The pricing change will not apply to the Miles you’ll earn on your flight. If you’ve already booked flights using Miles before the price adjustment but with travel after 10 January 2024, the older pricing will apply to any changes to your booking as long as you don’t change the itinerary or reward type.

Book with Qantas and quote your Emirates Skywards membership number to earn Skywards Miles up to 1.5 Miles per mile flown. The number of Skywards Miles you’ll earn depends on your class of travel, fare type and distance flown.
Spend Skywards Miles
Spend Skywards Miles on Qantas domestic and international flights starting at 8,000 Miles. To book a flight using Skywards Miles with Qantas click on Spend now(Opens page in the same tab), choose Book Classic Rewards Flight and select search partner flights only. You will then be able to check the availability of flights and use your Miles at checkout.

Earning Skywards Miles
Accrual levels for Skywards members travelling on flights marketed and operated by Qantas:

- To claim missing Skywards Miles for flights completed within the last six months, provide your flight details using Live Chat(Opens page in the same tab).
- Miles can be earned on domestic flights on Qantas when it is part of a continuous international journey with Emirates or Qantas.
- Miles can only be earned on Qantas operated flights and are not valid on other airlines’ codeshare flights.
- Tier Miles can be earned on Qantas operated flights with an EK flight number. Tier Miles will not be available on any flights with a QF flight number.
Spending Skywards Miles
The table below displays the number of Miles you need for a one-way reward flight. You’ll need twice the number of Miles for a return reward flight.

- Reward tickets are valid on Qantas operated flights with flight code QF.
- Miles stated are for direct flights only. Where no direct service is operated two or more rewards may be required.
- Reward flights can be booked for both one way and round trip travel.
- All flights must be confirmed at the time of Miles redemption. Waitlists are not permitted.
- Reward tickets are valid for 12 months from the original date of issue with a maximum stay of three months.
- Reward ticket coupons cannot be used out of sequence.
- Reward values are exclusive of taxes, fuel surcharge and other charges. These need to be paid separately.
- Children travelling on reward tickets will need to redeem the same number of Miles as that of an adult member. Infant rewards are not permitted.
