If you decide not to fly, you can refund your booking without any fees for flights due to depart between 28 February up to and including 31 May 2026. You can refund any part of your journey that you haven’t flown, such as a connecting flight from Dubai, and any services you paid for such as seat selection and extra baggage allowance. Please note that additional services are not refunded automatically and you will need to submit a separate request for each.
How to claim your refund
If you booked with us directly, please complete the refund form below. Do not use Manage Your Booking, as it may show cancellation fees. Please submit a separate refund request for your flight and for each additional service, such as seats, extra baggage or other additional services, as these are not refunded automatically. If you booked with a travel agent or through another airline, please contact them.
You can request a refund by completing our form. We will process the refund according to the rules of your fare at the time you bought your ticket.
You may use this form for refund of taxes if applicable, after completing your journey to avoid cancellation of the unused portion of your journey.
You may also use this form to request a refund of any additional services you have purchased along with your flight ticket. To request a refund of any additional services purchased, please enter the EMD Receipt number associated with the service, along with the e-Ticket Receipt number to avoid any problems with your request.
If your flight ticket and any additional services were purchased through a travel agent, please contact the agent for a refund.
If your flight ticket is issued by a travel agent but you purchased additional services directly with Emirates, you can request a refund by completing our form.
If you are resigned staff, you can request a refund by completing our form.
