These are the flights and upgrades that you can book using your Business Rewards Points. ‘Dynamic’ refers to the flexibility of being able to redeem Points for most Emirates flights, in all travel classes and on all fare types. The number of Points you need for a flight will depend on seat availability and the fare on that day. The number of Points you need for an upgrade will depend on seat availability and the fare difference between the two classes.

Emirates Business Rewards is our corporate loyalty programme, open to organisations of all sizes around the world. Your organisation will earn Business Rewards Points whenever your employees or guest travellers fly on Emirates, which you can then spend on Dynamic Reward Flights and Upgrades. Individuals also earn Skywards Miles on the same flight if they’re an Emirates Skywards member. There’s no limit on how many employees can join the programme and no minimum spend is needed.

Emirates Business Rewards is open to any organisation, but it’s designed to offer benefits to small and medium sized organisations that don’t have a corporate travel agreement with Emirates.

Yes, you can register your organisation under two different names as long as you have a different trade licence number for each.

If you’re part of a group of companies, you can register subsidiaries under the same trade licence number. We’ll credit Points to the account that was quoted in the booking. It’s not possible to transfer Miles between accounts or merge the accounts at a later date.

Your trade licence is a legal document that gives you the right to operate a business in your city or country. We need a copy for our records to show that your business has been legally approved by your local government.

An employee is someone who works for your organisation, has a valid email address and would like access to your Emirates Business Rewards account. They can make their own bookings and choose to pay with their own card or send the booking to the Programme Administrator for payment.

A guest traveller could be someone who works for your organisation, a consultant travelling on behalf of the organisation or someone who doesn’t have a valid email address (for example in the case of construction and marine companies where staff work on a rotational basis). A guest traveller won’t have access to your Emirates Business Rewards account and all bookings for guest travellers need to be made by the Programme Administrator.

No, you’re not able to combine your Points with those from another Emirates Business Rewards account.

No, Business Rewards Points cannot be combined with Skywards Miles or vice versa.

For tickets issued on or after 1 April 2019, Business Rewards Points will be valid for two years. They will expire on the last day of the month when the flight was completed.

For example, if you completed your flight on 15 September 2018, your Points would be valid until 30 September 2020.

No, we can’t extend the validity of Business Rewards Points.

No, only an employee or a designated travel manager can register your organisation for the programme.

No, your employees can live in any country and still be part of your organisation’s Emirates Business Rewards account.

No, an employee can only be registered under one organisation at any given time.

You can now make bookings online from your Emirates Business Rewards page. Choose to pay with a personal payment method, or send a request to the Programme Administrator for payment with a corporate credit card.

You can also book through an Emirates Contact Centre, ticket office or travel agent. You’ll need to quote your Emirates Business Rewards membership number and pay with a personal payment method.

While Emirates Business Rewards doesn’t give you access to specific lounge benefits, you’ll continue to benefit if you travel in First Class or Business Class, and if you’re an Emirates Skywards member (depending on your tier status). You can earn Points on all publicly available fares. You won’t earn Points on corporate, group and tour fares or any other formally negotiated fares, as these are already reduced.

The main differences between the fare types are the changes you can make to your ticket and the upgrade options available.

• A Special fare is our lowest fare, but some restrictions apply.
• A Saver fare is slightly more flexible than a Special fare.
• A Flex fare allows changes and cancellations for a fee.
• The Flex Plus fare is a totally flexible and unrestricted fare.

If you’re travelling in Economy Class on a Special or Saver fare ticket, you’ll need to pay for Advance Seat Selection(opens in the same window) .

If you’re making a booking online via your Emirates Business Rewards account, you’ll need to pay online, or choose the payment option available in your country.

Whenever you book through an Emirates Contact Centre or ticket office, or a travel agent, you’ll need to make your payment via the same channel.

Remember to quote your organisation’s Emirates Business Rewards membership number at the time of booking.

If you’re a Programme Administrator, you can pay on behalf of other employees and guest travellers within your organisation for online bookings (providing the country of departure offers credit card payments).

All Programme Administrators, employees and guest travellers can make payments through their agreement with their local travel agent.

Yes, you can use third-party payment options through Emirates Contact Centres, ticket offices or emirates.com, where applicable.

Yes, the Programme Administrator just needs to add the name on the passenger details page when making a booking. They can also select an employee/guest traveller from the travel management page within the account and add additional passengers on the passenger details page.

If you booked online or through an Emirates Contact Centre or ticket office, you can make changes online through ‘Manage your booking’ or through an Emirates Contact Centre or ticket office.

If you booked through a travel agent, any changes must be made by the travel agent who made the original booking.

If you’re booking an upcoming trip or have completed part of your journey, you can add your membership number on emirates.com under ‘Manage your booking,’ or through the Emirates Contact Centre or sales office. If you have completed your trip, you can ask your Programme Administrator to claim your missing Points by submitting this form.

Your travel agent can add your Emirates Business Rewards membership number to your booking as long as it’s before travel, or if you’ve only completed part of your travel. Just ask the agent to amend the booking in one of the formats below, replacing EK888XXXXXX with your Emirates Business Rewards membership number.

You will earn Business Rewards Points on flights where your ticket meets the following conditions:

• Issued on an Emirates document (where the ticket number begins with 176).
• Emirates flight number (EK).
• Emirates-operated flight.
• Booked through the Business Rewards online portal, an Emirates Contact Centre or ticket office, or a travel agent.

No, Business Rewards Points can only be credited for flights taken after joining the programme.

Your organisation will earn 1 Point for every USD 1 spent on the base fare and carrier imposed charge (or fuel surcharge, where applicable). You won’t earn Points on the taxes and any other fees.

Yes, as long as individual travellers are Emirates Skywards members. They will earn Skyward Miles and the organisation will earn Business Rewards Points on the same flight. Just make sure the Emirates Skywards membership number is quoted in the booking along with the Emirates Business Rewards membership number.

Yes, as long as your Emirates Business Rewards membership number was added to the booking before the flight. We will credit Points to your account within four weeks of the date of travel.

No, Business Rewards Points are only credited once the flight has been completed.

No, you won’t earn any Business Rewards Points if you paid for your ticket using Skyward Miles or Business Rewards Points.

No, your Emirates Business Rewards number will stay the same.

From 1 September 2016, you’ll need to log in to your account using the email address that you used when you registered for Emirates Business Rewards.

No, it’s not possible to transfer Business Rewards Points between accounts.

If Business Rewards Points haven’t been credited to your account, you can make a Business Rewards Points Claim within four months of the flight. Simply log in to your Emirates Business Rewards account.

Here are some reasons why Business Rewards Points may not have been credited to your account:

• The payment is still being processed, or the itinerary is not yet flown or partially flown.
• The travel agent didn’t enter the Business Rewards membership number in the booking.
• The fare wasn’t eligible to earn Points, for example a corporate, group or tour fare or other formally negotiated airfare.

You will still earn Business Rewards Points in line with your original booking if your flight is cancelled or disrupted due to operational reasons.

A Programme Administrator is the person who registers your organisation into the Emirates Business Rewards programme – they will be an employee of the organisation or a designated travel manager. The role may be reassigned at any time to another individual enrolled in the account. A maximum of five Programme Administrators can be added to your account. The Programme Administrators can edit your company’s profile, add and remove employees and guest travellers, and book, approve, pay for and manage travel. They can also use Points to book Dynamic Reward Flights and Upgrades.

They will need to be removed from your organisation’s account. As only Programme Administrators can remove other Programme Administrators, employees or guest travellers, it’s important to have multiple Programme Administrators on the account.

Any employee who manages travel, or a designated travel manager, should take on this role. However, we recommend also adding a senior manager/owner as a Programme Administrator.

Yes, but you should also add an employee or dedicated travel manager within your organisation as a Programme Administrator.

If you’re the Programme Administrator, you can edit your organisation’s profile, including the address and phone number. If you need to change your organisation name or trade licence number, you need to make a formal request by filling out the Business Rewards query form(opens in the same window) .

If you’re the Programme Administrator, you can check your organisation’s Business Rewards Points balance online by logging in to your account on emirates.com.

If you’re the Programme Administrator, you can view your organisation’s earning and spending activity by logging in to your account and viewing the ‘Overview and reports’ tab.

You can do this online from the ‘Travellers’ section. Simply insert the email addresses of the employees and an invitation will be sent asking them to set up their personal profile. Once they are linked to the account, employees can book and manage their own business travel.

Invitations are valid for seven days from the day the invite was sent. If the employees don’t accept within this time, you will need to send them a new invitation.

The Programme Administrator for your Emirates Business Rewards account can use Points to book Dynamic Reward Flights and Upgrades.

If you’re the Programme Administrator, you can use Business Rewards Points to book Dynamic Reward Flights and Upgrades. Points can only be spent on flights operated and marketed by Emirates.

If you’re the Programme Administrator, just follow these steps to book a Dynamic Reward Flight using your Points:

• Log in to your Emirates Business Rewards account
• Tick the box that reads ‘Book Business Rewards Travel’
• Select the ‘ Dynamic Reward Flight’ icon

Your Dynamic Reward ticket is valid for the same amount of time as all commercial tickets.

The number of Business rewards Points you need for a Dynamic Reward Flight depends on the fare on that day, and the fare type you choose. It won’t be a fixed value. The number of Points needed for a Dynamic Reward Flight will be shown on the booking page when you’re logged in to your Emirates Business Rewards account.

You can cancel unused and valid Dynamic Reward Flight bookings* by using the link in Manage a booking(opens in the same window) . If you don’t see this option for any reason, or your booking is no longer active but you still wish to request a refund, you can still cancel your booking and request a refund(opens in the same window) . Any Points that have expired won’t be refunded.

Yes, a Programme Administrator can upgrade an existing Dynamic Reward Flight to the next cabin using Business Rewards Points.

Taxes, fees and charges must be paid for at the time of booking using the different payment options available on emirates.com.

Dynamic Reward Flights and Upgrades can be made online at any time between 11 months and six hours before a flight departs, subject to seat availability and the fare type conditions.

Yes, you can book a one-way Dynamic Reward Flight.

You can refund a Dynamic Reward Flight or Upgrade as long as the commercial fare rules allow cancellation or refund. However, we’ll only refund unexpired Business Rewards Points back to your account. If your Points have expired, only taxes will be refunded. To receive a tax refund for an expired Dynamic Reward Flight or Upgrade, please complete the Eticket Refund Request(opens in the same window)  form.

If you’re a Programme Administrator, you can upgrade flights by logging in to the Emirates Business Rewards bookings page on emirates.com. Dynamic Upgrades are only available for bookings made online at emirates.com, through Emirates Contact Centres and ticket offices or via your travel agent. All Dynamic Reward Upgrades must be processed through the online Business Rewards page in the following steps:

• Log in to your Emirates Business Rewards account
• Go to the ‘Bookings’ tab
• Select the passenger to be upgraded from ‘Upcoming Travel’
• Select the ‘Upgrade’ option
• On the next screen, choose the cabin
• Follow the usual booking process

Most Emirates fares can be upgraded using Business Rewards Points, subject to seat availability and applicable upgrade restrictions.* Tickets eligible for upgrades cannot be upgraded later than six hours before departure. Please review Fare Conditions and applicable restrictions on emirates.com at the time of booking.

Special fares, our most affordable fares, are not eligible for upgrades. Saver fares in Economy Class and Business Class can be only be upgraded within 48 hours prior to departure (before online check-in). Flex and Flex Plus fares in Economy Class and Business Class can be upgraded at any time before departure based on availability.

You’ll need to upgrade all the passengers in the booking.

The number of Points you need for a Dynamic Reward Upgrade will depend on seat availability and the fare difference between the two classes. The number of Points you need to upgrade a particular journey will be shown on the booking page when you’re logged in to your Emirates Business Rewards account.

When you travel to some destinations, there may be additional taxes or charges for upgrading to a higher class. If there are any additional amounts to be paid, we’ll let you know when upgrading your booking, and you can pay the extra taxes or charges online by credit card during the upgrade process.

You’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits of your upgraded class of travel, including extra baggage allowance, lounge access and Chauffeur-drive(opens in the same window) *. The fare conditions of your original ticket will continue to apply at all times. So if there are any fees or charges applicable to your original ticket, they will still apply even after upgrading with Business Rewards Points.

To cancel your upgrade, please contact your local Emirates office or Emirates Сontact Сentre(opens in the same window) . All unexpired Business Rewards Points will be re-credited to your account. Conditions apply.

No, all tickets must be paid for using the available payment options(opens in the same window) . For Dynamic Reward Flight bookings, only taxes and surcharges can be paid for using available payment options.

Your organisation will only earn Business Rewards Points on the original class of travel that was paid for with cash or credit card.
