Unlimited free date changes to Dubai

Unlimited free date changes are available for flights to Dubai on tickets issued on or after 10 August 2026. Change your travel dates as many times as you need, with any fare type. You'll only need to pay any applicable taxes and fare difference.

If your journey includes flights operated by another airline, their fare conditions may also apply.

One free date change worldwide

Change of plan? Make one free date change on tickets booked from 2 April 2026, including your connecting flights from Dubai. Changes must be made within the ticket validity and you only need to pay the taxes and any difference in the fare.

Travel support

We’ll provide accommodation if your flight is disrupted. If that affects your onward connections with other airlines and our services are unavailable, we’ll rebook you to your destination at no extra charge. That includes cancellations due to disrupted airspace.

Refund fees at a fraction of the cost

We’ve substantially reduced refund fees on flights to Dubai to USD 50 on Saver fares and USD 25 on Flex fares in Economy Class. In Business Class, refund fees will be USD 50 on Special and Saver fares and USD 25 on Flex fares. The no-show fees if you miss your flight remain the same.
