Suspended partner airline flights to cities in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus

Emirates’ partner airlines – flydubai and S7 - have suspended certain flights to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus due to the closure of airspace over these areas.

Customers booked to fly to these cities as their final destinations will not be accepted for boarding at their point of origin.

Flydubai has suspended the flights to the following destinations until further notice:

  • Kyiv (KBP) 
  • Odessa (ODS) 
  • Krasnodar (KRR) 
  • Rostov (ROV) 
  • Minsk (MSQ) 

S7 has suspended the flights to the following destinations until further notice:

  • Rostov
  • Krasnodar
  • Anapa 
  • Gelendzhik
  • Elista
  • Stavropol
  • Belgorod
  • Bryansk
  • Orel
  • Kursk
  • Voronezh
  • Simferopol

Affected customers should contact their booking agents or the local Emirates office for rebooking options.

Alternate ways to get help if you experience long call wait times

  • If your call is not related to travel within the next 48 hours, please consider calling back later.
  • You can make a new booking onemirates.com or change an existing booking by contacting your booking agent. 
  • If you are calling to find out about travel requirements for your travel, please check the details on the travel requirements page for the latest information. Our contact centre consultants also refer to this information.
  • If you hold a one-way ticket and your flight has been cancelled or impacted by route suspensions due to COVID‑19 restrictions, you don’t need to call us immediately for rebooking. You can simply hold on to your Emirates ticket and when flights resume, get in touch with us, or your booking office to make new travel plans. Get all the information on the “Keep your ticket” option here.
  • If you hold a roundtrip ticket and your outbound flight has been cancelled or impacted by route suspensions due to COVID‑19 restrictions, you will need to contact your booking agent to cancel or change the return flight to avoid a no-show fee.
  • To ensure you receive flight updates and notifications, please ensure you’ve provided us with your latest contact details under Manage Your Booking.

Suspension of flights to and from Kabul

Customers are advised that  due to the developing situation in Afghanistan, all Emirates flights to/from Kabul have been suspended until further notice. 

Customers holding tickets with final destination to Kabul will not be accepted for travel at their point of origin.

Emirates regrets any inconvenience caused. Affected customers should contact their booking agents or the local Emirates office for rebooking options.
