Important Information

You can request a refund by completing our form. We will process the refund according to the rules of your fare at the time you bought your ticket.

You may use this form for refund of taxes if applicable, after completing your journey to avoid cancellation of the unused portion of your journey.

You may also use this form to request a refund of any additional services you have purchased such as paid seats, pre-paid baggage, lounge access, and other optional services. Before submitting your request, please note:

Refunds of additional services will be processed in line with the product terms and conditions.
If you are requesting a refund of an additional service along with your flight ticket, please enter the “EMD Receipt” number for the service along with the e-Ticket receipt number to avoid delays in processing your request.
If you are only requesting a refund of an additional service not provided, please submit your request only after completion of the journey. Only enter the “EMD Receipt” number for the service. Please do not submit your “e-Ticket” number for a refund as this will cancel your entire itinerary.

If your flight ticket and any additional services were purchased through a travel agent, please contact the agent for a refund.

If your flight ticket is issued by a travel agent but you purchased additional services directly with Emirates, you can request a refund by completing our form.

If you are resigned staff, you can request a refund by completing our form.

I understand that by requesting a refund my entire booking will be cancelled.

I understand that by requesting a refund, any expired Skywards Miles I used to pay for my ticket won't be credited back to my account. This refund will be carried out at Skywards’ discretion.

I understand that I will not be able to reverse the process once I have submitted this request.

I understand that this form should not be used to enquire about the cancellation charges or the amount that would be refunded. Once you have submitted this form, your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation fee waiver

In the event of death of the passenger or close family member, we may waive applicable cancellation fees when refunding ticket. If you believe you are eligible for this fee waiver, please complete this form.

Note: We can only waive your fees if permitted by the Fare Conditions of your ticket. You will need to submit supporting documents along with the completed form. Please have the appropriate documents on hand before submitting your request.
