Emirates Skywards is upgrading its systems to give you a more secure and rewarding experience.
Between 9 and 11 June 2025, you will not be able to update your profile or reset your password along with other disruptions to Emirates Skywards products and services.
If you’re travelling within this period, we recommend updating your membership number on your bookings, downloading your digital card and completing any reward bookings or upgrades, by 8 June.
Customers are reminded that they may not carry or check in more than 15 personal electronic devices (PED).
Personal electronic items should be packaged separately, and not taped or attached to another electrical item. For safety reasons, the authorities may confiscate items which are badly packaged or if the number of items carried exceed limit of 15 PEDs per passenger.
Please refer to our policies relating to the carriage of PEDs, batteries and other goods that may be restricted due to safety or regulatory requirements here.
For safety reasons, we can’t accept personal motorised vehicles such as smart bags which operate as motorised rideable scooters, hoverboards, or mini Segways on our flights. We can’t carry them either as checked in baggage or as hand luggage as they contain large lithium batteries. This regulation still applies even if you’re connecting to our flights from an airline that has accepted them.
