Members are eligible to earn Skywards Miles for purchases made online via the Skywards Miles @mall Platform or instore with participating partner brands listed on Skywards Miles @mall (“Participating Brand(s)”) when linking the relevant credit or debit card via the Skywards Miles @mall Platform.

Collinson’s use and disclosure of personal data may be different to Emirates. Collinson are resident in the United Kingdom and as such are bound by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and are duty bound to look after your data as defined in these regulations. The use and protection of your data is outlined in the Collinson Privacy Notice.
The contract for the use of the Skywards Miles @mall Platform, is between the Member and Collinson. Accordingly the Skywards Miles @mall Platform terms and conditions(Opens an external website in a new tab) shall apply to the use of the Skywards Miles @mall Platform. Emirates strongly recommends that the Member reads the terms and conditions. By utilising the Skywards Miles @mall Platform, the Member is agreeing to abide by the Skywards Miles @mall Platform terms and conditions imposed by Collinson with respect to use of the Skywards Miles @mall Platform, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions applicable to the use of the Platform.
The contract with respect to Members earning of Skywards Miles via the Skywards Miles @mall Platform and benefits associated with the Emirates Skywards Programme shall be subject to the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules. All rules applicable to the earning of Skywards Miles under the Emirates Skywards Programme shall apply equally to Skywards Miles earned via the Skywards Miles @mall Platform.
To earn Skywards Miles for online purchases, Members must start their journey via Skywards Miles @mall on emirates.com or via the Emirates App and follow the instructions as set out on the Skywards Miles @mall Platform.
Prior to visiting any Participating Brand website, Members will be prompted to log in with their Emirates Skywards membership credentials on the Skywards Miles @mall Platform.
Members need to enable cookies in their internet settings and accept cookies throughout the shopping journey to be able to earn Skywards Miles.
Members are not eligible to earn Skywards Miles for purchases made directly via a Participating Brand website.
Members from any country can purchase Participating Brand products and earn Skywards Miles on purchases made via Skywards Miles @mall Platform. Shipping conditions and restrictions may apply.
When purchasing from any country, it is the Member’s responsibility to check the selected Participating Brand shipping conditions.
Members can query and claim Missing Miles by visiting the Help section on Skywards Miles @mall and submitting the Enquire Now form.
To earn Skywards Miles on instore purchases with Participating Brands, Members must first link their payment card/s via the ‘My Account’ section on Skywards Miles @mall Platform prior to shopping at Participating Brand outlets.
In order to earn Skywards Miles in any Skyward Miles @mall location (Eg. UK or US), a Member must link a payment card which is issued in that location; i.e. the payment card should be either issued in the UK or the US in order to earn Skywards Miles instore for that location.
Members will earn Skywards Miles only with registered debit and credit cards bearing the Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Amex symbols. Skywards Miles cannot be earned on transactions made using any of the following payment cards:
i. Cards ineligible to earn in the UK: Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Laser, proprietary cards; Retailer store cards; Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay; and Wallet providers including PayPal and YoYo Wallet.
ii. Cards ineligible to earn in the US: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Corporate cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Purchasing cards, non-reloadable prepaid cards, government-administered prepaid cards (including EBT cards), healthcare (including Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or insurance prepaid cards, Visa Buxx, and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express-branded cards whose transactions are not processed through the Visa U.S.A. payment system, MasterCard payment system, and/or American Express payment system.
Please note, customers will be able to register the excluded cards, but they will not be able to earn Skywards Miles as we will not track those cards.
There is no restriction on the number of payment cards that can be linked by a Member on the Skywards Miles @mall Platform.
Members will earn Skywards Miles at the Participating Brand outlet only when they complete a purchase instore using their linked card/s.
When completing a purchase in the US using a linked debit card, payment must be authorised using signature instead of using PIN.
Members will not earn Skywards Miles where the relevant payment card is not linked via the Skywards Miles @mall Platform prior to purchase.
The purchase of goods or services from participating partner brands are subject to the partner brands terms and conditions of sale. If you have a complaint regarding the goods or services provided to you or regarding any delay or other delivery issue, this should be taken up with the partner brand directly.
Members will earn up to 150 Skywards Miles for every GBP 10 and up to 120 Skywards Miles for every USD 10 and up to 50 Skywards Miles for every AED 50 spent at Participating Brands via the Skywards Miles @mall Platform.
The Skywards Miles earn rate and the rules associated with the earning of Skywards Miles via Skywards Miles @mall are subject to change at any time. The Skywards Miles earn rate will be dynamic subject to the conditions of offer at the time of purchase.
Members will only be able to use a credit or debit card to complete purchases via the Skywards Miles @mall partnership. Cash payments are not allowed.
Members will earn Skywards Miles on all eligible purchases, where payment has been received in full and goods have not been returned.
Skywards Miles will be awarded based on the amount spent, excluding government taxes, handling fees and shipping charges.
Skywards Miles are not earned on purchases where payment is settled in full or part with gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt, includes gift cards, gift certificates, or any other similar cash equivalents.
Skywards Miles will be credited to the Member’s Emirates Skywards Membership Account, approximately 45 days after purchase. Skywards Miles awarded for food and beverage purchases are generally credited after 5 days.
Skywards Miles will be awarded only for the participating partner brands featured on the Skywards Miles @mall Platform at the time of the purchase. Members are not eligible to claim Skywards Miles for Participating Brands added after the purchase was made.
Where Skywards Miles have been credited to an Emirates Skywards Membership Account and the goods/services purchased are thereafter returned by the member, Emirates reserves the right to reverse any such Skywards Miles credited.
Where Skywards Miles have been credited to an Emirates Skywards Membership Account and for any reason the payment by the Participating Brand is rejected, Emirates reserves the right to reverse any such Skywards Miles awarded. The cycle for the reversal of Skywards Miles could be up to 150 days.
Where Skywards Miles have been credited to a Membership Account erroneously, Emirates reserves the right to reverse any such Skywards Miles incorrectly credited.
In the event that any misuse, abuse or fraudulent activity is detected or suspected, Emirates reserves the right to reverse Skywards Miles credited to a Member or suspend/disable such Membership Account to prevent any future accrual of Skywards Miles.
Skywards Skysurfers are not eligible to participate in the partnership due to age restrictions. My Family and Business Rewards membership accounts are not eligible to earn Skywards Miles through Skywards Miles @mall.
