Bait Maryam

Starting as a collection of recipes handed down through generations, Bait Maryam has become one of the staple choices for a homestyle meal in Dubai. 
 
Inspired by her late mother’s cooking, Chef Salam decided to name the restaurant in her honour. (Bait Maryam translates to Maryam’s Home). Starting off as a small restaurant to share heartwarming meals, Chef Salam considers her restaurant an extension of her personal dining table.
 

Inside is a modern and cosy style interior with various bric-a-brac filling the shelves and cupboards, all making it truly feel like a home away from home. 

 
The windows are covered in familiar drapes, along with the thinly brushed colours on the light wood furniture. Outside features a quaint terrace that grants sterling views of the surrounding suburbs and high-rise structures at the Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT).
