- These terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms and Conditions”) govern the Emirates NBD Bank P.J.S.C. (“Bank” and “Emirates NBD”) Credit Card spends promotion.
- The Promotion (as defined below) is subject to the Emirates NBD Credit Card Terms and Conditions (available at https://www.emiratesnbd.com/tncs ) (“ENBD CC Conditions”) and the Emirates NBD General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services (“ENBD General Terms and Conditions”) and these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
- If there is any conflict between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Emirates NBD General Terms and Conditions, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- Promotion Period: 25th July to 25th September 2024
- Eligible Card - All Newly acquired and existing Emirates NBD Skywards Visa Infinite and Visa Signature Co Brand Credit Cards during the campaign period. (each an “Eligible Card”).
- Qualifying Customer:
- This promotion is open only to newly acquired and existing Emirates NBD Skywards Visa Infinite and Visa Signature Co Brand Credit Cardholders.
- The eligible Cardholders will receive specific communication from the Bank through SMS, online popup, mobile popup with respect to the specific promotion period. Enrollment rights are reserved and solely determined by the bank.
- Qualifying Criteria and Reward Details:
T&Cs for newly acquired customers:
- Every newly acquired ENBD Emirates Skywards co-brand cardholder during the campaign period will automatically be awarded one entry to the draw upon card approval.
- Newly acquired customers must make a cumulative retail spend of AED 5,000 during the campaign period to get one entry to the draw. Every cumulative retail spend during the campaign period of AED 5,000 will get one additional entry into the draw.
- Every booking made during the campaign period by newly acquired customers on emirates.com or at any Emirates Airline sales office in the UAE will be award two entries to the draw.
T&Cs for existing customers:
- Existing customers must make a cumulative retail spend of AED 5,000 during the campaign period to get one entry to the draw. Every cumulative retail spend during the campaign period of AED 5,000 will get one additional entry into the draw.
- Every booking made during the campaign period by existing customers on emirates.com or at any Emirates Airline sales office in the UAE will be awarded two entries to the draw.
- The Promotion is applicable only on eligible transactions made with Emirates NBD Skywards Credit Cards and does not apply to transactions made with any other payment method or any other bank cards.
Fulfilment:- 15 (Fifteen) eligible customers will be selected based on draw as winners who achieved the stipulated eligibility criteria decided by the Bank under this campaign to win 150,000 Skywards Miles each.
- Winners will be informed 90 days after the final date of the Promotion Period (“Fulfilment Date”).
- Only Eligible spends made during the Promotion Period shall be eligible for the draw.
All Eligible Cards must be valid, active, not in default and in full compliance with the terms and conditions applicable to each of them during the Promotion Period and on the fulfilment Date.
- The following are expressly excluded from qualification as Eligible Spends in respect of an Eligible Card and the corresponding Eligible Cardholder and, accordingly, do not apply to this Promotion: (i) Dial-A-Cheque and traveller’s cheques, (ii) Loan on Card, any cash advances and purchases of other cash equivalents in any currency; (iii) domestic and international cash withdrawals; (iv) refunds by retailers or otherwise; and (v) any fees or charges payable to the Bank; (vi) person-to-person payments (vii) the purchase or reloading of prepaid cards and (viii) any cancellation, reversal, refunds or disputed purchases during the campaign period of an Eligible Spend.
- If the Bank has sufficient grounds to believe that an Eligible Cardholder has violated any laws or regulations applicable in the UAE, the Bank shall be entitled to rescind and cancel any Cashback otherwise earned by the Eligible Cardholder in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
- No Eligible Cardholder may earn more than one prize during the Promotion Period.
- This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, campaign or offer of Emirates NBD.
- All Eligible Cards and corresponding Eligible Spends must be valid, active, not in default and in full compliance of the terms and conditions applicable to them.
General Terms:
The above promotion/ campaign shall be subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”):
- The Bank reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, withdraw and/or supplement these Promotion Terms and Conditions, by notice to you in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
- The Bank shall not be liable for and shall not entertain claims related to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided under the benefit/ reward by a third party supplier and shall not be responsible to the Eligible Cardholder/winner for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees, costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by any of Eligible Cardholder/winner under or pursuant to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided/ proposed to be provided by a third party supplier under these Terms and Conditions.
- The Bank shall not be responsible for, and makes no representation as to, the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize/product/service. Any such issues/complaints must be settled directly with the producer and/or supplier of such prize/product/service, as the case may be. The Bank takes no responsibility for resolving any such disputes.
- The Bank shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the fluctuation of foreign currency exchange
- All decisions relating to the Promotion shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank, which decision shall be final and conclusive
- The Bank shall be entitled to rescind and cancel any prize otherwise earned by the Eligible Cardholder in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions, if the Bank has sufficient grounds to believe that an Eligible Cardholder has violated any applicable laws or regulations, has committed any fraud in relation to any account with the Bank, including the Credit Card, has defaulted in any payment to the Bank under the Eligible Card or has violated any terms of the Emirates NBD General Terms and Conditions.
- The Bank shall not be liable for any personal injury; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Bank’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Bank) due to any reason beyond the control of the Bank; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner under this Promotion; or (e) use of a prize.
- These Promotion Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them, including in relation to interpretation or execution, shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Applicable Emirate (as defined in the Emirates NBD General Terms and Conditions). Provided that, the Bank may bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction (inside or outside the UAE) if it deems appropriate in accordance with the Emirates NBD General Terms and Conditions.
Definitions:
- AED means the United Arab Emirates dirham.
- Draw means a draw where Fifteen (15) Eligible Cardholders will be selected at random; each having achieved the Eligibility criteria as of the promotion end date, who will receive 150,000 Skywards Miles each.
- Draw Winner means a winner of the Draw.
- Eligible Cardholder means every newly acquired and existing Emirates NBD Skywards Visa Infinite and Visa Signature Co Brand Credit Cardholders to whom the offer to participate in the Promotion has been communicated by Emirates NBD.
- Prize means Skywards Miles as set forth in this document, as decided by Emirates NBD at its absolute discretion and which shall be awarded to the 15 eligible cardholders based on lucky draw results.
- Eligible Spend means cumulative domestic or international transactions, at a point of sale or online of AED value.
- Each foreign transaction (Non-AED) will be converted to AED at the prevailing exchange rates.
Renewal Fee (effective 2nd year)
- Infinite Credit Card: AED 1,500
- Signature Credit Card: AED 700
- Savings Account and Visa Debit Card: AED 200 every month
Welcome bonus Skywards Miles
- As a new cardholder, you are entitled to a one time bonus upon payment of the joining fee in full.
- The bonus Skywards Miles awarded are:
- Infinite Credit Card: 35,000 Miles
- Signature Credit Card: 15,000 Miles
- Savings Account and Visa Debit Card: 25,000 Skywards Miles
- If you cancel and subsequently re-apply for the card, you will not be eligible to earn the bonus Skywards Miles again.
Spend bonus Skywards Miles
- Infinite Credit Card: 40,000 Miles on spending at least USD 25,000 within the first 3 billing statements.
- Signature Credit Card: 15,000 Miles on spending at least USD 10,000 within the first 3 billing statements.
Emirates spend bonus Skywards Miles
- Infinite Credit Card: 25,000 Miles on spending at least USD 7,500 on emirates.com or at any Emirates sales office in the UAE within the first 12 billing statements.
- Signature Credit Card: 10,000 Miles on spending at least USD 3,750 on emirates.com or at any Emirates sales office in the UAE within the first 12 billing statements.
Maintaining Savings account balance bonus Skywards Miles
- Savings Account and Debit Card: 25,000 Miles on maintaining a minimum average monthly account balance of AED 750,000 on the 3rd month of account opening
Skywards Miles earning per USD equivalent spend
- Infinite Credit Card:
- Emirates and flydubai spends: 2 Miles
- Duty free, online food delivery and car booking app spends: 2 Miles
- Foreign currency spends: 1.5 Miles
- Local currency spends: 1 Mile
- Signature Credit Card:

- Savings Account and Debit Card:
- 5 Miles on Foreign currency spends and 4 Miles for Local currency spends on average monthly account balance of AED 1,000,000 and above
- 2.5 Miles on Foreign currency spends and 2 Miles for Local currency spends on average monthly account balance of AED 500,000 – 999,999
- 1.25 Miles on Foreign currency spends and 1 Mile for Local currency spends on average monthly account balance of AED 250,000 – 499,999
- Eligible spends are retail spends made on the card except for cash advances, balance transfers, conversion to instalment plans, any fees and charges paid on the card account, Dial a cheque, credit voucher with any internal calculations with purchase of foreign currency with transactions conducted at Exchange Houses with utility bill payments made through Emirates NBD Banknet Online and/or by utilising any other payment channel provided by Emirates NBD with purchase of savings certificates, bonds and other debt instruments with transactions that the Bank decides are disputed, erroneous, unauthorized, illegal and/or fraudulent.
- Local currency spends are eligible spends in AED currency. Transactions made outside the UAE in AED currency will be classified as local currency spends.
- Spends made under the category “Insurance”, “Car dealership related”, “Grocery and Supermarkets” will earn 25% of the local currency spend Miles. Spends made under the category “Real estate”, “Education”, “Petroleum”, “Government Services”, “Bill Payments (including utility and Telecommunication)” will earn 10% of the local currency spend Miles as defined by VISA.
- Foreign currency spends are eligible spends in non-AED currency.
- Spends made on merchants located in European Union will earn 50% of the foreign currency spend Miles.
- Emirates spends are eligible spends made on emirates.com or at the Emirates Sales office.
- With the Express Miles programme, Infinite Credit Cardholders can earn 50% bonus Skywards Miles every month, by paying a nominal monthly fee. For more information visit Emirates NBD.
- Skywards Miles will be credited to the primary credit cardholder's Emirates Skywards account within 6 8 weeks of the statement date and debit cardholder’s Emirates Skywards account within 3 weeks.
- Skywards Miles earned by supplementary cardholders will be credited to the primary cardholder’s Emirates Skywards account.
- The number of Skywards Miles earned from card spend will be displayed on the primary cardholder's monthly card statement.
- Where a refund is made on a card, the Skywards Miles total will be adjusted accordingly by Emirates NBD from subsequent Miles earnings.
- If you are an existing Emirates Skywards member, you need to enter your existing membership number when applying for the card.
- If you are not an existing Emirates Skywards member, your personal information will be shared by the Bank with Emirates to enrol you in the Emirates Skywards programme.
Emirates Skywards Silver status
- The Emirates Skywards Silver status will be awarded to the primary cardholder.
- The Silver status is valid as long as the Infinite Credit Card and Debit Card is active.
- Please allow up to 8 weeks upon payment of the joining fees to be enrolled or upgraded to Emirates Skywards Silver status.
- An email confirmation of your status will be sent with instructions on how to view and download your Emirates Skywards Silver digital card.
- If you are an existing Emirates Skywards Gold or Platinum member, your existing status will not be affected.
Lounge access via LoungeKey
- You can access all lounges under the LoungeKey programme offered by VISA.
- Infinite Card and Debit Card holder: you and a guest are entitled to unlimited access to more than 1,000 lounges worldwide.
- Signature Card holder: you are entitled to unlimited access to more than 1000 lounges worldwide.

- You need to spend a minimum of AED 5,000 per month to take advantage of this benefit.
