Travel to Russia
Only the following passengers are allowed to travel to Russia:
COVID-19 PCR test requirements
Before boarding the flight to Moscow, all non-Russian citizens including children, must present a certificate of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken not more than 72 hours before their time of arrival to Moscow. The certificate must either be in English or Russian.
If travelling from Dubai, Russian nationals do not need to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure. However, they must take one at a Russian clinic within 72 hours of arrival and register(Opens an external website in a new tab) and upload a negative result.
Travel from Russia
All passengers, except children 12 years old and below, as well as passengers with moderate or severe disability, travelling to Dubai, including passengers connecting in Dubai, must present a printed copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate issued by a Rospotrebnadzor approved laboratory(Opens an external website in a new tab). The test should be conducted within 96 hours of departure. Bring an official printed certificate – SMS and digital certificates are not accepted.
Passengers whose final destination is Dubai will be required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai and must remain in their hotel or residence until they receive the test result by SMS.
