• All hotel bookings and payments made via Emirates Skywards Hotels are managed by Rocketmiles. Customers who use this website agree to Rocket Travel, Inc.’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Emirates is not responsible for any third-party products or services booked via this website and assumes no responsibility or liability for them. Skywards Miles earned or redeemed through purchases made on this site are subject to the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules, which govern the earning, use, and management of all Skywards Milles.
• You must log into your Emirates Skywards membership account before completing your booking.
• The rates quoted for each booking are dynamic and subject to change.
• When you book, you authorise Emirates to collect and transfer selected information including your title, first name, last name, membership tier and Skywards Miles balance.
• Local taxes and additional charges may apply and can be paid directly to the hotel at check in.
• Emirates Skywards Hotels standard terms and conditions apply.
• Emirates Skywards Programme Rules apply.

• You will not earn additional Skywards Miles with Emirates Skywards hotel partners for the same booking.
• Hotel loyalty programme tier status, points or privileges will not be extended on bookings made through Emirates Skywards Hotels.
• You will earn Skywards Miles on all stays booked via Emirates Skywards Hotels where full payment is settled with a credit/debit card.
• You will not earn Miles on bookings made using Miles or a combination of Skywards Miles and credit/debit card. 
• Skywards Miles will be sent to the same Emirates Skywards account that the user is logged into when making the booking. If you are booking for someone else, you need to be logged into your account, and on the Guest Information field, you must enter the name of the guest that will be checking in.
• Skywards Miles are typically credited within two weeks after your stay is completed.

Rapid Earnings

• Rapid Earnings are offered on featured properties only where the Rapid Earnings icon is displayed.
• Rapid Earnings are offered only when booking a non refundable stay. Skywards Miles will be credited to your account within 3 days of booking.

Skywards Credit Card bonus Miles

• You will earn 25% bonus Skywards Miles when making a payment with any Emirates Skywards Credit Card.
• The bonus Skywards Miles will be credited to your account within 6 weeks after you complete your stay.
• You will not earn Credit Card bonus Miles on bookings made using Miles or a combination of Skywards Miles and credit/debit card.
• The bonus Miles offer cannot be combined with another offer and cannot be applied to existing bookings.

First Booking bonus Miles

• Book using a Visa card and get 2,000 bonus Miles on your first earn booking. A minimum spend of USD 125, based on the hotel room price excluding taxes and fees, is required to be eligible for the bonus Miles.
• The First Booking bonus Miles offer is valid for Emirates Skywards members making their first booking on emiratesskywardshotels.com by 31 January 2027 for stays until 31 March 2027.
• The bonus Miles offer is extended to all bookings made using an eligible Visa debit or credit card as the form of payment.
• The bonus Miles offer is not extended to members who book and pay with Skywards Miles or use a combination of Cash+Miles.
• Bonus Miles are offered per booking and will be awarded on each eligible stay at participating properties during the campaign period.
• Bonus Miles are limited to one booking per member.
• The bonus Miles offer cannot be combined with another offer and cannot be applied to existing bookings.
• Bonus Skywards Miles will be credited within two weeks of checkout.
• Emirates Skywards Hotels reserves the right to retract a bonus at any time if the booking is cancelled, rebooked and/or a partial refund is issued.
• Rocket Travel reserves the right to retract a bonus at any time if it detects fraud, stacking of bonuses, technical errors, cancel/rebooking activity (defined by identical search criteria), or any deceptive behaviour attempted to circumvent the limits expressed in the rules of the promotion including the creation of multiple user accounts.
• Rates are payable in local currency, subject to local taxes and service charges.

Emirates Skywards reserves the right to terminate the offer or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

• You can spend Skywards Miles for hotel stays, starting from just 2,000 Miles
• You can spend Miles on hotel bookings for family and friends.
• You can spend Skywards Miles on eligible Emirates Skywards Hotels bookings, either with Miles, or a combination of Miles plus credit / debit card (subject to sufficient Skywards Miles balance).
• Skywards Miles will be instantly deducted from only one membership account per transaction.
• Once spent, Skywards Miles are non refundable on all bookings.
• Bookings done using Skywards Miles are non‑refundable and changing the dates of your stay is not possible.
• Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible to spend Miles.
