19 RT-PCR test certificate dating less than 5 days from the date the test result is received. The certificate must be issued by a laboratory located in the state from which the customer commences their journey and is listed on the list of laboratories approved by this State or a health organisation internationally recognised.
Quarantine
There are currently no mandatory quarantine requirements for travel to Senegal.
Exemptions
EU citizens are not allowed entry into Senegal following the principles of reciprocity.
Other information
Passengers connecting through Senegal must fulfil the required conditions of their destination.

If you’re travelling to South Africa, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test, download the COVID Alert South Africa app and complete the traveller health questionnaire before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements
From 11 November 2020, international travel will resume subject to the traveller providing a valid certificate of a negative COVID-19 PCR test which was obtained not more than 72 hours before the date of travel. Passengers are required to carry a COVID‑19 negative PCR test certificate when travelling.
Verification of the COVID-19 negative PCR test certificate taken no more than 72 hours before departure will be managed by the airport team as part of documentation checks at the time of flight departure.
All travellers will be screened for COVID‑19 symptoms and will be required to answer any questions required by the Health Authorities on arrival.
Exemptions
Children below the age of 5 years are exempted from COVID 19 PCR test.
Airline crew will be allowed entry subject to them adhering to the industry health guidelines and international protocols.

Required forms
All passengers must complete the traveller health questionnaire before arrival.
All travellers must provide proof of accommodation and their address while in South Africa in case they are required to self‑isolate.
All foreign passengers, irrespective of country of origin arriving in South Africa must have travel insurance that covers the cost of any testing or quarantine.
Required apps
All passengers must install the COVID Alert South Africa app prior to travel.
If you’re travelling from South Africa, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and provide additional documentation depending on the requirements of your specific destination.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Passengers must comply with COVID‑19 requirements of the destination. Subject to requirements of the destination, passengers must provide a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate from an accredited laboratory.

If you’re travelling to Sudan, you’ll need to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and present a printed certificate at check-in.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers except children below 6 years old must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate valid within 96 hours of issuance. A printed copy of the certificate must be presented at check-in. Test results presented as SMS will not be accepted. It is required by the Sudan health authority that the COVID-19 PCR certificate should also be stamped by the same hospital or clinic.
Exemptions
Children below 6 years old are not required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure.
Other information
Sudan entry visa is required for Seamen.

If you are travelling to Tanzania, you might be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before arrival or departure depending on the requirements of your airline and destination. You must also complete a Traveller Surveillance form online before arrival in Dar es Salaam.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All travellers, whether foreigners or returning residents, whose countries or airlines require them to get tested for COVID‑19 with a negative test result as a condition for travel will be required to present a certificate upon arrival. Travellers from other countries with symptoms and signs related to COVID‑19 will undergo enhanced screening and may be required to undergo COVID‑19 RT‑PCR testing.
All travellers, whether foreigners or returning residents, entering or leaving the United Republic of Tanzania will be subjected to enhanced screening for COVID‑19.

Effective 1 February 2021, all nationalities who are eligible to travel to Tunisia can now be accepted for travel provided they meet the requirements set below. This includes nationalities who are eligible for visa on arrival provided their visa is pre-approved with an application submitted by the sponsor to Immigration HQ in Tunisia.
All non-Tunisian visitors must have a valid return ticket.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Passengers must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate with results released no later than 72 before arrival in Tunisia. Any PCR test older than 72 hours will be considered invalid for travel.
Only a printed copy of the certificate is accepted – soft copies are not permitted.
Children below 12 years old are exempt from taking the COVID-19 PCR tests.
Quarantine
Passengers must select a hotel from the list provided by the Ministry of Health in Tunisia and pay for their mandatory 7-day hotel quarantine. Passengers must present the fully paid hotel voucher at check in. Hotel pre-bookings that have not yet been paid in full will not be accepted for travel.
Passengers must complete the mandatory health declaration and quarantine confinement forms. A copy of this form must be printed and signed prior to check in. Failure to have this form may result in non-acceptance for the flight.
Passengers must schedule and pay for a COVID-19 PCR test on the seventh day of their hotel quarantine. If they test negative for COVID-19, they will be allowed to leave the quarantine facility.
Transit passengers
All nationalities may be accepted for transit in Tunisia.
All nationalities may transit in Tunisia without a visa (TWOV) provided they remain in the transit hall for a maximum connecting time of 24 hours.
Transit passengers may be accepted provided they meet entry requirements for their final destination.
Transit to Libya - Non Libyan passengers who plan to transit in Tunisia and continue their journey to Libya must have a Non Objection Letter provided by the sponsor and approval to board by the Libyan carrier inserted in their booking.
Transit to Algeria – Passengers planning to transit onward to Algeria will not be accepted on flights as the borders to Algeria remain closed.
Exemption letters
Passengers who have a Letter of Exception from a Tunisian Embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia, can be accepted on board.
Required forms

If you are travelling to Uganda, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test done within 120 hours before arrival in Uganda, and must not display any signs and symptoms of any infectious disease before boarding.
The COVID-19 PCR test must be taken at a laboratory approved by the country where the passenger's journey starts.
A passenger who shows signs and symptoms of an infectious disease on arrival will be taken to an isolation centre.
If a passenger tests positive for COVID-19 he/she will be taken to a COVID-19 treatment centre, or repatriated for treatment outside Uganda at their own cost following COVID-19 medical evacuation procedures.
Parents/legal guardians who are travelling with a child between the age of 3 and 12 need to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result.

There is no mandatory quarantine requirement for passengers who have a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate on arrival and do not show any symptoms of COVID-19.

If you are travelling to Zambia, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure. You will be subject to further health screening on arrival and may have to undergo a 14-day mandatory quarantine.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers travelling to Zambia must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test result. The test must be taken within the last 7 days. Health authorities may also conduct random nucleic acid testing for COVID‑19 on arriving passengers with a negative result.
All travellers entering the airport will be subjected to temperature and symptoms screening.
The following will be tested for COVID‑19 at the airport:

They are free to conduct their business as planned while adhering to recommended COVID‑19 prevention measures such as maintaining physical distance, wearing a mask and personal hygiene. They shall monitor themselves daily for 14 days for developing COVID‑19 symptoms and report any such signs to the nearest health authority.
Tourists will not be allowed entry into Zambia without a negative COVID‑19 test certificate.

Passengers displaying symptoms of COVID‑19, whether or not they present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate will be detained at a holding facility until they can be tested for COVID‑19. If they test negative for COVID‑19, they will be discharged immediately for self‑quarantine at home. If found positive for COVID‑19, they will be detained at an isolation facility for 14 days.
If you’re travelling from Zimbabwe, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and present the test certificate at check-in.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Passengers travelling from grey countries are required to undergo a molecular test at a certified lab, with the sample taken in the last 72 hours prior to flight departure. All inbound passengers must have a negative certificate for a COVID-19 test taken at Dubai International Airport. COVID-19 testing is also required for passengers travelling from or through Dubai. Previously COVID-19 infected passengers
Passengers, who previously have been infected with COVID-19 and therefore are unable to present a negative test result must present a positive COVID-19 test result from a test performed between 14 days and 12 weeks prior to the flight. These passengers are no longer perceived to be contagious.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Effective 24 January 2021, passengers travelling from Dubai to Germany, and passengers transiting in Dubai from areas of virus variant of concern and high incidence, must hold a negative COVID-19 PCR certificate. The sample collection for the test must not be older than 48 hours before arrival in Germany.
The COVID-19 PCR test certificate must be printed or presented as an electronic document in German, English or French. The test performed must meet the requirements stated on the Robert Koch Institute website.
Children below the age of six are exempted from taking a COVID-19 PCR test.
Crew on duty are exempted from the COVID-19 testing requirements if their stay in Germany does not exceed 72 hours. They must undergo mandatory entry registration and pre-flight SARS-COV-2 testing.
Passengers who have only passed through a high-incidence area without a stopover or those travelling from high-incidence areas transiting through Germany and leaving by the quickest route are not required to present a negative test result.
Exemptions don’t apply for passengers travelling from an area of virus variant of concern.
Required forms
Customers who have visited a virus variant area, high-incidence area or risk area are required to complete a Digital Entry Declaration ("DEA"). For details on the classification of countries check the RKI website. At the time of check-in, such passengers are to ensure they have a confirmation form of the registration, either saved or printed.
The form has to be filled out correctly as incorrect forms are considered to be an administrative offence and will lead to fines.
Passengers who do not complete the Digital Entry Declaration ("DEA") will not be accepted for travel.
This requirement is also applicable to Crew on flights to Germany and the form has to be completed prior to departure.
Quarantine
A 10 day quarantine is mandatory for all arriving customers who stayed the last 10 days in a virus variant area, high-incidence area and risk area (as specified in the Federal Foreign Office website).

If you are travelling to Greece, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and complete the Passenger Locator Form before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All arriving passengers are required to remain in isolation under quarantine for precautionary reasons for 7 days upon arrival at their place of residence, as declared in the submitted Passenger Locator Form. If their stay in Greece is less than 7 days, the restriction will apply to that period of time.
Passengers must take a COVID-19 rapid test on arrival. Passengers who test positive for COVID-19 must quarantine under supervision for 14 days. Only passengers whose final destination is Athens will be subject to testing on arrival based on their completed passenger locator form. Transit passengers must take a test before boarding their domestic flight.
Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom will be subjected to COVID-19 diagnostic rapid test at their point of entry upon their arrival in Greece and are required to remain in isolation under quarantine for precautionary reasons for 7 days upon arrival at their place of residence, as declared in the submitted Passenger Locator Form. If their stay in Greece is less than 7 days, the restriction will apply to that period of time. A negative molecular test (PCR) is required at the end of the 7-day quarantine period to release the quarantine restriction.
All passengers flying to Greece, with the exception of children under 10 years, must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate, taken not more than 72 hours before arrival. The certificate must be in English, clearly indicating the passenger’s name and ID number, and presented to officers of the general secretariat for civil protection and the national public health organisation on arrival.
Transit passengers to Extra-Schengen destinations from Athens are not subject to the COVID-19 PCR test certificate requirement (of Greece).
Required forms
Passengers must complete the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) at least 24 hours before check‑in for their flight to Greece. Passengers will receive an email notification upon on‑time completion of the e‑PLF or an electronic QR code that must be shown at check‑in. Families can also be accepted with only one joint PLF confirmation and one unique QR code.
Along with the QR code proof that they have completed the e‑PLF and a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate, travellers from UAE or third countries will have to present their residence permit, work permit, identity card (provided that it states the place of residence), driving license or other documents to prove their place of residence.
Exemptions
Only EU citizens can travel to Greece. Exceptions are citizens and permanent residents from Australia, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the Russian Federation and Israel who are permitted to enter. Permanent residents of UAE may arrive only by direct flights from UAE to Greece.

Third country nationals subject to the restrictions may request exceptional entry to the Greek consular authority of their place of residence or stay for business or personal reasons.
Other information
For domestic flights within Greece only essential travel is allowed. Essential travel should include travel for health issues, business purposes, imperative family reasons and return to their permanent residence. Adherence to the essential travel and proof of the relevant reason are the responsibility of each individual passenger.

There are restrictions on the categories of passengers who can enter Hungary at this time. Please check the latest requirements before you travel. If you are travelling to Hungary, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCT test before departure or on arrival, as well as undergo self quarantine.
Quarantine
Passengers arriving into Hungary are subject to 10 days self quarantine from the date/time of entering the country. The quarantine period can be shortened if the passenger is able to present two negative COVID-19 PCR test results. The tests must be taken at local designated laboratories with a 48-hour period between the two tests.

Travel to Hungary is only permitted for Hungarian citizens, citizens with permanent residence permit in Hungary and their family members.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Effective 16 January, all passengers arriving in Ireland will require a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in Ireland.
Exemptions
Children below the age of 6 years are exempt from the COVID-19 PCR test requirement.

Passengers arriving in Ireland from overseas, including Irish citizens, must complete a COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form 48 hours before their arrival. It is a penal offence not to complete the form in the manner specified. It is also an offence to provide false or misleading information on the form. You will receive an email receipt once you have completed the form. Please present the email receipt or a completed printed version of the form to an officer at your point of entry to the state.

All passengers travelling to Ireland from or through Dubai must undergo a mandatory 14-day self-quarantine on arrival in Ireland.
Post-arrival testing
Your 14 day period of restricted movement can end if you receive a negative/‘not detected’ result of a PCR test taken five days after your arrival in Ireland. You should wait for your test result to be returned before ending your period of restricted movement.

Restricting your movements on arrival
Nearly all of Europe has a high incidence of COVID-19 and is in a high risk category (orange/red). If you are coming from orange, red or grey regions, or from outside the EU, you should restrict your movements for 14 days. This applies to all people entering the State, even if you have no symptoms. If you are unsure which risk area you are travelling from, please check the ECDC website.
Restricting your movements means staying home or in your accommodation, and avoiding contact with other people, including those in your household that are at particular risk should they contract COVID-19. You should wear a face covering, including while indoors, to protect them. You can go outside to exercise by yourself as long as you keep 2 metres away from other people. Travel eligibility
The Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers (DCPM) contains lists of countries, for which different restrictions apply. These lists are contained in Annex 20 of the DPCM. The measures envisaged for travel to/from the countries on the various lists are detailed below.
A: The Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State: no limitations
B: EU countries (except for the countries in lists C and D), Schengen, Andorra, and the Principality of Monac: No restrictions for those travelling to/from the countries listed in groups B. E: Rest of the world: travel to/from the rest of the world (i.e. all the states and territories not mentioned in other lists) is allowed only for specific reasons, such as work, health or study, or absolute urgency, returning to one's home, domicile, or dwelling (This includes passengers returning via Italy to their country of residence without leaving the airport, they must remain in the transit area). Travel for tourism is not allowed. Arrival/return to Italy from this group of countries is always allowed only for Italian/EU/Schengen/the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland citizens and their family members, as well as holders of residence permits and their family members. If you are travelling to the Netherlands, you must complete the Health Screening Form, hold a negative COVID-19 PCR test and rapid antigen test certificate before departure. You might also be required to undergo self-quarantine on arrival.
An entry ban to the Netherlands has been imposed on all Non Schengen and Non EU nationals.

COVID‑19 testing requirements
All passengers (including Dutch citizens) must have a negative COVID–19 certificate and must show a negative test declaration COVID-19 and the negative test result when boarding the aircraft and on arrival to The Netherlands. The test sample must have been collected no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in the Netherlands.
Passengers arriving in The Netherlands without valid negative test results and the mandatory form may be denied entry to the Netherlands.
Accepted PCR tests:
In addition to the mandatory COVID-19 PCR test results, test declaration and health declaration, all passengers are required to hold a negative rapid antigen test which has to be performed within 4 hours prior to departure to the Netherlands. This requirement is also applicable for transfer passengers and does not exclude crew unless the crew does not disembark the aircraft in the Netherlands.

Quarantine
From 28 December 2020 until 14 March 2021, 10 days mandatory quarantine will apply to all persons who have crossed the Polish border (representing both the external and internal EU border) by plane, bus or other means of public transport, counting from the day following the day of crossing the border.
Those vaccinated with a vaccine that has been authorized in the European Union for COVID-19 and those tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic test (the time between test result and time of crossing the border must not exceed 48 hours) will not be placed in quarantine.

All passengers traveling to Portugal are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate and complete a Passenger Locater Form before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Before boarding, all passengers must present a certificate of a negative COVID-19 PCR test carried out not more than 72 hours before their time of departure from the point of origin.
This does not apply to children that have not completed the age of 24 months.
The test validity of 72 hours is considered from the time of sample collections and not from the time the test certificate was issued.
Third party nationals without legal residency in Portugal will be refused entry if they do not hold a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test.
In addition to the COVID-19 PCR test, passengers arriving from the following countries must undergo a 14 days mandatory quarantine in their homes, or in the places indicated by the health authorities. Quarantine measures do not apply to passengers transiting to a third country and not leaving the airport transit area.

Only a limited number of nationalities are allowed to travel to the EU. Please check if your nationality can enter Spain and ensure you have prior permission from any Spanish consulate or embassy to be considered as one of the exceptions for travel.
Effective 21 December 2020 until 16 March 2021, a temporary restriction applies to all passengers arriving from flights from the United Kingdom. Only Spanish nationals and foreign nationals with legal residence in Spain are allowed to enter the country from the United Kingdom.
Until further notice, a temporary restriction applies to all passengers arriving on flights from Brazil and South Africa. Only Spanish/Andorran nationals and foreign nationals with legal residence in Spain/Andorra are allowed to enter the country. Passengers in transit with final destination in a non-Schengen country will be allowed entry provided their stopover in Spain is less than 24 hours and they do not leave the transit zone.
Effective 22 February, passengers travelling from the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Republic of South Africa must remain in quarantine for 10 days after their arrival in Spain, or for the duration of their stay if it is less than 10 days. This period may end earlier if the passenger takes a COVID-19 test on the seventh day with negative results.

Passengers who have recently contracted COVID-19 will be allowed to travel if they can provide a medical report stating they have contracted and since been cured of COVID-19, although a positive result persists. This report must be written in Spanish or English

Any passenger who does not follow the health regulations in place will be declared inadmissible, even if they fall under the list of exemptions, and will immediately be returned to their point of origin.

International passengers must complete the Health Control Form (FCS) online or on the SPTH APP (available on Google Play and the App Store). A QR code generated from the completed form must be presented to authorities on arrival. If customers are unable to download the APP, the required forms can be downloaded online on spth.gob.es. However the times of access and passage through the health checkpoint, using a handwritten form will be much higher. All passengers are encouraged to fill out the electronic form and obtain the QR, thus avoiding unnecessary waiting times.
When accessing the app, customers will be asked to declare if they have completed the required COVID-19 PCR test. Failing to provide a valid test, passengers will be directed to take an antigen test on arrival and may be fined.
Quarantine
By signing the form, passengers are committing to self-isolate at home or a place of residence during the 14 days after entry to Spain if they present symptoms of acute respiratory infection (fever, cough or respiratory difficulty), to self-monitor coronavirus symptoms, and to phone the competent health authorities. Only passengers are allowed to access the airport terminals. It is mandatory to wear face masks at every point of your journey.

Effective 6 February 2021, foreign nationals aged 18 years and above must provide a negative COVID-19 certificate for a test conducted not more than 48 hours before arrival.
Foreigners crossing the border for work purposes/frontier workers need to present a test no older than one week. The test results needs to verify that the traveler does not have an ongoing COVID-19 infection. This can be done with a negative PCR, LAMP or antigen test. The documentation should be in Swedish, English, Norwegian or Danish, and contain the following:

COVID-19 PCR testing
Starting from 29 December 2020 21:00 UTC hours until further notice, all passengers that are 6 years old and older will be required to submit a negative SARS-COV-2 PCR test result done within the last 72 hours prior to departure of their inbound flight to Turkey. Passengers that do not show negative SARS-COV-2 PCR test result will not be accepted to flight. This requirement is not applicable for transit and transfer passengers.
All passengers 6 years old and older travelling to Turkey who have visited Brazil, the UK, Denmark and South Africa within the last 10 days will be required to submit a negative SARS-COV2 PCR test certificate for a test done within 72 hours prior to arrival in Turkey. They must also undergo a 14-day quarantine on arrival at facilities selected by the governorship. Quarantine will be lifted if they test negative for COVID-19 on the tenth day of quarantine.

Crew and Merchant Seamen are exempted from the COVID-19 PCR requirement and quarantine.

COVID‑19 testing requirements
Effective 7 November 2020, passengers from the United Arab Emirates to China, before boarding the flight, will be required to take COVID‑19 PCR and IgM anti-body tests for which the sample was taken 48 hours before boarding.
The Chinese Embassy has designated the following testing facilities to conduct the tests:
Passenger has to apply for green health code with the “HS” logo or health status statement.
Passengers departing from the UAE and transiting to China via a third country must undergo the nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test in the transit country (the country of departure for direct flights to China) and apply for green health codes with the "HS" logo or health status declaration at the embassies and consulates there. Through check-in and tagging of bags from point of origin to any destination in China is not allowed. Passengers have to break their journey at each transit point.
The Chinese embassy in the UAE will in principle no longer accept applications for health codes and health status declarations for passengers transiting to China via a third country after November 18, 2020.

Travel to Hong Kong is restricted to specific categories of passengers. Please check the requirements below before you travel. Exemptions
All non-residents are not allowed to travel to Hong Kong until further notice. Only passengers holding a Hong Kong Resident Card (irrespective of passport) and/or valid visa/documents will be allowed entry to Hong Kong.
Only the following passengers will be allowed entry into Hong Kong without additional documentation:
Diplomats who have been to Group A and Group B countries within 21 days are required to follow the same COVID-19 testing requirements (refer above) as other passengers from Group A and Group B countries but do not need to present a 21-night hotel booking. The validity of the test result certificate must be within 48 hours of the time the sample was taken prior to departure time from Dubai or Bangkok.
Sea crew arriving in Hong Kong via the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) are required to present the following documents to the Department of Health upon arrival:
Sea crew who fail to present and submit any of the required documents will be denied entry to Hong Kong and their respective shipping companies/agents must arrange their return to their country of origin.
After entering Hong Kong, sea crew must take a COVID-19 PCR test at the Department of Health’s testing centre at HKIA and wait for the results there.
Sea and Flight crew are exempted from 14 nights hotel booking requirement.
Quarantine
A confirmed booking in English or Chinese of not less than 21 nights at hotels in Hong Kong is mandatory for all passengers (except diplomats) arriving from Group A, B and C countries. It is mandatory that the booking is with one of the government designated hotels.

In view of the global developments and severity of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Government is implementing new control measures, include mandating all returnees arriving from countries outside China via the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to undergo 21-day compulsory quarantine at designated quarantine hotels.

The sea‑air ferry operations from China have resumed effective 28 October 2020, while the operations from Macao remains cancelled. Passengers will not be accepted on flights if they are connecting further by ferry to China or Macao.
The transfer/transit services at HKIA from ports in Mainland China has resumed. Transfer/transit services to destinations in Mainland China will remain unavailable.
Transfer/transit services between different airlines will be allowed provided that the passengers are booked under the same air ticket (separate tickets are not allowed) and the passengers have been checked through with both boarding passes printed and baggage tagged-through to final destination; and that the operating airlines will communicate closely and implement all the required pre-flight checking and verification and in-flight safety measures.
Layover time must be within 24 hours and passengers meet the most updated immigration and health quarantine requirements of the destinations, and the transfer/transit requirements at HKIA to avoid having passengers stranded in Hong Kong.

The negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate presented to Japanese immigration officers must include the type of test, time/date when sample is collected, result and result date. It is highly recommended to use the approved format for smooth entry. The certificate must be original and copied certificate will not be accepted.
The test must be by RT-PCR nucleic acid amplification test, LAMP nucleic acid amplification test or Antigen test (CLEIA) using Nasopharyngeal Swab or Saliva.
There is no exception for children and infants for the negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate requirement.

All arriving passengers to Japan regardless where they have been are required 14 days self-quarantine after arrival Japan and are prohibited to take any public transport including trains/buses/taxies and airplanes.

Passengers are advised to carefully review their eligibility and the required documents for travel to the Philippines. You may not be allowed entry to the Philippines if any of the travel policies and protocols set by the Philippine government are not met.
Visa on arrival for eligible nationalities is suspended and international connections/transit are no longer permitted.
Travel eligibility
All foreign nationals who have an existing valid visa who were not permitted to enter the country under previous COVID-19 safety measures are now allowed entry to the Philippines. The following categories of passengers are allowed to travel to the Philippines without DFA authorisation or endorsement.
Exemptions and special handling
Passengers who have the following visas must present an entry exemption document (Department of Foreign Affairs Endorsement) to the Bureau of Immigrations upon arrival. Passengers who are unable to present the exemption document will not be allowed entry and must return their country of origin to the next available flight.
Additional requirements for arriving passengers who hold Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visas issued by the Bureau of Immigrations:
Passengers whose Re-Entry Permit (RP for Immigrants) and Special Return Certificates (SRC for Non-Immigrants) have expired upon arrival may be allowed entry subject to payment of fees.
All foreign nationals (except for Section 9(e) Visa holders) must present a pre-booked accommodation for at least six (6) nights in an accredited quarantine hotel/facility at the Immigration counters for initial check. Those who fail to present a pre-booked accommodation will be denied entry and will be boarded immediately on the next available flight.
The initial check performed by Immigration authorities will in no way interfere with the Department of Tourism’s exclusive jurisdiction on the final validation and confirmation of pre-booked accommodation in an accredited quarantine hotel/facility.
All foreign nationals who were cleared for entry but subsequently found to have presented a counterfeit or fraudulent pre-booked accommodation will be denied entry into the country and boarded on the next available flight.

Effective 1 February 2021, the testing and quarantine protocols for all persons allowed entry in the Philippines shall be as follows:
The cost of quarantine accommodations shall be shouldered by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) for land-based OFWs and by the local manning agency and/or Maritime Industry Authority for sea-based OFWs. OFWs must present their Overseas Employment Card (OEC) or Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) card at the time of check-in for validation.

Effective 23 December 2020 until further notice, all long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with recent travel history to the UK and New South Wales (Australia) within the last 14 days will not be allowed entry into Singapore except Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents. This will also apply to all those who had obtained prior approval for entry into Singapore.
All passengers except Singapore citizens and permanent residents travelling to Singapore must apply for entry approval from the relevant government agencies (e.g. MOE, MOM), or via the application for a Safe Travel pass (details here). Travellers without entry approval will be denied entry and may have their existing work passes revoked.
Travel eligibility
Passengers travelling as Short‑Term Visitors are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore. Exceptions include: returning residents of Singapore, Singapore Resident with Long‑Term Pass, including passengers with a work pass, Student S Pass, Dependent S Pass, and Long‑Term Visit Pass.
Passengers with a new or existing Work Pass will be allowed entry into Singapore if they have an approval letter from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Passengers with a Long‑Term Visit Pass (LTVP) or a Long‑Term Visit Pass In‑Principle Approval (LTVP IPA) issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), will be allowed entry if they have an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Passengers with a Student's Pass (STP) or a Student's Pass In‑Principle Approval (STP IPA), will be allowed entry if they have an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE) or the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Short‑term visitors will be allowed entry into Singapore if they have an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) or the Ministry of Health (MOH). They could still be subjected to the prevailing health screening requirements upon entry. Possession of an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) does not guarantee the issuance of a Visit Pass to enter Singapore.

All seamen are required to hold these 3 documents : In-Principal Approval (IPA) issued by ICA, Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) Approval Letter and a Letter of Guarantee (LG) issued by the shipping company.

Quarantine
Upon entry into Singapore, passengers may have to self-isolate, depending on the traveller’s recent travel history in the past consecutive 14 days to countries/regions listed in the Summary Table here.
All returning Singapore Citizens (SCs) and Permanent Residents (PRs) from the UK and South Africa will be subject to an additional 7-day self-isolation at their place of residence, following their 14-day SHN at dedicated SHN facilities. The returnees from the UK and South Africa will be tested at the end of their SHN (as per the current requirement), and again after they have completed their 7-day self-isolation period. These further precautions will apply to travellers who are currently serving their SHN.

Koreans may enter the country without a COVID-19 PCR test certificate, but they must undergo a 14-day quarantine at a government facility at their own cost. Both Korean and foreign nationals from the UK, Brazil and Africa will be tested for COVID-19 on arrival at the temporary facility before they can proceed to self isolation.
COVID-19 PCR test certificate requirements for both Korean and foreign nationals
All foreigners entering South Korea who have stayed in Philippines or Nepal within 14 days from their arrival date must carry 1 copy of a negative COVID 19 PCR test certificate issued by a testing lab or hospital designated by the Korean Embassy in the country.
Seamen travelling from Philippines or Nepal must present a certificate issued by a test lab or hospital designated by the South Korean embassy in their country.
From 1 June 2020, registered foreigners who exited the Republic of Korea from 1 June 2020 who are seeking re-entry must apply for a re-entry permit.
Quarantine
Short-term foreign visitors who do not have a residence in South Korea will be placed under a facility quarantine for 14 days at their expense of approximately USD 1,510. This does not apply to foreigners issued the quarantine exemption certificate by the Korean embassy.
Exceptions
Effective 9 October 2020, customers connecting with Korean Air (KE) from Incheon (ICN) to Hong Kong (HKG) who are departing from countries in the Middle East including Dubai will not be accepted. Transfer passengers from other areas through Dubai will be accepted for travel.
Connection to China via Incheon, Korea, is not allowed due to the lack of COVID-19 PCR testing facilities in the transit area. Passengers must have a visa and stay in South Korea for 14 days before taking a COVID-19 PCR test at two different hospitals, both with negative results, to continue their journey to China.
Passengers connecting to Cambodia on Korean Air (KE) or Asiana Airlines (OZ) are required to hold a COVID-19 PCR test certificate signed by a doctor and stamped by the lab. The COVID-19 PCR test certificate must be in English. Foreign nationals whose visa does not fall under the exempted categories must deposit USD 2,000 at a designated bank on arrival and hold a printed FORTE insurance certificate in colour with a minimum medical coverage of USD 50,000.

Effective 24 August 2020, the cost of quarantine and treatment may be imposed on the passenger.
Full costs will be imposed on violators of the isolation order or interdict of congregation or those who have submitted a forged COVID‑19 PCR test certificate regardless of the rules of reciprocity between countries.

If you are travelling to Taiwan, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure, complete a quarantine survey and undergo a 14-day quarantine on arrival. Effective 1 January 2021, Chinese Taipei is no longer allowing transit through Taoyuan (TPE).
COVID-19 PCR testing
All foreign passengers entering Taiwan must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate issued within 3 working days (first depart point) prior to departure.
Passenger breaking journey at transit station for over 3 days before arriving into Taiwan needs to present new negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate before boarding flight to Taiwan. The validity of the report should be within 72 hours from the time report issued until boarding flight to Taiwan.

The ban on international flights to Thailand has been extended until 31 March 2021. Travel to Thailand is restricted to specific categories of passengers. COVID-19 testing requirements

All non-Thai nationals must carry medical insurance or a letter from their employer guaranteeing that the insurance company or employer will cover a minimum of USD 100,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) of medical costs incurred by the applicant in Thailand, including medical costs in the event that the applicant contracts COVID-19. The insurance must cover the whole duration of stay in Thailand.

Bilateral Agreement:
They are required to acquire and present the following documents to enter Thailand along with 14 days quarantine:
Exempted persons or persons who are specified, permitted or invited by the Prime Minister or Chief Official responsible for remedying the emergency situation to enter into the Kingdom pertaining to necessity, whereby conditions and timeframes may also be prescribed
Diplomats and International Organizations Officers:
Persons on diplomatic or consular missions or under international organisations, or representatives of foreign governments or agencies performing their duties in Thailand, or any other persons in international agencies, that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs gives permission pertaining to necessity, including their spouses, parents or children
Family of Thai Nationals:
Non-Thai nationals who are a spouse, parents, or children of a Thai national
Certificate of Residence Holders:
Aliens who have a certificate of residence in the Kingdom, including their spouses and children
Work permit holders:
Non-Thai national who have a work permit or have been granted permission to work in the Kingdom in accordance with Thai laws, including their spouses and children, or foreign workers who have been granted exemption from the government to temporarily stay in the Kingdom and permitted to work through their employers or licensees who are permitted to bring in foreign workers to work in the Kingdom

Students:
Non-Thai nationals who are students of educational establishments in Thailand approved by Thai authorities, including their parents or guardians, except for students of non-formal schools in accordance laws on private schools or of any other similar private educational establishments
Students of educational establishments in accordance with the laws on private schools categorised as international schools or universities that provide international curriculum/ normal curriculum, including the parents or guardians of such students
Foreigners with Medical Appointment:
Non-Thai nationals who need to receive medical treatment in Thailand, including their accompanying persons, except for treatment for COVID-19. The accompanying persons shall be limited to no more than 3 persons and shall be quarantined in the same hospital, and the period of their stay in the Kingdom shall be no less than 14 days
Foreigners under a Special Arrangement or have been granted permission by the Prime Minister:
Non-Thai nationals who have been granted permission to enter into the Kingdom under special arrangements between Thai government agencies and other countries, or persons or groups of persons who have been granted permission by the Prime minister upon the submission for consideration after the examination and review by the Ad Hoc Committee for the Consideration of the Relaxation of the Enforcement of Measures to Prevent and Suppress the Spread of the Communicable Disease Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), and shall comply with disease prevention measures determined by the Ad Hoc Committee

There are very strict limitations on who can enter Vietnam at this time. Please check the requirements before you travel. If you are travelling to Vietnam, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and have medical insurance for the duration of your stay.
COVID-19 PCR testing
A negative real-time COVID-19 PCR test certificate is required for entry into Vietnam. The test must be taken at labs qualified by the WHO or the government at the point of origin within 3 to 5 days of arrival in Vietnam.
Required forms
All passengers travelling to Vietnam must complete the online health declaration form before departure. Passengers who can't access the form online can request a printed form from Emirates cabin crew on board.
Passengers are also required to have a valid international medical insurance or, if invited by an organisation, the passenger must commit to cover all costs related to COVID-19 treatment in Vietnam if required.
Quarantine
Passengers who got an approved flight permit to Hanoi and Saigon are subject to medical screening and quarantine for 14 days.
Exemptions
The Vietnam government currently only approves entry for diplomats, specialists, highly skilled workers and business travellers. The company or organisation inviting these categories of passengers must request approval from the government office or City People Committee of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. They will also need to request quarantine plan approval from the local health authority.
Vietnamese citizens can only return home on repatriation flights operated by Vietnamese airlines.

COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers must undergo a COVID-19 PCR test (at their own expense) on arrival. Arriving passengers must remain in self-isolation until they receive the result of the COVID-19 PCR test.
Effective 22 February, all passengers arriving in Bahrain are required to take 3 COVID-19 tests at their own expense. The total fees of BHD 36 will cover a test on arrival test and two tests to be conducted on the 5th day after arrival. For those staying in Bahrain for more than 10 days, another test will be conducted on the 10th day.
Exemptions
Entry to Bahrain is restricted to Bahraini citizens, residents, GCC citizens who do not need a visa, passengers eligible to obtain a visa on arrival, passengers with a valid eVisa, diplomats, military personnel, airline crew, or holders of official, service or UN passports.

If you are travelling to Iran, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test and complete the self-declaration form before departure.
Travel eligibility
Tourist or Visit visas will not be issued on arrival.
Passengers originating from or having visited the below countries within the past 14 days are not permitted to enter Iran:
Passengers originating or having visited countries within the European Union within the past 14 days are required to present the COVID-19 PCR test negative with the SEAL of Iranian Consulate in the country of origin.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers, including Iranian nationals, and children below the age of two years old must carry a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate issued no later than 96 hours before departure. The certificate is mandatory to be accepted on the flight.
All passengers arriving in Tehran will undergo thermal screening, and suspected COVID-19 cases will be isolated, regardless of their negative test result certificate.
Exemptions
Iranian nationals not holding a negative test result can be accepted with a form of indemnity (FOI). They will undergo a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival and will be isolated in IBIS Hotel for 48 hours until the test result is received. Passengers must cover the costs of the test and hotel stay.
Passengers returning to Iran within 14 days will not require an additional COVID-19 PCR test for their return trip to Iran if they retain a copy of their COVID-19 PCR test done before departure from Iran.

Effective 5 August 2020, all passengers regardless of point of origin or nationality must complete the COVID-19 screening self-declaration form and present it to the health representatives on arrival.
Quarantine
Iranian nationals must complete an indemnity form and quarantine themselves at the specified address (preferably their own home) for 14 days. Non Iranian nationals will be quarantined at the Ministry of Health assigned IBIS International Airport Hotel for 14 days.

All costs for the COVID-19 PCR test (around USD 17) as well as hotel quarantine charges (around USD 30 per night) will be at the passenger’s expense.

COVID-19 PCR testing
Passengers traveling to Iraq must have a printed medical certificate with a negative coronavirus COVID-19 PCR test or RT-PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure and the certificate must be in Arabic or English.
Quarantine rules
Passengers entering Iraq as per the above mentioned regulations, will be subject to a 14 day quarantine.
Exemptions
All children under the age of 10 departing or arriving to Iraq are exempt from COVID-19 PCR test requirements.
Entry exceptions are granted for Diplomats, Official Government Delegations and working employees of International Organizations and Associations.

If you are travelling to Jordan, you must take a COVID‑19 PCR test before departure, fill in the health declaration form and submit complete requirements.
All passengers who have departed from the United Kingdom less than 14 days prior to travel to Jordan will not be accepted to Jordan. Exception is for Jordanian citizens originating from the UK with final destination Amman.
COVID-19 PCR testing

Passengers will undergo a second COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. The cost of the test (JOD 28) must be paid online. After registration and successful payment, you will receive a QR code that must be presented at check-in to be accepted for your flight. All passengers must register on the Kuwait Mosafer App and pay for two COVID-19 PCR tests prior to the departure of the flight. The first test will be conducted on arrival in Kuwait and the second on the 6th day of the institutional quarantine.

If you are travelling to Lebanon, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test, complete the online medical form and the tracking application before departure.
Required forms
All passengers arriving in Lebanon must complete this online medical form issued by Lebanese Ministry of Public Health before boarding their flight to Lebanon.

COVID-19 testing requirements to take effect on 11 January 2021
All passengers travelling to Lebanon must take a COVID-19 PCR test in a laboratory certified by the country’s local authority no later than 96 hours between the release of the negative test result and their date of arrival in Lebanon. The negative COVID-19 PCR test result must be presented at check in to be accepted on the flight.
Exemptions:
All arriving passengers must take another COVID-19 PCR test on arrival. The cost of the COVID-19 PCR test and other medical diagnostic measures is USD 50 (except for children under 12 years age and UNIFIL) and it is collected at the time of flight booking. The test shall be conducted in laboratories authorised by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health at the airport.
Quarantine for travel from 27 January 2021
All arriving passengers should home quarantine for 72 hours. This will be monitored by the Lebanese authorities through an electronic application available here. Passengers are required to download and activate the “covidlebtrack” application and present it to the Ministry of Public Health representatives at the airport.
All passengers coming to Lebanon shall confirm their home quarantine localization upon arrival to Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport and respect the quarantine period of 72 hours.

Passengers travelling back to Lebanon within a week (i.e., those who travelling out of the country during one day of the week and will return on the same day the following week) are not required to take a COVID-19 PCR test at their destination but must take a COVID-19 PCR test at the airport upon their arrival in Lebanon.
Cabin crew arriving to Lebanon for a period of no more than 48 hours are exempted from doing COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at the airport, and they shall remain quarantined in their places of residence throughout their stay in Lebanon.

Suspension of entry into Oman
Effective 12:00 p.m. 25 February 2021 for 15 days until 11:59 a.m. 12 March 2021, entry to Oman is restricted for passengers travelling from the following countries: the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of Lebanon, the Republic of South Africa, the Federal Republic of Brazil, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Federal Republic of Tanzania, the Republic of Ghana, the Republic of Guinea, the Republic of Sierra Leone and the Democratic Federal Republic of Ethiopia. The restriction also applies to passengers travelling from any other country but have passed through the specified countries in the 14 days prior to requesting entry to Oman.
Omani citizens, diplomats, health staff and their families are exempted from the restriction but are subject to the procedures for entry mandated by the Sultanate.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers arriving in Oman are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test conducted within seventy two (72) hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival in Oman. The COVID-19 PCR test shall be a validated and certified medical test result written in Arabic or English.

All passengers arriving to the Sultanate of Oman are required to have international health insurance covering the cost of treatment from COVID-19 for one month except for citizens, GCC nationals and passengers with free treatment card.

Effective 10 September 2020, all tourists and travellers entering the Maldives for a short-term stay must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be conducted within 96 hours of departure from the first port of embarkation. Passengers who have transited for more than 24 hours must repeat the test. The certificate must have the name of the passenger as in the passport and name and address of the testing laboratory.
Passengers and airline crew are subject to medical screening on arrival.

From 1 October 2020, Mauritian nationals, residents and tourists travelling for long stays are allowed entry to Mauritius. If you are travelling to Mauritius, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure, have confirmed accommodations and complete the passenger health declaration and locator forms.
Any person having resided in Brazil, Japan or South Africa or with a history of travel to and from Brazil, Japan and South Africa within the last 15 days will not be allowed entry or transit in the Republic of Mauritius. This is effective until 31 March 2021.

A certificate of a negative COVID-19 PCR test administered between 5 and 7 days prior to the date of boarding at the last point of embarkation.
Arriving passengers will have to undergo a COVID‑19 PCR test on the day of arrival at the airport and after 7 and 14 days. If they test positive for COVID‑19, they will be transferred to a public medical institution for treatment.

Vaccinated Visitors
With immediate effect, Seychelles will be welcoming vaccinated visitors from any part of the world.
Passengers who have taken the complete dose of the vaccine—that is, two doses, and it’s been two weeks or more since they have taken the second dose of one of the five available vaccines (AstraZeneca, Moderna, Sinopharm, Pfizer BionTECH, Sputnik V) will be allowed free movement throughout their stay in Seychelles. Vaccinated visitors must present an authentic certificate (vaccination card) from their national health authority as proof of vaccination against COVID-19, along with a negative COVID-19 PCR certificate obtained less than 72 hours prior to travel.

The hotel or certified agent will collect the necessary charges for insurance and COVID-19 PCR testing as required based on the duration of the passenger’s stay.

Passengers who have been physically present in the Schengen Area, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Iran, China, Brazil or South Africa 14 days preceding their trip are not permitted to travel to the USA. Exemptions are granted to US citizens, lawful US permanent residents and non-US citizens who are the spouse of a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident. COVID-19 testing and attestation requirements
Effective 26 January 2021, all passengers 2 years of age and older are required to get a COVID-19 viral test (nucleic acid amplification / PCR test or a viral antigen test) within 3 days before departure to the US. Passengers must provide written documentation of their negative test result (paper or electronic copy) to the airline. Test results must show the name, specimen collection date and type of test done. Test results where the testing date is more than 3 days before departure will not be accepted.
Alternatively, passengers may provide official written documentation of a positive COVID-19 test result within the last 3 months alongside a letter from their healthcare provider or a public health official that they have recovered and are cleared for travel. Together these are referred to as ‘documentation of recovery’.
All passengers age 2 and above travelling to the USA will be required to sign an attestation prior to departure (parent or other authorized individual may attest on behalf of passengers aged 2 to 17) confirming they meet the requirements and thus cleared to travel. Please ensure you download, print, complete and sign the attestation form before reporting to check-in at the airport. Passengers who do not attest will not be permitted to travel.

Effective 30 December, all passengers travelling to Brazil, under all ages must take a COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours before departing to Brazil. The negative COVID-19 PCR test result must be presented at check in to be accepted on the flight. Crew and Brazilian Nationals are also required to take the test.

Exemptions
Children under the age of 12, traveling accompanied, are exempt from presenting the result of the COVID-19 RT-PCR exam, provided that all companions present negative/ non-reactive RT-PCR test results for SARS-CoV-2. This exemption does not apply to children aged 2 to 12 and traveling unaccompanied, who must present the negative/ non-reactive RT-PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2.

Quarantine Exemptions
Passengers arriving with onward domestic connection may travel to their destination only if the passport address indicate an address outside the state of Maharashtra OR passenger will be subject to 7 days mandatory institutional quarantine.
Passengers under the following exceptional circumstances would be considered for exemption of 7 days mandatory institutional quarantine. Decision would be taken after arrival on verification of following reasons with proof of documents.

Passengers without authorised COVID-19 PCR test certificate where a QR Code is not embedded or doesn't fulfil their destination requirement will be denied boarding without compensation.
Passengers must carry a printed COVID-19 PCR test certificate – SMS and digital certificates are not accepted.
