Yes, you can pay for a Wi-Fi package using your debit or credit card on board. And if you’re an Emirates Skywards member, you can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access on Emirates flights.

Wi-Fi is available across our fleet. However, due to the possibility of technical issues, the service cannot be guaranteed.

If you paid for Wi-Fi but had issues connecting on board, you can request a refund directly from the service provider Sita OnAir at cs@sita.aero(Opens your email client).

Your Wi-Fi purchase confirmation email contains details on how to contact the provider and request a refund. Please check your inbox and refer to this email for instructions.

Yes, you can order a special meal up to 48 hours before your flight through Manage your booking(opens in the same window). Just enter your booking reference and last name, and you’ll be able to choose your meal preference.

We offer a variety of special meals(opens in the same window) including gluten friendly, low lactose, vegetarian and vegan meals. All of our onboard meals and snacks are halal.

Your safety is our priority and our staff are fully trained across all areas of onboard safety. There’s a full inflight safety video before take-off and the cabin crew are on hand to answer any questions you have during the flight. You can also find a detailed safety card in the seatback pocket in front of you.

We’ve taken further measures to keep inflight safety standards at their highest during COVID-19. Our teams on the ground and in the air are wearing masks and we ask all passengers to wear a mask for the duration of the flight. Before every trip, all our aircraft go through an enhanced cleaning and disinfection process. And on board we’ve made changes to maintain strict levels of hygiene and safety. Even the air on the flight is continually cleaned and exchanged through advanced HEPA filters that remove 99.97% of viruses, germs and allergens.
