  • Yes, your Miles will be refunded if you cancel a booking you paid for using Cash+Miles. However, any Miles that expired within the purchase period will not be refunded to your account. If you have completed part of your journey and want to cancel and refund the rest, your ticket will be re-priced so only the unused percentage of Cash+Miles will be refunded to you. Miles used to pay for related products and services are non-refundable unless the cancellation or change is involuntary or due to operational reasons.

  • With Cash+Miles you now have the choice and flexibility to access any Emirates seat and pay using a combination of cash and Skywards Miles. You can convert* your Skywards Miles into cash and put them towards the cost of your flight and any related product or service you’d like to purchase. .You can convert your Skywards Miles into cash and put them towards the cost of your flight.
