Terms and Conditions

This offer (the “Offer”) is brought to you by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Emirates”) and hosted via the website found at www.emirates.com(Opens page in the same window) (“Website”).

These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the "Terms") govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Offer. By availing the Offer, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Offer, Emirates decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The Offer terms and conditions:

  • Customers purchasing an Eligible Flight (defined below) can enjoy a complimentary Silver category ticket to La Perle (Show Only) subject to the below terms and La Perle terms and conditions (the “Offer”).
  • To avail of the Offer, you must, during the Sales Period, book and pay in full and using instant payment methods (e.g. hold my fare or bank transfer are not eligible for the Offer) for an Emirates operated return flight originating from India to final destination Dubai [DXB] on emirates.com with outbound travel to be completed within the Travel Period (“Eligible Flight”). Flight tickets must be purchased for return journeys. One way flight tickets as well as tickets with final Emirates flights destination other than Dubai [transiting Dubai and/or tickets with a stopover in Dubai] will not be eligible for the Offer.
  • Sales Period – opens at 10.00 Dubai LT on 04 November 2025 and closes at 23.59 Dubai LT on 18th November 2025
  • Travel Period – 7th November 2025 to 31st January 2026 inclusive [last outbound departure].
  • Immediately after purchasing an Eligible Flight on emirates.com, you will see on the booking confirmation page on emirates.com and receive directly from Emirates e-ticket receipt attached to your purchase confirmation email which will contain embedded promocode to La Perle (Show Only).
  • The complimentary La Perle Ticket (Show only) under this offer is non-changeable, non-transferable, non-resellable, non-refundable, have no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer, discount, ticket and are not valid towards previously purchased La Perle ticket.
  • The complimentary La Perle promocode / ticket under this Offer do not include any additional products, services, transportation, entertainment and/or food and beverage.
  • The Offer is valid for flight tickets issued on Emirates (ticket number starting with 176), operated by Emirates aircraft and Emirates crew, and on Emirates marketed flights only (flight number starting with EK).
  • The Offer is not applicable on industry discounted tickets or Skywards classic rewards tickets redeemed in full using Skywards Miles.
  • Emirates flight tickets are at all times subject to availability and Emirates Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website.
  • Complimentary La Perle silver tickets (Show Only) must be booked on laperle.com against a promocode sent by Emirates prior to the planned visit and used latest by 07th February 2026. The promocode(s) is valid for one time use on laperle.com and once booked/redeemed against the code no changes are possible.
  • After completing the purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email. On the day of the show, please visit the La Perle Box Office at least one hour before the show to collect your tickets. You will be required to present your Emirates boarding pass to confirm the eligibility and you may be required to present a valid photo identification document—such as an original government-issued ID, driver’s license, or passport—matching the name on the ticket.
  • Each promocode can be exchanged for one La Perle Silver category ticket (show only).
  • By availing this Offer, you agree to and accept La Perle Terms and Conditions available on La Perle website.
  • If you cancel your Eligible Flight, the related La Perle promocode will be voided without any notification.
  • Emirates accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by an individual as a result of entering or availing the Offer whatsoever for any reason including without limitation to attraction closure. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of Emirates.
  • Availing the Offer does not confer on the individual any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Offer. Any Terms which are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by such valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms.
  • Emirates reserve the right to modify or vary the Offer and/or these Terms at any time.
  • Emirates will not be responsible for any lost or damaged ticket or for the closure of the featured attraction or modification of its operating hours for any reason.
 

La Perle terms and conditions:

  • La Perle complimentary tickets Offer is inclusive of La Perle admission entry (Silver ticket) only and does not include any additional products, services, transportation, entertainment and/or food and beverage.
  • The promocode(s) is valid for one time use on laperle.com against a specific date and time. Once La Perle complimentary ticket(s) is redeemed against the code, no changes are possible.
  • To redeem your La Perle promocode, visit LaPerle.com, click “Buy Tickets,” enter your unique code (valid for one ticket), select your date, time and seats, complete checkout. After completing the purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email. On the day of the show, please visit the La Perle Box Office at least one hour before the show to collect your tickets.
  • You will be required to present the confirmation email from La Perle along with your Emirates boarding pass to confirm the eligibility and you may be required to present a valid photo identification document—such as an original government-issued ID, driver’s license, or passport—matching the name on the ticket.
  • All tickets redeemed against promocode(s) are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer. La Perle will not be responsible for any lost or damaged tickets and/or lost promocode(s).
  • Each guest regardless of age is required to have a valid ticket. Children under the age of two (2) years are not permitted into the La Perle Theatre. We encourage guests under the age of eighteen (18) years to be accompanied by an adult.
  • La Perle show operates on Wednesday through Sunday at 6:30pm and 9:00pm. La Perle shows are always subject to availability and performance schedule.
  • Ticket(s) and/or promocode(s) will be cancelled immediately if resold or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of La Perle.
  • Late arrivals will be admitted into the venue at an appropriate interval for the safety of both the guests and artists.
  • Only food and beverages sold inside the theatre are permitted.
  • Customers accept all customary risk associated with Live Entertainment and event artist lineup is subject to change at any time. Emirates, La Perle and Al Habtoor Theatre LLC/Al Habtoor City will not be held liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages and losses whatsoever from any reasons including without limitation to an event cancelation.
  • Photography is permitted, however flash and laser pointers are not permitted in the venue.
