Our Business Class Lounge on Concourse B at Dubai International airport is now open with temporarily modified services. Entry is complimentary for First Class, Business Class and eligible Emirates Skywards customers. All our other lounges in Dubai and around the world remain closed for the time being. Lounge access is complimentary or discounted for you and your guest depending on your class of travel and your Emirates Skywards membership. You can also enjoy paid access to our lounges in Dubai and selected lounges worldwide.

Emirates lounges in Dubai

You’ll find seven Emirates lounges at Dubai International airport across Concourses A, B and C. To enjoy Emirates lounge access with a guest in Dubai, you must be travelling on the same Emirates or Qantas flight (with an EK flight code). To enjoy access to Emirates worldwide lounges with a guest, you must be travelling on the same Emirates or Qantas flight (with an EK flight code). About our charges

All prices are for one-time access for up to four hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. Prices are exclusive of VAT and other taxes. In accordance with the UAE Value Added Tax, there is a 5% charge on products and services at Dubai International airport. Lounge access Terms and Conditions

  1. Complimentary Lounge Access. Complimentary Lounge access is available to Emirates Skywards Platinum, Gold and Silver Members travelling onwards in any cabin on Emirates flights. A Platinum or Gold Member may access Emirates lounges on a complimentary basis across the Emirates network for themselves and eligible companion(s) travelling onwards on the same Emirates flight. A Silver Member may access the Emirates Business Class Lounge at Dubai International airport on a complimentary basis for themselves only.

    Complimentary lounge access is also available to Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold Members travelling on flydubai flights. For flydubai flights departing from Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3, Platinum and Gold Members may access Emirates lounges with eligible companion(s) travelling on the same flydubai flight. For flydubai flights departing from Dubai International Airport, Terminal 2, Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold Members may access the flydubai Business Class lounge for themselves only. Across the remainder of the flydubai network Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold Members may access flydubai partner lounges for themselves only.

  2. Paid Lounge Access at Dubai on Emirates flights. At Dubai International airport, Emirates Skywards Platinum, Gold and Silver tier Members can pay for additional lounge access beyond the complimentary benefit applicable to their tier. Blue tier Members who would otherwise not be entitled to complimentary lounge access can purchase lounge access at Dubai International airport. Hence, based on a Member’s current tier entitlement,
    • Platinum, Gold and Silver tier Members may choose to pay for additional companion(s),
    • Blue tier Members may choose to pay for lounge access for self and their companion(s),
    • Gold and Silver members may choose to pay and upgrade their complimentary Business Class lounge access benefit to the First Class lounge.
    This benefit at Emirates lounges at Dubai International airport is available for the fees specified below which is applicable only to Members for themselves and any additional companion(s) they wish to bring along, provided their companion is also travelling onwards on the same Emirates flight. This benefit of paid lounge access is available only at Emirates lounges at Dubai International airport and only in the case where onward travel is on an Emirates flight. The fees specified for availing this benefit per adult for 4 hours of lounge access at Dubai International airport are as follows:
    • First Class Lounges = USD 250
    • Business Class Lounges = USD 125
    • Emirates Lounge = USD 125
    • Upgrade from Business Class Lounge to First Class Lounge = USD 125
  3. Paid Lounge Access at Eligible Airports on Emirates flights. At the below mentioned Eligible Airports* (excluding Dubai International Airport), Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold tier members can pay for additional lounge access for companion(s), over the number of complimentary companion(s) they are otherwise entitled to. At the below mentioned Eligible Airports* (excluding Dubai International airport), Silver and Blue tier members who would otherwise not be entitled to complimentary lounge access, can now pay for lounge access for themselves only. Non-Skywards members may enrol themselves in the Skywards Programme, prior to accessing the lounge to avail of the special rate, otherwise they will be charged a higher fee.

    Paid lounge access at the above mentioned Eligible Airports* is available for the fees specified below which is applicable only to Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold Members for additional companion(s) they wish to bring along, provided their companion is also travelling onwards on the same Eligible Emirates Flight; and to Silver and Blue tier Members for themselves only. Fees to access the Emirates lounges at the above stated Eligible Airports* is USD 100 per person, to be paid in local currency fixed at an equivalent rate (the above excludes Dubai International airport).
  4. Emirates reserves the right to amend the lounge access fees at any time in its sole discretion. The fees are applicable for one-time access per adult for a maximum stay in the lounge of 4 hours only and are valid only for Members and any additional companion(s) they wish to bring along. Members (including their companions) exceeding a 4-hour stay in the lounge for any reason whatsoever ( excluding flight disruptions and delays) shall incur an additional lounge entry fee for each 4 hour segment at the rates set out in paragraph 2 above (in case of lounge accessed in Dubai International Airport) and in paragraph 3 above (in case of lounge access at other Eligible Airports*).
  5. Paid lounge access per child aged below 12 years will be charged at half the adult rate set out in paragraph 2 above (in case of lounge accessed in Dubai International Airport) and in paragraph 3 above (in case of lounge access at other Eligible Airports*). Infants aged below 2 years will enjoy complimentary lounge access. Members choosing to pay for lounge access will have to ensure that payments for the entire duration until departure time are made to the lounge staff prior to admittance. Payments can be made using a Credit / Debit card only (No cash payments or Miles redemption will be accepted). Refunds are not permitted once the lounge has been accessed, irrespective of the duration of access. The use of the lounge is subject to any applicable terms and conditions as determined by Emirates from time to time.
  6. It is acknowledged that the lounge entry fee set out above in paragraph 2 above (in case of lounge accessed in Dubai International Airport) and in paragraph 3 above (in case of lounge access at other Eligible Airports*) is exclusive of taxes. In the event that any tax becomes applicable in respect of the lounge entry fee, Emirates reserves the right to increase the lounge entry fee to the extent of such taxes at its sole discretion.
  7. Eligible Emirates Flights include Emirates marketed and operated flights and Emirates codeshare flights operated by Qantas. Members travelling on Emirates Codeshare Flights operated by other carriers will not be eligible to access the Emirates Lounge.
  8. Emirates reserves the right to withdraw / limit the availability of the lounge access benefit from time to time. Lounge access is subject to capacity restrictions. Members travelling on Emirates Codeshare Flights operated by other carriers will not be eligible to access the Emirates Lounge, excluding members travelling on Qantas codeshare flights. In some countries minors (under 18 or 21 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult for lounge access. Learn more about lounge access.

Lounge access for Non-Emirates Skywards Members

  1. Non-Skywards members travelling on Economy class can now pay for lounge access at Emirates Lounges at Dubai International Airport and at *Eligible Airports if travelling on an Emirates flight.
  2. The fees per adult for 4 hours of lounge access at Dubai International Airport are as follows:
    • First Class Lounges = USD 300
    • Business Class Lounges = USD 150
    • Emirates Lounge (near gate 9 in Dubai and at *Eligible Airports) = USD 130 
  3. Emirates reserves the right to amend the lounge access fees at any time at its sole discretion. The fees are applicable for one-time access per adult for a maximum stay in the lounge of 4 hours only. Emirates Business Class lounge in Concourse A will be closed until the end of May, along with the combined Business and First Class lounge in Concourse C. Passengers in Concourse A can avail of First Class lounge access without further charge, or access their respective lounge in Concourse C.
