Complimentary lounge access for Emirates Skywards members travelling on Emirates flights

Entry to the Emirates Lounge is complimentary for Emirates Skywards Platinum, Gold and Silver members who are travelling onwards in any cabin class on Emirates flights. 

You can enjoy the following complimentary benefits according to your Emirates Skywards membership tier: 

Platinum members can enjoy complimentary entry to the Emirates First Class or Emirates Business Class Lounges in Dubai and Emirates Lounges worldwide, and can bring along one adult guest (17 years old and over) and two guests under the age of 17. 

Gold members can enjoy complimentary entry to Emirates Business Class Lounges in Dubai and worldwide, and can bring along one guest. 

Silver members can enjoy complimentary entry to Emirates Business Class Lounges in Dubai for themselves only. 

Blue members are not eligible for complimentary lounge access, but can pay to enter Emirates Lounges in Dubai and at the selected airports listed further down this page. 

Eligible guests must be travelling on the same Emirates flight as the Emirates Skywards member.

Complimentary Lounge access for Emirates Skywards members travelling on flydubai flights

Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold members can enjoy complimentary entry to Emirates Lounges when they travel on flydubai flights. Eligible guests can join the member in the Emirates Lounge at Dubai International Terminal 3, as long as they are travelling on the same flydubai flight as the member. 

Platinum and Gold members travelling on flydubai flights can enjoy complimentary entry for themselves only to the flydubai Business Class Lounge at Dubai International Terminal 2 and flydubai partner lounges across the network.

Paid access to the Emirates Lounge at Dubai International when travelling on Emirates flights

At Dubai International, Emirates Skywards members can pay for Emirates Lounge access beyond the complimentary benefit that applies to their tier. 

Platinum, Gold and Silver members can pay for additional guests. 

Gold and Silver members can pay to upgrade their complimentary Emirates Business Class Lounge access to the Emirates First Class Lounge. 

Blue members can pay for Emirates Lounge access for themselves and their guests. 

The options detailed above apply only to Emirates Lounges at Dubai International airport. The lounge entry fees are specified on the paid lounge access page. Any guests must be travelling on the same flight as the Emirates Skywards member.

Paid lounge access at eligible airports when travelling on Emirates flights

Emirates Skywards members can pay to enter Emirates Lounges at selected airports around the world.

Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold members can enjoy complimentary entry to the lounges for themselves at the airports listed below. They can also pay for guests to enter these lounges with them, as long as the guests are travelling onwards on the same Emirates flight. 

Emirates Skywards Silver and Blue members can pay for lounge access for themselves at the airports listed below.

The fee to enter the Emirates Lounge at the selected airports listed above is on the paid lounge access page and must be paid in the local currency.

Emirates reserves the right to amend the lounge access fees at any time in its sole discretion. The fees are applicable for one-time access per adult (age 12 years and over) for a maximum stay in the lounge of 4 hours only. The fees are valid only for Emirates Skywards members and any additional guests they wish to bring along.

Members (including their guests) who exceed a 4-hour stay in the lounge for any reason whatsoever (including without limitation flight disruptions and delays) will incur an additional lounge entry fee for each 4-hour segment at the rates set out on the paid lounge access page for the Emirates Lounges at Dubai International and other eligible airports. 

The paid lounge access fee for each child aged below 12 years will be half the adult rate set out on the paid lounge access page for Dubai International and other eligible airports. Lounge access is complimentary for infants below 2 years old. In some countries, minors (under 18 or 21 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult for lounge access. 

Members choosing to pay for lounge access must make the full payment for the entire duration until departure time to the lounge staff before entry. Payments can be made using a credit or debit card only (cash payments and Skywards Miles redemption are not accepted). 

Once a member has paid and entered the lounge, refunds are not permitted, irrespective of the duration of access. The use of the lounge is subject to any applicable terms and conditions.

It is acknowledged that the lounge entry fees set out on the paid lounge access page are exclusive of taxes. In the event that any tax becomes applicable to the lounge entry fee, Emirates reserves the right to increase the lounge entry fee to the extent of such taxes at its sole discretion. 

Eligible Emirates flights include Emirates marketed and operated flights and Emirates codeshare flights operated by Qantas. Members travelling on Emirates codeshare flights operated by other carriers will not be eligible to access the Emirates Lounge. 

Emirates reserves the right to withdraw or limit the availability of the lounge access benefit. Lounge access is subject to capacity restrictions. Members travelling on Emirates codeshare flights operated by other carriers will not be eligible to access the Emirates Lounge, with the exception of members travelling on Qantas codeshare flights. Lounge access for customers who are not members of Emirates Skywards

Customers who are not members of Emirates Skywards and are travelling in Economy Class on an Emirates flight can pay to enter Emirates Lounges at Dubai International airport. 

The fees per adult for 4 hours of lounge access at Dubai International are on the paid lounge access page.
