Travel to Pakistan

Effective 5 October to 31 December, entry requirements for travellers to Pakistan have been revised. A mandatory negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test has to be taken within 96 hours of the travel date when coming from selected countries. For detailed information, please refer to the government website.

It is mandatory for passengers travelling to Pakistan to complete the personal details on the web portal and will be required to present a paper print of the form at the time of check-in. Without this documentation customers will not be boarded for the flight. You can also install PASS TRACK app from Google Play store /Apple store and enter the personal details as required. Please make sure all the details you've provided on the form are correct before going to the airport. The completed form (on the app or printed copy of uploaded information) must be presented at check-in for verification before travel.

Passengers must upload a copy of the RT-PCR test (if done) on the app or web portal.

The following passengers are exempted from this requirement:

  • Passengers less below 12 years.
  • Disabled passengers.
  • High level international delegations.

All passengers and crew members travelling to Pakistan must fill the Health Declaration Form provided at the airport.

Travel from Pakistan

Emirates passengers originating their journey from Pakistan can visit any Pakistan Government Approved Testing Facilities* as per their convenience for COVID-19 testing.

Passengers must make sure to check their transit & final destination requirement before going for a COVID-19 test. Requirements such as test type, report validity, stamp or signature requirement, and destination specific designated lab.

When the final destination is Hong Kong or China for passengers originating their journey from Pakistan, Emirates will only accept COVID-19 negative test certificate from a Pakistan Government approved lab where a “QR code” facility is embedded on the printed certificate for verification purpose.

Passengers without authorised COVID-19 test certificate which doesn’t fulfil their destination requirement will be denied boarding without compensation.

Passengers must carry a printed COVID-19 test certificate – SMS and digital certificates are not accepted.
