COYA’s authentic Peruvian food, innovative pisco infusions, cultural events and unforgettable parties.
Drawing inspiration from the regions across Peru’s and elements of other high-end international cuisines, COYA’s menu features global DNA signature dishes as well as unique plates inspired by the city and country of each COYA, allowing COYA lovers to experience something new and exciting. From signature ceviche’s (popular diced seafood dish), mouth-watering traditors (sliced raw fish), to heartier anticuchos (grilled fish, meat and vegetable skewers).
Music is a large part of our DNA and is the core of creating the dynamic atmosphere that COYA is known for globally. Our in-house music label is a collaborative project between all of the DJs around the world, and produces a monthly podcast and releases.
Celebrations are not seldom at COYA and our parties are world renowned. Whether it’s our quarterly events to mark the equinoxes and solstices, or our globally famed RITUAL event that reimagines tribal festivals with a transformed setting in the Pisco Bar each week. We take our guests on immersive adventures, embracing the smells, sounds, tastes and sights of Peru.
